ไทยพาณิชย์ จุดกระแส!!! บะหมี่ริมทาง จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตได้

ไทยพาณิชย์ กระตุ้��ให้เกิดสังคมไร้เงินสดได้อย่างรวดเร็วอีกครั้ง ด้วยการจับมือกับพาร์ทเนอร์แฟรนไชส์ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมอย่าง “ชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยว” ที่ปัจจุบันมีสาขาถึง 4,300 สาขาทั่วประเทศ ถือเป็นเสือปืนไวที่จับมือเป็นรายแรก และความร่วมมือนี้ยังได้วีซ่าเข้ามาเป็นอีกส่วนหนึ่งในการใช้รางวัลเป็นตัวจูงใจ เหมาะกับนิสัยคนไทยที่ชอบเสี่ยงโชค โดยตั้งเป้าเพิ่มยอดผู้ให้บริการ “SCB QR แม่มณี” ที่ 2 ล้านร้านค้าภายในสิ้นปี 2562 และในจำนวนนี้เป็นร้านค้าที่รับบัตรเครดิต 1 แสนร้านค้า ความร่วมมือกันระหว่าง ไทยพาณิชย์ และชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวเกิดจากการเล็งเห็นมูลค่าของตลาดอาหารข้างทางหรือสตรีทฟู้ด มีอัตราการเติบโตเพิ่มมากขึ้นจาก 20,000 ล้านบาทในปี 2017 และคาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 340,000 ล้านบาทในปีนี้ ซึ่งการสร้างสังคมไร้เงินสดนี้ ไม่ได้กระตุ้นให้เพียงลูกค้าของร้านค้าใช้งานเท่านั้น แต่ไทยพาณิชย์ยังได้ส่ง Total Business Solution บริการด้านการบริหารเงินสำหรับเจ้าของธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์และผู้ซื้อแฟรนไชส์ พร้อมบริการรับชำระเงินด้วย QR Payment Platform สำหรับผู้ซื้อแฟรนไชส์ในการซื้ออุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบจากชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยว โดยไม่ต้องใช้เงินสด รวมถึงระบบการจัดการข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่สามารถนำมาพัฒนาและช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการร้าน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น นางสาวพิมพ์ใจ ทองมี ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการใหญ่ ผู้บริหารสาย Payments Product Sales and Delivery ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ กล่าวว่า ในปี 2018 ที่ผ่านมามีลูกค้าใช้งาน SCB EASY ประมาณ 8.5 ล้านราย ซึ่งธนาคารฯ ได้ตั้งเป้าหมายในปีนี้ไว้ที่ 12 ล้านราย ส่วนร้านค้าที่ใช้ SCB QR แม่มณีจำนวน 1,300,000 ร้านค้า และ 18,000 ร้านค้าในจำนวนนี้สามารถตัดผ่านบัตรเครดิตได้ ดังนั้นการจะก้าวไปสู่เป้าหมายดังกล่าวไทยพาณิชย์จึงต้องทำการผลักดันในทุกด้าน และธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ร้านอาหารริมทาง เป็นอีกหนึ่งธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมร้านอาหารที่ยังมีศักยภาพในการเติบโตได้อีกมาก "ทำไมต้องเป็น ชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยว เพราะเรามองว่าถ้าร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวรับได้ ก็จะสามารถขยายไปสู่ร้านอย่างอื่นได้ง่าย โดยแอปพลิเคชัน ‘วงใน’ ได้เปิดเผยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการค้นหาข้อมูลร้านอาหารในประเทศไทยพบว่า ในปี 2560 คนไทยมีการค้นหาเมนูอาหารเป็นจำนวนมากถึง 7,500,000 ครั้ง

