hi! i love all your art and the stuff you have in your store! if i may ask, is there a difference between buying through your new store URL and through the etsy website/app?
hi there! thank you for your kind words, and yes, there is actually a difference! (lengthy explanation below)
i'm about to explain how a typical etsy store works, vs my new setup which is done via a service etsy provides called 'pattern'.
etsy, itself, is a free service. it takes 3 categories of fees when you make a sale: listing, transaction, and processing.
listing: a fee for listing the item
transaction: the fee for, well, the sale, on etsy
processing: can't be avoided, everyone charges for this. it's for credit card processing
etsy's service 'pattern' costs $15 a month - it offers very basic website editing/building, let's you link a domain (if you also pay for etsy plus which i do, another $10 a month). it also allows you to sell things etsy itself does not, and counts as it's own domain, even if etsy is the host
TLDR; (the main difference): if i sell something on my .com, etsy does NOT take transaction/listing fees. i would save 60%+ on the fees it does not take from my sales, therefore i save more money.
in exchange for $25 a month, and only getting sales by the traffic i bring in myself via social media promotion (which how i get most of my sales anyway, is you guys, my lovely followers) i can run my brand on its own official .com, while saving hundreds of dollars a month on fees, and i get to still ship with etsy, which is the #1 reason i am still with them. so in the long run it helps me out!

Etsy Shop Overhaul & Moving Away From Mercari
With the holidays approaching and Mercari changing their fees and shipping cost for prepaid labels, I knew I had to take time and focus on my Etsy shop otherwise I’ll be in a financial fiasco again, which lead to problems this month.
Mercari started charging processing fees on listings in October, which is in addition to their 10% cut that comes right off the top, shipping, and taxes. Though they tout it as being insignificant, the payment processing fee hurts smaller scale sellers who rely on individual sales versus bundles or high dollar items, where the payment processing fee for a bundle I recently sold at $32 came out to be $1.72 - (I paid) $4.79 shipping (I paid)-$3.20 (Mercari’s cut)= $22 (rounded)
So a bundle that would have 2 items I was willing to discount for the covenience of bundling and pay shipping for the customer cost me $10 for two $18 items I ended up charging $16 for. Which is pretty lame considering with Mercari, the seller only gets paid after the buyer has received the item and rated the transaction, releasing the funds.
I invested in Pitney Bowes for Mercari sales as it is $4.99 a month and is the same shipping label service that works with Etsy and Ebay to offer discounted commercial shipping options. I still have to pay postage, but most labels are still $.50 or so cheaper than the prepaid labels Mercari offers.
But with the new payment processing fee added into the mix, I can barely still break even on orders $20+ as I’m only getting $13 in my pocket and buyers don’t want to pay the full price, which is the draw of Mercari- you can make offers. Now your offer of $12 only gets me $8 for an item that cost more than that in labor and materials.
-In response to this I have totally revamped my Etsy pricing to reflect what I expect to receive for an item and opened up the option for personalized and customized orders in every item for buyers to possibly request a less expensive version of something they love. I went through each listing and changed shipping to be calculated for each item so international customers can benefit from lower rates and free shipping on orders $35.00 USD + while customers within the US will still receive free domestic shipping via USPS First Class, with the option for choosing to pay for expedited shipping if you wish.
-Holiday sale will begin on the 10th of this month (November) and end December 31st with ALL items discounted in the shop! Promo code CRYSTALBLR will still be active to receive an extra $5 off your order (even custom orders!) so I definitely urge you to take advantage of these discounts if you have seen anything in my shop you desire :)
What Is Next With Mercari?
