the second is a barrow king who rules a full valley (against the Laws of the Barrow Kings) and uses newly acquired FelFire to dominate his own undead people. He seeks to rule a nation among mortals, first step was securing this valley (which can only be entered through a cave aka his barrow kingdom is legally 'in a cave!') which he plotted 300y ago with the placement of his kingdom in this spot. Next step would be bringing in new people and this expanding. Living people would be illegal, but undead from other places can join and stays who join him will technically be doing the right thing, like registration of themselves. But something very illegal is he's working on ways to turn the living to undead. Circumventing the Deep One's devine process of Death -> JUDGMENT -> Undeath (if they don't go to Devil Kingdoms for punishment or get claimed by a God, or reincarnated if an elf or dwarf.). Has allied a felflame welding vampire.

VERIFICAT DE EUROPA FM | Scad sau nu contribuțiile individuale la Pilonul II din 2018?- AUDIO

„Revoluția fiscală” nu a lăsat neatins Pilonul II de pensii. În loc de 5,1% din fiecare salariu, de la 1 ianuarie 2018 la fondul de pensii private obligatorii va ajunge în fiecare lună doar un procentaj de 3,75.

Scăderea în procente nu va diminua și suma plătită azi la Pilonul II, au asigurat recent ministrul Muncii, Lia Olguța Vasilescu, și președintele ALDE, Călin Popescu Tăriceanu.

După oficializarea noilor reguli fiscale, Europa FM l-a întrebat pe ministrul Finațelor, Ionuț Mișa, care sunt calculele sale. Concret, dacă poate garanta că, din perspectiva salariatului, suma destinată Pilonul II va rămâne neschimbată anul viitor.

„Se va reduce contribuția, dar fără a scădea sumele virate în 2017 pe parcursul anului 2018. Practic, sumele nete care vor fi transferate către Pilonul II în 2018 vor fi aceleași și, chiar dacă se realizează o reducere de la 5,1% la 3,75%, datorită celorlalte creșteri de salariu brut, se menține aceeași sumă”, a răspuns Ionuț Mișa miercuri, în conferința de presă de la ministerul Finanțelor, după adoptarea în Guvern a noului Cod Fiscal și a ordonanței care reduce contribuția procentuală la Pilonul II.

Am verificat la Europa FM, chiar cu cifrele oficiale ale Ministerului de Finanțe, dacă „se menține aceeași sumă” la Pilonul II, cum spune domnul Ionuț Mișa.

Trebuie să facem, din capul locului, o distincție: una este perspectiva statului, care  virează anual 7 miliarde de lei fondurilor de pensii administrate privat, ca intermediar între salariații participanți și Pilonul II, și cu totul alta este perspectiva angajatului pe care îl interesează dacă suma ajunsă în contul său rămâne sau nu aceeași.

Ionuț Mișa a dat un răspus precaut. Dar, cum întrebarea pusă în mod repetat a vizat strict contribuția personală la Pilonul II în 2018, vom analiza dacă această sumă crește sau scade după „revoluția fiscală”.

Artimetica arată că un angajat care câștigă astăzi salariul minim pe economie pierde de la 1 ianuarie la Pilonul II câte 2 lei pe lună, prin scăderea contribuției de la 5,1% la 3,75%. Iar lucrul acesta se întâmplă în condițiile în care Guvernul va impune salariu minim de 1900 de lei, mai mare decât în prezent. Cine câștigă? Statul care strânge în bugetul de pensii (la Pilonul I) aproape 100 de lei în plus de la fiecare angajat cu salariul minim. Adică de la peste 2 milioane de oameni.

Dar să vedem și ce efect va avea decizia Guvernului asupra contului personal al angajatului cu un salariu mediu – de 2200 de lei net. Dacă angajatorul va respecta întocmai noul Cod Fiscal și îi va mări salariul din contract prin trecerea integrală a contribuțiilor sociale, suma care îi va fi virată la Pilonul II va fi după 1 ianuarie cu 20 de lei mai mică decât e azi.

Calculul e confirmat indirect chiar în prezentarea făcută public miercuri de ministrul Finanțelor care omite însă suma în scădere la Pilonul II și arată doar cine câștigă. Previzibil, tot statul. Prin reașezarea taxelor, la Pilonul I ajung 140 de lei în plus.

Pe scurt, angajatul cu salariu mediu pierde la pensia privată 12% și virează mai mult la bugetul de pensii publice în care nu are, în acest moment, un cont individual.

De altfel, scopul transferului de contribuții, asumat la Ministerul Finanțelor, a fost, de la bun început, mărirea considerabilă a bugetului asigurărilor sociale, prin reducerea dependenției de subvenția de la bugetul de stat, pentru a se asigura plata la zi a pensiilor.

