Hi my apologies if you've already answered this but I saw your comment about being a NYC Architecture draft person and how a lot of buildings there are illegal and I was just curious how that happens? I'm assuming the architecture firm would have to know the building codes and thus try to design the buildings to follow that, but is it like changed by someone higher up that's meant to approve it or something?

it’s typically the Builing Owner/Landlords or Tenants do illegal work on/in the rental property without the Department of Buildings finding out.

Renting in this city is hell and Landlords take advantage of people not knowing building code or law. Hell, nearly 100% of the time the Landlord/Owner doesn’t know the laws or codes either, so we get horrible “apartments” that people don’t know are illegally renovated, and think this is just how it is and costs what it costs, no questions asked. Imbeciles leading the imbeciles

Looks like you did/said something to a 4chan elite or something during this period where they are trying to take over tumblr by destroying large and popular accounts. Shit happens, but if anything, try to not put your foot in your mouth with people you don't know or even just up right call someone out. Anyone can go to 4chan atm and put accounts on what seems to be a list. And then if you're a big enough account, they'll consider it v.v this is so tiring to be honest. They need to stop