Starting January 1st, 2021 I will be only listing items on Mercari that are either abandoned custom orders or second hand materials, clothing, etc from my personal home that would otherwise not be ‘appropriate’ for the Etsy shop. Free shipping will still be offered on bundles and select items at my discretion and I will still work with my Mercari buyers to give them the best deal. I appreciate all of your support if you purchased anything from my Mercari listings in the last two years, bringing my shop up to over 100 5 star reviews which is fantastic considering I really got into selling my creations in general just last year. I apologize for causing all my Mercari followers and supporters any inconvenience or heart ache when it comes to this switch of focus but in order for me to grow as an artist and grow my business I have to be able to make a profit AND afford to pay my expenses at the end of the day, which unfortunately isn’t happening selling on Mercari anymore. :( If you purchase anything from Mercari through December you will receive a special Etsy discount code with your order to show you how much I appreciate you and hope you choose to continue to follow me and support me during these tough times as you had before.
What’s Next?
Holiday sales will take place in my Etsy shop starting November 10th and ending December 31st (I may extend the date depending on how successful these sales are!) ALL of my listings will be discounted INCLUDING customized and personalized creations for those of you wanting to purchase something extra special for someone extra extra special this holiday season. Please place your orders ASAP as I am the only designer and manufacturer behind these creations. While most of my orders go out within 1-3 business days of processing, you may experience delays and sell outs depending on the popularity of certain items. You may still use the CRYSTALBLR promo code to save $5 off your order, as I mentioned before.
•New crystal essentials sets will be coming along with Talisman bracelets & necklaces as well as more unique one of a kind decor and other items! To those of you new to my creations, I like to mix the spiritual with the scientific, taking advantage of special effects pigments and designs to create amazing color changing, sunlight reactive, photoluminescent jewelry, accessories, and more combined with natural, authentic gemstones, crystals, and other Earthen items!
New Etsy pricing will also be even cheaper during this sale so there is no better time than now to give something you think is cool a try :) I offer a 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee as I have earned those 100+ 5 star reviews on Mercari. Also, starting yesterday, all orders will receive a special handmade gift with no minimum purchase!
Thank you again for all your support regardless of platform. I love you all!
XoXo- Samantha

A Beginner’s Guide to Anime Merchandise
Hey guys! So a few of my friends have asked me where I get all my YoI merch and I figured I’d make a post so anyone who’s kinda new to buying anime merch in general knows where to start.
This isn’t too comprehensive and meant to be a just quick-start guide of sorts, but if anyone has things they’d like to add to this, please feel free.
The Basics
There are some great websites dedicated to procuring anime goods from Japan for folks outside of the country and work like any other online shop basically. Some are better than others in various aspects and I’ll cover the most well-known/used ones.
AmiAmi: This one is first because it has a wide range of goods available from basically every anime, and also because it often has steep discounts on most items. They’re pretty fast to add new things as well—usually within a day of it being announced. It’s easy to use and has the option of monthly shipments, in which every purchase you’ve made for a specific month is consolidated into one big package. This saves big on shipping, if you’re willing to be patient. This also means that you will receive an invoice for that month’s full order rather than paying per-item/order individually—which can be either good or bad depending on the $$$$, haha! Apart from flexibility in shipping methods, it has an easy-to-understand points system (100yen=1point). The main downside to AmiAmi is that sometimes it doesn’t have certain items, and there seems to be no real rhyme or rhythm to that. Thankfully it’s only a few items.
CDJapan: I mainly use this as an alternative to AmiAmi, especially in regards to wanting those aforementioned certain items. However, it’s quite similar to AmiAmi in terms of providing decent discounts (though often not as steep as AmiAmi) and also has a similar point system.
*NOTE: neither AmiAmi nor CDJapan ship certain goods out of Japan such as the Yuri!!! on Ice dvds/blu-rays and soundtracks. (You can blame Avex for that.)
Mandarake: This site is a geared more towards secondhand goods and doujinshi but you can also find some amazing deals on new items if you’re willing to be very patient and thoroughly look. Their search system (and UI in general) isn’t great and leaves much to be desired, but usually gets the job done when you know what you’re looking for. (It may help if you search in Japanese.) They have multiple shopfronts you can buy from so you may wish to check that all your items are coming from the same one to save on shipping. Mandarake’s packaging is excellent, however, and others should take notes!!! One minor warning would also be that they no longer seem to accept Debit Cards, even through paypal, so you may wish to arrange another method of payment.
