hybrid au

         IT’S NOT HIS LEAH; it’s almost her. Identical looks, identical attitude, identical everything - but there’s one thing wrong. She doesn’t smell like his pack - and as ridiculous as his Leah thinks him calling a family of vampires his PACK - that is how he knows that the vampire standing here is not HER. Which begs the question - who is she?

          He starts to walk, effectively circling her like the WOLF that he is, eyes keen as he studies her, trying to SPY some crack in the disguise, a flaw that could explain WHAT or who she really is. He can’t see anything though, which only serves to unsettle him more. He stops walking, standing BEHIND her. 

          “Who are you and what do you WANT?”

if this was a couple of years earlier, he would’ve laughed at the words, perhaps an implied request laying there on the words of his sister. it’s no secret he isn’t one to touching, less reaching out and comforting. up until a few years back, he had no clue how to behave around his siblings without threatening to dagger them. “well, you are in luck I’m around then. Hope has told me I give the best hugs.“ then again, she is his daughter,  she has to say he is the best at everything. at any case, it makes the hybrid step up closer and wrap his arms around freya, a hand moving to sooth down long blonde hair.

          thin arms cross over her chest as she regards the blonde in front of her, who was a little bit taller than her. ❛ something tells me that you know exactly what i am. ❜ her voice is soft, with a bit of suspicion at the edge of her tone --- not exactly combative, but still finding herself ever so slightly wary of the other woman nonetheless. there was something about her that was kind of putting her on edge. but, she couldn’t really put her finger on it.

It had been a long night with Niklaus was on one of on a rampage through the 𝙘̢̙̪𝙤̼̝̞𝙢̺̺𝙥̢̦͇𝙤̝̠̪𝙪̫͙𝙣̺̳̞𝙙̡͎͉ leaving the witch hard at work trying to block out all the noise that cames with. ❝Good morning sister,❞ Freya sais rising from her chair at her desk where she had been writing another letter to her Matthias as if he was still alive and could read her writing. It was more like a diary that she burns so that 𝙣̡̦͕𝙤͔̞̝ 𝙤͔̟̻𝙣̢̙̞𝙚̙͖̝ will read them. Her uncle asked her to get her dear aunt Freya to sleep. The tribrid gathers up her newest family member that was an animal (not her father...the wolf) and starts the search around for her aunt. She knows that magic of any kind is exhausting and everyone is spreading themselves thin and knowing her aunt, who has the mindset of a Mikaelson which is stubborn until the end, she is suffering. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to guess that her aunt hasn’t been sleeping given that Elijah wants Hope to get Freya to sleep.

When she catches up to her aunt, Hope calls out, ❝Aunt Freya!❞ She is speeding to get in front of the blonde thanks to her ability of supernatural speed that has only enhanced since she died almost a year ago right around the time that this whole thing started. ↳🎔 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 // @scngless

Without context, it sounded like he was cautioning her against barging in their brother’s bedroom because he was with someone. Instead, it was more of a warning to stay away until Finn’s little ‘concert’ had finished. Their brother wasn’t exactly known for his lovely singing voice, after all.
