this changes all the time and it’s usually somewhere within the entertainment industry, but lately it’s been SHOWRUNNER!!! gloria calderon kellet (showrunner of odaat) has just been inspiring me sm lately ugh….a showrunner is basically an executive producer who still has a lot of say in the writer’s room with the actual writing itself plus the overall direction of the show. it’s, like, exactly what i’d want to do with any show i’d create, so ig that makes it my current dream job yeeeet.