AitaiKuji: This site is great for getting limited edition items that you usually can’t find in other stores, such as the Yuri!!! on Museum goods or collaboration goods. It has a nice UI and it’s easy to find the items you’re searching for. However, AitaiKuji’s customer service is notorious for being slow to respond and also their shipping rates tend to be somewhat exorbitant, especially for the lackluster quality of packing. Their markups aren’t too bad on most items, but the shipping rates are what’ll get ya. However, AitaiKuji is one of the only places to get individuals items that normally come in a set OR to get opened blind packs. I usually only use them as a last resort, when I can’t get certain goods elsewhere and I don’t feel like hunting in auctions.
YesAsia: While this site doesn’t have a wide range of items available, it DOES offer free international shipping on certain orders! Additionally, it does sell the dvd/blu-rays and soundtracks outside of Japan. (The site overall is quite good for buying music/movies/etc from Asia.) However it has heavy markups on certain items, so you may want to price-check with other sites.
Yamnillion: I’ve never used this tictail-based service before and it’s not a full-fledged company I don’t think, but if you’re really desperate for a certain individual item from a set and don’t mind paying a premium for it + shipping, this is an option. However they have a very limited range of items and they seem to run out of stock quite fast, so you’ll have to be quick!
Using Proxies
Besides the English sites provided above, there is another option for people hunting for either very specific things/limited edition goods/out-of-print items OR hunting for the best deals: Japanese sites. Yahoo Japan Auctions, Otamart, and other such sites (including Amazon Japan and Rakuten!) can be a great place to snag merch you really want and can’t find elsewhere. However, to use these sites you run into the basic problem of a language barrier. Additionally, most of these places do not ship outside of Japan anyway. So there’s where a proxy service comes in. There are two different types of proxy services that exist (many current services function as both, though!):
ones that act as a mail-forwarding service
ones that actually buy the items for you
The first type of proxies still have the problem of you having to navigate a site in a foreign language and manage to buy the desired item and input the proxy’s address, etc. This is probably really overwhelming to people like me who have little understanding of Japanese! Hence why it would be more prudent to use the second type of proxy and let them act as your middleman. Using a proxy seems daunting at first, but it’s really not too bad once you jump into it.
*NOTE: Some proxies don’t deal with R-18+ goods so if you are looking for certain items, do your research!
Because I don’t have too much experience with proxies, I can’t really give any reviews on them (though I’m sure you can use a little google-fu for that), but here are the ones I know people have used before successfully:
ZenMarket: This is the only proxy site I’ve used thus far, and so far so good. Speedy customer service, easy-to-use interface, and also seems to have fairly low fees.
Buyee: Fees are a little higher, but has a more polished look and is a little faster than ZenMarket from what I hear.
WhiteRabbitExpress: Probably the most popular one I’ve heard of so far, however the fees are higher.
BuySmartJapan: This has a partnership with Toranoana, a famous Japanese doujinshi store where basically everyone and their mothers get their sweet, sweet doujin from. (Though you can use any proxy for that, really.) But it’s also great for buying general goods as well.
FromJapan: This has a partnership with Otamart, which is like a flea market for otakus. Again, you can use it for more than just this purpose.
Jpn-Depot: This proxy is simple to use and has low fees, but seems to work better as mail forwarding service. Their buying service seems to be sort of lacking from what friends have said.
*NOTE: When using these sites, if they offer an in-built search function, it’s better to search in Japanese rather than English. Additionally, keep in mind that some sellers (i.e. from Yahoo Japan Auctions and Otamart) may not wish to deal with proxies, for whatever reason.
