Hey there! Sure! I’d love to talk about it :)

Pokémon Knights is an art based role-play group where folks complete art prompts featuring their characters, participate in plot events through a mixture of writing and dice roles, and do written RP in a group or individually to build their characters’ relationships.

I don’t know if it has a quick name? Lol it’s just a roleplay format my buds and I have done a lot through the years.

Specifically Pokémon Knights takes inspiration from Pokémon Legends Arceus, and expanding for a How to Train Your Dragon vibe, Shadow of the Colossus, Monster Hunter World, The Witcher, etc.

I wanted to capture the feeling of Pokémon being terrifying forces of nature that people in the world are only starting to understand and use as companions. So lots of focus on exploration, protecting settlements, and meeting new Pokémon and trying to understand them while having a general fantasy/D&D vibe cuz I love that genre 😍

So yeah basically just like armored knights with teams of Pokémon who assist them with slaying dangerous Pokémon to protect folks.

Finally completed a ref sheet for this lovely clown dragon, Grimaldi, designed and gifted to me by the wonder @scrumpygoat! Grimaldi is genderfluid and uses She, He, They, and It pronouns. Theyre generally accepting of all of them. If she's in a mood to be perceived in a certain way, she'll let you know (or maybe she won't just to have an excuse to eat you). You can hear her approach by the jangle of their many bells, and from the bells and the bone-white mask face they exude a highly corrosive vapor. Typically her face stays as it is, a mask of impenetrable bone, but there are rare times where she will open up. She has no need to, and will eat by corroding prey and inhaling the resulting vapors.
