I remember WAYYY BACK when this game first came out, people hc'd the BLU Scout to have blonde hair and be more of a whiny baby man.

The thing is, not only is this character a whiny baby man, he NEEDS to have obnoxious faux-confidence and a dickish lack of swag. Baby, but the kind that screams and bites. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
