The initial premise is definitely not to everyone's taste, but there's some potential to have some fun. The first volume stays in comedy, largely viewing it's darker themes through that lens. The second volume however 180s. It becomes darker, taking things further and more seriously than before. It's not necessarily a bad development, but it 180s so quickly and that slightly air of comedy never quite goes away. It ends up feeling jarring. Why did this comedy manga turn into a psychological tragedy?

Kuroko Koumori is the best character in yuri history and absolutely nobody does it like her.