De ce spune totuși ministrul Mișa că „se menține aceeași sumă” la Pilonul II? O explicație este aceea că, la stabilirea procentajului de 3,75%, Guvernul a făcut simulări doar din perspectiva statului. Scopl a fost acelaca statul să intermedieze anual plata a doar 7 miliarde de lei către fondurilor private, cât virează și în 2017. A luat în calcul că tuturor bugetarilor le crește salariul cu 25% din ianuarie, iar celor din Sănătate, de exemplu, li se dublează, din martie. În plus, indemnizațiile demnitarilor cresc odată cu salariul minim pe economie.

Doar că în România sunt un 1.200.000 de bugetari și 4.000.000 de participanți activi la Pilonul II. Chiar dacă, prin reducere la absurd, toți bugetarii ar participa la fondul privat, tot ar rămâne aproape 3 milioane de angajați în companii care pierd între 2 lei și 80 de lei la Pilonul II.

Nici pentru bugetari nu este însă clar în acest moment că suma destinată Pilonului II nu se schimbă. Pentru a o păstra similară cu cea din acest an un angajat are nevoie de o mărire de salariu de 36%. Or, Legea salarizării le garantează celor mai mulți doar 25%.

Este evident că suma anuală transferată la Pilonul II prin intermediul Casei de Pensii poate fi aceeași cel mult din perspectiva statului care ia astfel în calcul toate contribuțiile – și pe cele care cresc, și pe cele care scad. Dar din perspectiva angajatului cu un cont individual la Pilonul II suma va fi mai mică în cel puțin 3 milioane de cazuri.

În concluzie, afirmația ministrului Ionuț Mișa că sumele nete care vor fi transferate către Pilonul II în 2018 vor fi aceleași” este PARȚIAL ADEVĂRATĂ.

undead shadrkai, new, weak and terrified about how people treat her. she dosnt have the sense of self to do this. shes real vulnerable, wanted to be a wife and mother but a sickness killed her so young, revived and given a second life by the shadows but its as a dk. she knows its an absolute houner, but its not her. greasy hair, dull pale eyes, grey blochy blue skin. and she smells.

a head hunter. a dk that hopes for epic 1 on 1s, famous foes, real challenge. duals other DKs and vicious with FelKnights (party memebers atken to city of flesh) She tatoos her kills on her body. uses a scavenged katana.

an iron dwarf who joined the dk, undying warlock, loyal to the flotila still.

shadarkai and crownlander, this dk Brother Dawn, like to play the hero. and finds social quests and detective works too boring. someone else might be actually getting attacked!

Scopling DK, who focuses on finding really lost people. like hikers and cliffs. they hear wispers on the wind/ from shadows. one of the best relationships with shadows cus they free other elementals, and are very respectiful to the 'small gods'.

He was usurped by an older cousin two years ago, who threw him in a river (we is paralysed in his legs). He was a good swimmer (considering) and Lucky he had always been friends with the local ducks, how rafted just well enough to keep him above water, and make it down river. In the estuary he was captured by pirates! Yellow beard, the old captain of the ship was going to Ransome him. Young Tiberius have Yellow beard a Saturn talking to about how rude he was to his crew and how he should act like a real lord. His crew agreed and mutiny through the old captain overboard. Tiberius was then elected captian, he parted his hair flipped it around and looked just like a blond dwarf, he then led the Scoplings against other pirates! And in trading missions. With his surprisingly good manners with crownlanders, just some instant connection they could trust. He was adorable, charming and actually successful and kind. Total change from old Yellow Beard. Privateered for a year.

Eventually he went back and the ducks told him the cool boat ride was an attempted murder "Oh I was real mad about that!" And that the usurping lord had arested good Fidelus, most loyal of cavaliers. The pirates sprung Fidelus from the dungeon and together they slew the few Cavaliers loyal to the usurper. The userper was shown mercy by our fair lord and sent into exile, never to command another man again. (At this point whole court of settled pirates and Fideles, look away sheepishly, cus they executed that cunt in the tombs later.

half Crownlander, half shadarkai. He has all the pagentry of a great cavalier, and the ferociousness and knowledge of any deathkniight. often backs out if he thinks he could die. will really abandone a whole quest

iron dwarf, loyal to the flotila, but also his personal riches, gathered from draugr espetially, and hunts felknights for sport.

a shadarkai who took a shadow blade maybe? or the shadow obeys her?

she just wanted to be a mother, let her husband and kids be dk if they wanted. but she never got any family. she died at just 17. when such a loyal shadarkai becomes undead, the assumption is that they are blessed by the deep one. She was sent out, but although she technicaly knows all the rules, she never cared too much and struggles with everything here. she overwhemled constantly and people look to her as an authority figurre and wwhen they are in danger. She thinks love is off the table ofc, look at her.

Half werebear, half shadarkai. parents meet hunting a wendigo/ghoul. Hes the bloody hunter, order of lycan yes, but also because he is vrutal with the undead, willing to shoot through any who stand in his way, and maybe... through hostages. hes seen a ghoul eat a family, and vampire tear open the throat of the girl who said 'BuT hE LoVeS mE!' No, no sympathy for these natural predators.