Special Mentions
MyFigureCollection is a great way to keep track of all the official merch you’ve bought. You can also search user listings for an item you’re looking for and with some luck, someone might have it for sale! Also they have a list of partnered sites that essentially serves as a list of alternate shops, though I would encourage price-checking from most of these places (like Play-Asia and GoodsRepublic to name a few), lest you heavily overpay.
I would avoid searching on eBay not only because things on there tend to be super overpriced, but mostly because you will run into many bootlegs/counterfeit items. And sometimes it can be hard to tell whether or not what you’re buying is a fake. A good bet is to buy from sellers not based in China. I’ve bought a few things from Japan and USA-based sellers which were genuine, but I almost bought a few fakes from China before I realized.
Buyfags.moe (a product of 4chan’s /jp/ board) is actually an amazing guide on buying anime goods. Their full guide covers everything from explaining various shipping methods to helping you recognize bootlegs. They have an extensive list of shops/proxies/etc to check out. If you have the time, I highly suggest taking a look!!!
Fan Merch
Most of my YOI stuff is actually fan merch. Doujins, zines, prints, keychains, etc. However the problem with fan merch is that it is usually very limited and ephemeral. An artist will put up PO’s for an item and once that order is closed, it’s closed for good. You can get lucky and snag it during a second run or something, but many things are one-and-done. The main exception here are Japanese doujinshi—most of which get put on Mandarake and Toranoana (the latter of which will require a proxy to use) for a long sale period or until they run out of stock.
I haven’t been really reblogging much fan merch on here apart from the occasional zine I’ve been personally interested in. For those looking specifically for YOI doujins and zines, my friend @moonphantoma runs an incredibly organized and up-to-date blog here. (Be warned: dangerous to your wallet!)
The best way to know about other fan merch is to follow artists on tumblr/twitter. You can also peruse sites like tictail*, storenvy, etsy, and even kickstarter and see if you find something you’re interested in!
*As for tictail, make sure to use an artist’s storefront instead of going to their store via tictail’s “marketplace” because they will charge the artist a nasty fee for it. :( You can find guides on how to spot/avoid this, but I’ll make it easy by saying you should always buy from a URL that looks like “storename.tictail.com” and not “tictail.com/storename.” You’ll have to manually change the URL yourself, because tictail is tricky….
Good merch hunting, and sorry to anyone’s wallets that I might have hurt!
#anime#yoi#yuri on ice#yuri!!! on ice#merchandise#i actually really made this with YOI goods in mind bc that's all i buy but honestly it works for all anime merch#hope this helps at least a couple people!!!#nyerus.txt#misc

Final Takeaway
My First Picks…
These first five are favorites because they are quick ways to get started making extra money and they have long-term potential as well! All five of them do require an internet connection, but sine you’re reading this from the internet, I think you’re covered there ?
1. Share Your Opinion
and get money sent to your PayPal
Yup, you can actually generate side income by simply giving your opinion via online surveys. It’s not going to make you rich tomorrow, but it’s still a great way to generate extra income during your down time.
If you think surveys may be the way to go, check out our full list of the top survey companies for both online and offline opinions here.
Survey Junkie
2. Door Dash
Door Dash is our favorite pick for food delivery because it’s been reported back to us that DoorDashers make slightly more than UberEats drivers. While we don’t have any factual statistics to prove this right or wrong, we still pick DoorDash over UberEats as our top side hustle for food delivery. If you have a car, bike, or scooter, get started with Door Dash today and start making money for your next vacation, your upcoming wedding, or whatever expense you’re saving for!
Maybe you just don’t feel like driving people around in your car or maybe you don’t even have a car. Depending on the city you live in, Uber Eats allows you to deliver food to people via your car, bike, or scooter. Turn on the app in the morning before work, when you get home, or whenever you have some extra time to make money on your terms.
Door Dash
3. VIPKID
VIPKID will pay you up to $22/hour to teach English from the comfort of your home to children in China. Currently VIPKID has over 70,000 teachers teaching English as a second language to over 600,000 children in China.
