I really like Kouyou.

I also think the anthologies, side stories, and Wan! lighten the mood regarding Kyouka's relationship with Kouyou and Akutagawa, so it makes sense that he's got a different perspective. Especially coming out of the Guild Arc--I feel like Cannibalism is when we all looked to Fyodor as the Big Bad and realized hey, maybe all these PM folk are fun and interesting too. The lack of animosity ( between Kyouka and Akutagawa ) in DA really sold me on the fact that she understood him fully after their confrontation. It was also really vulnerable of Akutagawa to admit that to her??? My jaw was on the floor when i first read it. I don't think people recognize Akutagawa's almost suicidal tendencies ( because how could 'those who desire death have an equal desire to die' and him seeing himself in Kyouka who quite literally asks him to cut her down not imply that ) as much as they do the vengeance(BEAST)/survival(canon-'I must see others as worthless if I am to survive') aspect of his character.

» E d i t o r i a l Sin entrar en detalles jurídicos, urbanísticos y hasta políticos enredosos y engorrosos, y sin pretender darle la razón a ninguno de los bandos confrontados por la construcción de un hospital de tercer nivel en el terreno que ocupa el Centro Internacional Acapulco, cuyo anuncio oficializó el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador en su conferencia matutina de del jueves 22 de junio, según paráfrasis de expertos de firmas inmobiliarias, como Coldwell Banker y Creditaria, la plusvalía de una propiedad, area residencial o comercial, se pierde dependiendo de diversos factores y/o giros que se construyan al rededor de una propiedad o zona, pero no por hospitales o escuelas con niveles que den plusvalía a la zona donde esté en juego la el valor de un bien inmueble o zona territorial. Estas empresas inmobiliarias precisan que las principales fuentes de pérdida de plusvalía son "el cambio no apropiado de uso suelo, la inseguridad, la violencia sostenida, la falta de mantenimiento, el abandono o la la edad (misma) del inmueble". Tomando como base estas aseveraciones, se puede deducir que el Centro Internacional Acapulco y la misma zona turística donde fue edificado, perdieron su plusvalía desde el momento en que los implicados en la acción de arrendamiento para uso comercial del CIA --que ocasionó su súbita inutilidad turística al ocasionar la salida del Tianguis Turístico del inmueble, en vista que el uso del inmueble era totalmente gratuito para este vento-- solicitaron el uso de cambio de suelo de tipo "E" (Equipamiento) a HM-4/40" (Habitacional Mixto) a fin de concretizar el proyecto denominado "Nuevo Centro Internacional Acapulco". De acuerdo con documentos en poder de Acapulco Press, dicha solicitud fue realizada "con fundamento en los 29 y 55 del Reglamento del Plan Director Urbano de la Zona Metropolitana de Acapulco de Juárez" por el "Contador Público Fortino García Andrade", encargado de despacho del Fideicomiso Centro Internacional Acapulco, el 28 de octubre del 2010 ante el Ingeniero Adolfo Mario Menez Galeana, entonces secretario de la SDUP Acapulco, durante el gobierno de Manuel Añorve Baños, bajo el oficio FCIA/DG/114/2010. El documento precisa que el objetivo de la solicitud de cambio de suelo para el inmueble ubicado sobre la Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán número 4455, del fraccionamiento Costa Azul, representa una "inversión económica importante para la reactivación turística y comercial", además de una "oferta viable para el resposicionamiento nacional e internacional de nuestra ciudad". El proyecto incluía una "tienda departamental de la firma arrendatario (Grupo Chedraui), cines, centros comerciales, estacionamientos públicos y espacios culturales (Auditorio al Aire Libre Nezahualcóyotl)", según planos del Arquitecto Juan José Sánchez Aedo, de Grupo Arquitech. El convenio modificatorio del Fideicomiso Centro Internacional Acapulco para el "arrendamiento comercial" del CIA fue firmado el 27 de junio del año 2009, por la parte arrendadora, por el exgobernador de Guerrero, Zeferino Torreblanca Galindo; el ex secretario de Turismo estatal, Ernesto Higinio Rodríguez Escalona; el exalcalde de Acapulco, Manuel Añorve Baños, y el ex síndico procurador del Ayuntamiento de Acapulco, Alejandro Porcayo Rivera, y por la parte arrendataria el Banco Nacional de Obras Públicas (Banobras), representada por el subdirector fiduciario José Alejandro Chew Lemus. Para los efectos del contrato figuraron, por la parte arrendadora, el "señor Fortino García Andraca", representando a Banobras, y por los arrendatarios el "señor Julio Mauricio Martin Amodío Herrera". La renta del inmueble se pactó a "quince años, más 15 de reactivación automática" de contrato, por la cantidad de "90 millones de pesos anuales". El período preoperativo del contrato transcurriría "a partir del 1 de diciembre del año 2009 al 30 de noviembre del 2011", por lo que el tiempo de vigencia oficial del contrato de arrendamiento comenzaría el "1 de diciembre del 2012 hasta el 30 de noviembre del 2027", lapso que comprenden los primeros 15 años, más los 15 años restantes de renovación automática, lo cual indica que el término del contrato global de arrendamiento terminaría en en el año 2042. Si el gobierno federal o estatal ya han hecho lo propio para la cancelación de este sospechoso contrato orquestado por Torreblanca Galindo y Añorve Baños con los arrendatarios, presuntamente el Grupo Chedraui, el Centro Internacional Acapulco está libre, entonces, para el uso comercial que se le pretenda dar, en este caso, la construcción de un hospital de tercer nivel para atender la demanda de atención médica especializada que abastecería no solo a Guerrero si no a sus estados circunvecinos. Dicen los expertos inmobiliarios que "la inseguridad, los brotes de violencia sostenida, la falta de mantenimiento, el abandono, el la edad del inmueble y los cambios en los atractivos de la zona, son factores importantes que interfieren en la pérdida de plusvalía de una propiedad". Hospitales y escuelas, empero, demeritan los valores solo si no cumplen con los estándares de la zona donde van a ser edificados. "La plusvalía usualmente va en función de la ubicación, las vías de comunicación primarias, secundarias, y factores como la cercanía de escuelas y hospitales, así como medios de transporte asequibles. Si estos rubros son un atractivo de la zona o hay un cambio en ellos, podrían impactar negativamente en su valor", suscriben los expertos de las firmas inmobiliarias arriba citados. Por lo que tomando como base todo lo anterior y las innovaciones que tendrá el hospital anunciado, podría asegurarse que el nuevo hospital de tercer nivel planeado para el terreno que ocupa actualmente el Centro Internacional Acapulco (CIA) no afectaría la plusvalía de la zona, ni sería factor de caos vial o de economía informal, pues el proyecto hospitalario contempla mecanismos de solución a esos factores que atemorizan a los habitantes de la zona. Por décadas, el Centro de Convenciones fue escenario de eventos religiosos, turísticos (como el Tianguis Turístico) y festivales masivos (como el Festival Acapulco de Televisa). El comercio informal siempre ha existido en este tipo de eventos, sobre todo en las "ferias del pueblo" donde se mezclan música, alcohol, vendimia y festividad, y nadie ha reclamado nada como ahora que se pretende construir un hospital de tercer nivel que atenderá pacientes que actualmente tienen que ser traslados a Cuernavaca o Ciudad de México para su atención especializada. Jamás el tráfico ha sido problema porque el inmueble cuenta con estacionamiento propio con capacidad suficiente para albergar buen número de parque vehicular y el proyecto hospitalario está pensando para dejar espacios de aparcamiento vehicular con la capacidad necesaria para menguar este problema vial. El problema del cao vial en Acapulco se llama “incultura vial”, asignatura no aplicada por el Ayuntamiento de Acapulco, que permite la anarquía y corrupción vial. Este análisis no tiene por objetivo defender a la parte oficial ni desestimar las voces que, desinformadamente, quizá, se oponen a la construcción de un hospital porque consideran que edificación conllevaría a la pérdida de plusvalía de la zona y fomentaría el caos vial y la economía informal. Pareciera que lo que falta es más información en el tema y correspondía al Gobierno Federal o Gobierno del Estado emitir más detalles, la respecto, asesorados, desde luego, por expertos en proyectos inmobiliarios, arquitectónicos y urbanismo, para tratar de que la sociedad alebrestada entre en razón sobre la importancia de un hospital de esta categoría, accesible por diversas vías de comunicación (aérea o terrestre) a pacientes de otras entidades, no solo de Acapulco, y con médicos altamente capacitados y especializados que salven a aquellas personas que actualmente necesitan ser trasladadas de emergencia a otras ciudades o estados para su atención inmediata. Some Headcanons for the SDUP

