I find myself missing Jeremiah a lot, and thus, wanting to enjoy the things in life he did. So I thought it'd be a great idea to compile a list of his favorite things.

Singing hymns, the lower harmonies especially, playing them on piano and accordion

He loved apple pie, apples, apple juice

His favorite pizza topping was the same as mine, SUPREME

He loved watching the Swedish chef

He was addicted to Scotty Kilmer videos

He liked to spend an hour at a time playing with lit candles. Idk lol. He would adjust the wax to see if he could get it to burn better.

He loved unsweet tea and kombucha

He liked sneaking up on me and spooking me. Also tickling. He loved loved loved tickling.

He loved gummy peach candies, Haribo berries, and butter pecan ice cream.

Did he ever love bread! Especially homemade!

He loved moisturizing. He wouldnt leave the house if he didnt put lotion on every square inch of his body beforehand.

He loved salt! His parents constantly tried to help him to pull back on it, but he charged ahead with the salt.

He loved campfires, and cooking on them.

He loved bugs... he would see a bug and take a picture, and get just a tiny bit closer, and take another picture, until he captured some amazing close ups that I never thought were possible.

He had a soft spot for animals... and they had a soft spot for him. Animals weren't as afraid of him, he just had a way with them.

He loved to put his nose on my nose and would talk about enjoying the optical illusion it would make… your eyes get real close together and it’s adorable.

Jeremiah and I used to play with a slingshot we got from Walmart. We used to play chess, ping pong, darts, 10s and 2s… with others we played Catan, Risk, O-Trio, some Neanderthal game, Don’t break the ice, tetherball…

He used to pride himself on his sense of smell. He could detect what was in dishes or what fragrances were used in perfumes.