They do require you to have a Bachelor’s degree from either the USA or Canada and they ask for “some teaching experience”. However, from the teachers we have spoke with from VIPKID, they said “teaching” doesn’t have to mean teaching in a traditional educational setting.
The lessons are 30 minutes long and you will be paid up to $11 for each 30-minute lesson. One thing to note is since you are teaching across the globe in a live setting, you will be teaching at odd hours (late at night or first thing in the morning). However, the teachers we spoke to said it was fun, rewarding, and it paid well for being able to stay at home and teach from their laptops.
VIPKID
4. Airbnb
Did you know you can rent your room or house out at Airbnb? They have been around since 2008 and millions of people have been renting out their rooms or entire homes to travelers from all over the world. If you do this right, you may be able to cover your entire mortgage! If you’re going to be gone for a month or two, you may as well allow your space to make money while you’re gone.
Airbnb
5. Share Your Blog with the World
I started this blog in 2015 from my laptop at my kitchen table and today it generates over $10,000 per month 🙂 However, in the beginning it was just a side hustle project that turned into full-time income much quicker than I would have ever dreamed.
If you love writing, then starting a blog is exactly the right side hustle for you. There are many ways to generate income from blogging, with one of the most popular being through affiliate income.
How does it work?
You know how you can share a referral link from companies you love and they will send you $5 for referring them a customer? Affiliate partners work the exact same way.
Is blogging complicated?
Absolutely not! But just in case, I did create a step-by-step guide to help you get started in about 15 minutes.
Start a Blog
6. Become a Virtual Assistant
If you enjoy working from your laptop, then becoming a virtual assistant may be exactly what you need. We use a few virtual assistants for Money Peach and one of them earns over $10,000 per month as a VA. Other places where you can become a virtual assistant for an agency where they find work for your is Upwork. They take a 10% fee, but 90% is still a great side hustle.
You can also listen to Episode 80 on the Money Peach Podcast (below) where my own Virtual Assistant shares how she got started as a VA and within a few years was able to quit her full-time job and start earning over $10k per month doing what she loved.
Virtual Assistant Course (Use Promo Code Peach 10 for $50 Off)
Online Hustles
I love online hustles because they give you the freedom to do these anywhere. If you’re constantly traveling for work or out of town a lot you’re going to absolutely love these online side hustles.
7. Start a Social Media Marketing Business
Our very own social media manager was actually someone who was enrolled inside Awesome Money Course. We noticed how great she was inside our private students-only Facebook group and we offered her a job with us. Now she manages all of our social media for Money Peach and she has also been offered social media jobs from other bloggers!
A great place to get started is visiting the Facebook Side Hustle Course by Bobby of Millennial Money Man. You can read how many of the students from the course are landing social media jobs for $1,000 – $2,000 month! Not a bad little side hustle, right?
Facebook Side Hustle
8. Ebates (Now Rakuten)
Ebates is a company that has partnered with over 2,000 online companies to form an affiliate relationship with each of them. An affiliate relationship simply means Ebates and each online company have created a partnership where Ebates will refer you or I to buy something from them, and that company then sends Ebates a thank-you referral.
The good news: Ebates then splits the thank-you referral with you, and you earn Cash Back.
The Better News: You can Make Money by referring friends, family, or anyone else to join Ebates!
Ebates extends their referral program to any Ebates member who would like to share how to earn Cash Back while shopping online. Once you create an account with Ebates, you can invite your friends and family to join in on the Cash Back savings, and YOU will also receive a thank-you referral, aka make money.
BONUS $10 with Ebates Right Now
9. Honey Browser Extension
Honey is a free tool that will search for online coupons and apply them to your online shopping cart to make sure you are saving the most money. Instead of searching for coupons one at-a-time and applying them individually, Honey does all of this for you in the matter of seconds. Not only will you save money, but you will also MAKE MONEY with their refer-a-friend program. For anyone you refer to the app, Honey will send you $5 as soon as they purchase something via the app up to $1,000.
