summer hiking is sooo fucking fun its so beautiful the greenery and the light through the trees and the leaves but its always so hot and buggy and tainted by the ever present terror of getting a tick on you by the end of it

#scrolling thru my hiking tag god i miss the green trails so much #i miss GREEEEEEN #but also yeah i got 3 ticks on me between last april-july which was uhm. terrible #brot posts #winter/spring hiking is like. brown. brown. some spots of green from the pine trees and thorn bushes #brown. more brown #gray clouds. yellow grass. brown. brown #its sad bro 😭😭#i know its part of the cycle of things and i try to appreciate it for what it is #like theres still beauty in nature anyway bc its like. well its nature #but its also like im lying if i say i dont vastly prefer the green !!
