                      so , he’s roughly six foot four — same height as michael phelps — but has a bulkier build putting him at over 200 pounds, roughly.  i don’t think he’s concerned about body fat percentage and all that stuff , as long as he can perform and he’s getting the proteins and the supplements that he needs.  so he does do the protein shake before his morning and his a lighter shake before his evening workout ( twice a day ) ,  fair amount of lean meat ,  rice , and a whole TON of vegetables and legumes.  i dont know why but i really think ilias likes tofu and probably fish.  he does like cooking but , he’s usually way too tired to do it so anything he can throw into the oven or all into one pan is good , but his portion sizes are massive in comparison to if he weren’t as active.  he always tries to be at peak performance , but he doesn’t calculate anything like his weight or his exact height or his mass index or anything.  he loves berries and he———— i’m realizing that i’m kind of describing the eating habits of a fucking grizzly bear WOW LMAO

                      his cheat food is undoubtedly a pint of phish food by ben and jerry’s , best shit ever it’s so much sugar and it makes him sick by the time he’s done with it.

                      alright, open this link in your tab and bear with me because i’ve thought of this WAY too many times. because , maybe around the ravens he doesn’t laugh —— even if he’s as repressed as he is  . . . he does laugh.  like he has this , chuckle.  its quiet and weird because nobody was really allowed to laugh as one of poe’s ravens, they were made to be as non-human as possible.  but when he’s doing things on his own , in any verse ,  he has these laughs that i honestly just have to keep canon from joel’s actual laugh because this motherfucker laughs weird.  he does smile quite a lot and chuckle , but proper laugh? i literally have it written out and i apologize in advance i know this is like proper weird but i’ve thought about this to a weird extent just , this is for me you don’t actually have to watch this but if you’re really fucking bored here you go 

                     at 0:38 , he does like a little scrunchy face and sort of wheezes into a laugh that turns into this monotone “eheh , heh  . . . . heh , eheh.”   this is a genuine laugh , and i hate it but LMAO  like the face scrunch and the silent laugh that’s preluded with a fucking wheeze is staple for him.  i dont think he’s a clapper but this laugh probably only comes out when someone pulls a really dumb joke , or when he’s watching a funny movie , or when someone he trusts tells a funny story.  at 1:34 - 1:40 , and then again at 6:04.  * sighs * its just the wide mouthed silent laugh , i LMAO I DONT MAKE THIS SHIT UP ILIAS LOOKS SO STUPID BC HE LAUGHING BUT THERE’S NO SOUND but this is 500% that unexpected laugh where something completely out of cue , like dumbass laugh that he can’t help. sometimes he’ll do a little wheezing sound when he inhales but it’s mostly him mimicking a blue whale having lunch lmfao  then there’s 7:57 , then again at 11:08  where he’s like ... “laughing” while telling a story. this is very much a kal thing , kal anderson the alias of ilias. i know i’m sorry i didn’t think that through. but he definitely has this little chuckle laugh that i don’t think ilias does willingly , it’s something that comes up when he sees other people laughing at a story or tidbit that he’s telling. where he laughs whilst telling the story , stumbles over his words , pauses and restarts a sentence because he’s pretending like he has to hold it together but its just , not real.

                      at some point , he’s going to recognize that he’s scared of dying because his life was devoid of everything that he got to taste with freddie and ashford.   he’s going to be scared of being alone , of living *without* the things that he *wants* to have in his life.  he’s going to be terrified of continuing on as who he was as a hired gun , as one of poe’s ravens , as a lifeless sack of mass that eats and shits so that he can torture and coax and kill.  he’s scared of the fact that he’s beginning to think that life isn’t exactly what he thought it was , that the things he used to think were useless —— are all suddenly extremely important to him.
