[SCLR-K1404 "Sichler"] Just spent a while transcribing the standard Blades in the Dark character sheets so that I can start making changes to make them more fitting for the Signalis spy game.

The plan is to more or less keep the standard playbooks. Whisper needs to be reworked to be a little more bioresonant-flavoured, and we're going to include Hull as an option for heavy-duty frames like the MNHR or SAPR, for missions where you need the extra firepower.
