Mechtober 2024 Day 19: Headcanons

The Lyfrassir Edda working at Sawedoff Police Department is the same Lyfrassir Edda from The Bifrost Incident,, they ended up on Zeta Quadstar B after escaping the Bifrost,,, no one can change my mind on this matter and none of you know what the hell I am talking about or who those people in the background are and I am so sorry.

This is mostly a Mutants & Masterminds campaign headcanon but it’s MY PERSONAL OPINION on what happened to Lyf after TBI. So it’s also a mechanisms headcanon now. :)

I am fully aware that this drawing has a target audience of exactly 1 (me), so here’s Lyf by themself so no one can be mad at me about it:

So, Whiplash. You know a Mossberg 12-gauge sawedoff holds 7, six in the tube and one in the chamber, which is the only one I'm going to need. Though, to be honest I might play around with all seven if I'm dealing with Fletcher. Mossberg's got two safeties, trigger safe and rack safe and you need to work them in order before you go. First you press the rack safe up and work the pump, makes that sound you know? Then you flip the trigger safe and you're ready to shoot, assuming you didn't already have one ready to rock in the chamber. I'm not sure what he'd do when I walked in. I'd like it if he tried to run, that would be appropriate. He's absolutely fucking spineless, so it's entirely possible he'd try to hide behind his own students, hilarious. But what would be the funniest is if he just stood there and tried to start yelling at me, just tried to assert his stupid fucking authority at exactly the moment the gun blasted his intestines onto the floor.

Someone asked for a close up picture of the shotgun.⁣ ⁣ So, here it is in all its glory along with some other every day carry items for a foreign war zone.⁣ ⁣ Pictured at the top is a sawed off double barrel shotgun acquired while on mission. At this point kept as a backup gun for drivers.⁣ ⁣ Below that is an M4 with the 10" upper, EOTech, & PEQ15. The accessories are part of the SOPMOD II kit.⁣ ⁣ Also pictured are Chinese made throwing stars that I carried and threw at many things on & off base & on missions.