Murakoso has more than once played pranks on Aoki and a few times on Ango when they’re working long nights at the office; jump scaring Aoki or other security staff, shifting everything on Ango’s desk to the left a little bit so he spends five full minuets rearranging it. Aoki knows he should reprimand her for it but he secretly enjoys it

Ango sleep talks when he eventually does sleep at all. Aoki has had to suffer through his mutterings on missions over seas when they would share a hotel room. Murakoso paints her nails sometimes, and has once convinced Aoki to let her do his. He was especially careful not to ruin them after that since he liked it so much, despite being teased by other SDUP staff Aoki is always the one to buy the three of them coffees and pastries when they’re out on an assignment. He’s good at interacting with customer service and is always very polite despite barely smiling Ango has fallen asleep in the middle of a conversation with a client and Aoki had to hold him upright. Murakoso (being the girl boss she is) professionally finished the deal for Ango Aoki keeps track of how much gum Murakoso has on her and gets her a new pack the exact day she runs out. It’s almost scary how on point he is about it

Murakoso loves stickers and has an excessive amount on her personal laptop and phone. (She was mildly upset that SDUP wouldn’t let her put any on her work devices)

Aoki knows exactly where every hidden room at SDUP is. Even the ones that arent meant to exist anymore Aoki is surpisingly good with kids, Murakoso- not so much. Ango wouldn’t even try. Don’t let Ango babysit Murakoso has more than one katana. I like to think shes a bit of a messy worker but always keeps her katanas in pristine shape Aoki is skilled with martial arts, and will sometimes spar Murakoso (per her request) She is yet to win in a match against him. Ango holds Murakoso in high regard, since she can handle some of Ango’s workload as well as being an excelling bodyguard

Note: Neff is not an ability user, mor a demigod. She can be compared to Lovecraft in which she has an “ability” but not really. Her "ability" is just using the powers of the goddess she's merged with. It’s like a mixture between Louisa and Oda's, allowing her to predict the future in multiple outcomes. However this is only possible when she dreams, and the further into the future she looks the harder a toll it is on her body.