เมนูที่มีการค้นหามากที่สุด คือ “ก๋วยเตี๋ยว” ทำให้เห็นว่าธุรกิจร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวยังคงได้รับความนิยมจากผู้บริโภคอยู่เป็นจำนวนมากประกอบกับชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวมีส่วนแบ่งการตลาดแฟรนไชส์ถึง 20% ซึ่งจะทำให้การสร้างอีโคซิสเต็มด้วยการใช้ดิจิทัลแทนเงินสดเร็วขึ้น ซึ่งขณะนี้ได้เริ่มที่ร้านชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลไปแล้ว 378 ร้านค้า " การจับมือในครั้งนี้ยังถือเป็นการจับกลุ่ม Micro Merchant เปิดมิติใหม่ตลาดสตรีทฟู้ดส์เมืองไทยในยุคดิจิทัล 4.0 ในเมืองไทย โดยในส่วนของร้านค้านั้นจะมีการจัดโปรโมชันเพื่อกระตุ้นด้วยเช่นกัน ถ้ามียอดใช้จ่ายครบ 5,000 บาทจะได้คูปองซื้อสินค้า 500 บาท ยอดใช้จ่ายสะสมครบ 20,000 ได้ร่มแม่มณี นอกจากนี้ยังนำเสนอสินเชื่อหมุนเวียนสำหรับร้านค้า เพื่อช่วยสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจในอนาคตอีกด้วย ทั้งหมดเป็นการนำเสนอบริการด้านการบริหารเงินแบบครบวงจร หรือ “Total Business Solution” เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือทางธุรกิจเพื่อเจาะกลุ่มธุรกิจร้านอาหารแฟรนไชส์ขนาดเล็กโดยเฉพาะ เพื่อช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของการจับมือกับ “วีซ่า” นั้นจะมุ่งผู้ให้บริการการจับจ่ายด้วยระบบ Scan to Pay ชำระเงินค่าอาหารที่ร้านชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวด้วยการสแกน QR Code และเลือกชำระเงินผ่าน Virtual Credit Card ซึ่งถือเป็นบริการรับชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิตด้วย Ticket size ขนาดเล็กเป็นครั้งแรก จับกลุ่มลูกค้าระดับ Micro Merchant เพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้กับลูกค้าร้านชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวไม่ต้องพกเงินสดอีกต่อไป ด้านนายพันธ์รบ กำลา ประธานกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ชายสี่ บะหมี่เกี๊ยว จำกัด กล่าวว่า การเลือกจับมือกับธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์เนื่องจากมีความคุ้นเคยกับสถาบันการเงินนี้มายาวนาน ประกอบกับเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค ทำให้เจ้าของธุรกิจจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวตามไปด้วย ซึ่งความร่วมมือครั้งนี้เรามองเรื่องความปลอดภัยช่วยลดปัญหาให้กับสายส่งที่ต้องรับภาระความเสี่ยง และอันตรายในการถือเงินสดจำนวนมากในการขายสินค้าให้ลูกค้าแฟรนไชส์ และยังสามารถเพิ่มช่องทางการชำระเงิน ให้กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการที่ร้านชายสี่บะหมี่เกี๊ยวอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย เป็นการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ และเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับแบรนด์ นายสุริพงษ์ ตันติยานนท์ ผู้จัดการวีซ่า ประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า จากการสำรวจเรื่องทัศนคติการชำระเงินของผู้บริโภค พบว่า ผู้บริโภคชาวไทย รู้จักการชำระเงินผ่านคิวอาร์โค้ดสูงที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และเกือบครึ่งหนึ่งของผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจต้องการที่จะใช้วิธีการชำระเงินแบบนี้ เพื่อใช้จ่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้นการชำระเงินผ่านคิวอาร์โค้ด วีซ่ายังได้จัดโปรโมชั่นมอบรางวัลให้กับผู้โชคดีที่ใช้บริการ Scan to Pay ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2561 จนถึง 31 มีนาคม 2562 โดยจะมีการประกาศชื่อผู้โชคดีในเดือนพฤษภาคมปี 2562 นี้ ลิงค์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ธนาคาร ไทยพาณิชย์ Read the full article
