I saw a very valid post from @bonniethebonyghost about Huckleberry's design in Berry Bitty Adventures. They brought up his original design in the 1980s compared to his more bland design in Berry Bitty Adventures and I honestly have to agree. But I feel like this issue extends beyond Huckleberry Pie

Everyone else felt just as bland. I love what they did with Strawberry herself to hell and back. But everyone else really blends in with one another. Like, they took the model for Strawberry, recolored her and made a few tweaks to the model. Sometimes I can't tell who's who just by looking at a picture from far away. To be fair, the same can kind of be said for previous shows at times. But BBA is the strongest example of this

This is where Berry In The Big City really shines for me, to be honest. The characters all have very distinct designs and silhouettes. While I wish they kept closer to the original type of magical world the franchise had set up, I'm just happy they went about making the characters actually feel like their own separate characters

If your idea of good Strawberry Shortcake redesigns are Bratz But Fruit Themed I don’t think you get to complain about the current designs being ‘bad’
