Tengu in the Woods

Drabble involving @scnju

A giant shadow looms over the countryside, flying around a dome of a village was a giant, a masked man with bat like wing. Gliding about the winds like a drake

M.T as Des would call him, but his real villain title is Monstrous Tengu! a S ranked villain; The devil in the sky people call him, despite his size, he can fly through the sky effortlessly picking off people. Not to mention his teleportation. Des has been fighting this monster for years, always running away before they could trap him.

Now he was in this world of ninja, he could hide anywhere.

"Ugh...where is that rubbarband brat!? I can't return to my world without him." It was a downside of his stolen quirk, so he couldn't or the prior user couldn't just drop any opponents anywhere else and just leave. Looking around all he saw was the village, the worm had to be among the other insects here right? Spotting a large forest he'd fly towards it, it was guarded by a gate.

'The forest of death' The villain would scoff, perfect for him, the bringer of it, he easily flew over the gate and deeper into the forest. "Not perfect but this could be a good spot to call my own." With a quick turn of his head he'd open his mouth, his tongue morphing into a harpoon-gun!- Firing it out stabbing a centipede in the head, killing it.

"Heh heh heh- looks like I can have some real fun in these woods here...if I make enough of a ruckus I'm sure I can lure ta rubbarband into a fun trap." Retrieving his harpoon he'd return it back to a normal tongue. "Heh heh heh HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!"

A laugh echoes in the woods...

Hearing her talk about herself like that made him cringe. His heart rate increasing and his ears burn. A drop in his stomach.

“Don’t talk about yourself like that. You, Senju Tsunade, are no failure.” Jiraiya assures her. He cups her cheeks firmly. “The woman I know is confident and intelligent. And she’s no failure. Not when I’m around to take her slack.”

He pats her cheeks before letting her go.

Des looked at her skeptically, tail flicking in confusion, not at her but at how to explain himself.

"I doubt you'd believe me.....but let's just say this is common when he tries to escape, I dealt with this more than once. I think he was just trying to escape with some people before me and some other heroes arrived on the scene." Des kept it a bit vague, if he told her he was from another world then she'd probably tie him to the bed thinking he was deliriously sick.

"As for the money, my family's golden- we can pay it off easily- I just want this guy, captured, with him behind bars alot more people can be safe to walk the streets back home." That was honest however, he loved walking home but man the fear some had to even go out ate away at him.

Tsunade nodded. It definitely sounded like something that would potentially put the village in danger, but she wanted to have more details before she put one of her shinobi on the assignment.

"Don't worry about the charge, based off of the information that you're giving me. I'm just needing to do my due diligence as the Hokage to see what kind of danger my village may be in." she explained to Des. "Do you have any idea what would have brought him here in the first place?" she asked Des out of curiousity. "Or did he just-- land here like you did?"

For once, the dragon didn't want to know if the other was lost or not. Or was debating on bothering the other to move. But the fact that the dragon was giving out an compliment?

Showed that she thought that she would at least like the other as a person. Even if they were human, she could sense something was up with them.

Gina smiled widely, clearly amused by something she wasn't saying. "Well, if I just came in, you'd tell me you were too busy. So, if I get arrested and put in the jail, and then create a reason to be in the infirmary, then logically, you have to spend time with me. It's foolproof." Also insane.

That's fair. Amongst other things, trying to cross over characters from very specific franchises is hard.

Cage didn't befriend many of his consumers, he did however notice that whenever Tsunade was in house many men seemed to follow and those days he racked up pretty good dough.

Many folks visited his bar for various reasons; some drank to celebrate, others drank to forget, some drank to cope. Whatever the case was Luke never cared to pry so long as they didn't cause trouble and spent money. However, he did take interest in Tsunade initially due to the crowd she drew- but over time he developed a bit of a relationship of his own with her.

Cage had a bit of a night last night. He had broken up with Kurenai Yuhi and was dealing with quite a few other things that made him tired.

"Oh shit...my bad girl." He tried his back and fixed her drink." Yo what's going on with all the test? You good. I can give you a lift to your next appointment." He offered.