Honey Browser Extension
10. Inbox Dollars
Inbox Dollars is a rewards club that pays you in cash for completing a variety of online activities. This can include searching the internet, filling out surveys, printing off coupons, and shopping online. If you are already doing these things, you may as well get paid for it, right?
Inbox Dollars
11. Fiverr
Fiverr is a platform where you can sell your products and services starting at $5 per gig. After you have a few $5 gigs under your belt, you can start increasing how much you charge. Here at Money Peach, we hire people from Fiverr all the time. Just recently, we found someone for a quick logo design and another to transcribe some videos we created.
Also, the Fiverr platform does take 20% from each gig. Therefore, if you do a $5 gig, you will take home $4 per gig. However, if you can complete 3-4 gigs in an hour, your hourly rate could start at $16 – $20 per hour!
Fiverr
12. Make Money with PayPal
Already have a PayPal account?
We have put together a list of the side hustles that will pay you in PayPal gift cards which can then be deposited into your PayPal account – just like cash!
Where to make money with PayPal
13. Amazon
Selling on Amazon is almost identical as selling on eBay in terms of fees and ease of use. However, sometimes items that don’t sell as well on eBay do better on Amazon and vice versa. Either way, it is a side hustle worth looking at if you can buy for cheap and resell for a higher price.
14. Amazon Affiliate Links
I know of a guy who started out as a handyman. He then took that idea as a handyman and started his own blog to teach people how to fix things themselves through blogging and video tutorial. At the end of every post or video, he would tell you what tool he used to get the job done and would provide a link directly to Amazon for you to purchase that product.
However, he also signed up for a free Amazon Affiliate Account. Every time someone clicks on his link and buys ANYTHING on Amazon, he gets a commission! Think about this: Amazon pays him for the tool he recommended and also for anything else they Add To Cart. This is why I love blogging and why I have a free tutorial to help you get started.
15. eBook Publishing
Make money by writing your own book and self publishing it on Amazon for free. There are different options available for how your can price your book and earn income from the sale of your book in the Amazon store. Questions about self publishing your own book? Check this out.
16. Etsy
Instead of having to open up your brick and mortar store, sell your creations on Etsy. Whether you make clothing, crafts, baby toys, or jewelry, you can open up your own store at Etsy. I have a friend selling her awesome clothing line on Etsy and it brings in a very nice income for the family. This is another great side hustle, but don’t expect instant results. You may need to be patient for this one.
17. Craigslist
We all know you can buy and sell stuff on Craigslist, but have you ever thought about offering a service you can provide. If providing a service isn’t your thing, you can scan Craigslist for great deals and then later resell items for a profit. This takes persistence and patience, but I have a friend who went from a $4k truck to a $24k in truck in 18 months by flipping cars from Craigslist.
There are also many other sites competing with Craigslist and you may have better exposure by posting on these sites like Craigslist.
18. User Testing
Don’t want to do an online survey, but still like to surf the web and earn some cash? Companies will pay you to try out their apps or visit their websites and give them feedback. Usertesting and UserFeel uses your feedback on apps and websites that aren’t as user-friendly and then pays your for it.
19. Become a Freelance Writer
If you are a good writer, consider searching online sites such as freelancer.com for writing jobs. Individuals or companies might need freelance writers for a number of reasons.
Individuals or companies might need a writer for their blog or website, or a company might need a writer for its instruction manuals, for instance.
Pro Tip: The best way to learn how to get freelance writing jobs is from someone who has been doing it for years. Holly Johnson generates over $100k per year freelance writing and she has a program to show you how to do it.

Become Freelance Writer
An even better option is to learn from those who are already making 6-figures as freelance writers. Check out Episode 13 on the Money Peach Podcast where Holly and Greg Johnson share how they got started as freelance writers and soon turned their side hustle into a 6-figure income.
20. Zazzle
Make money on Zazzle as a designer by selling your artwork on different products or you can actually make and manufacture the products for sale. I have a friend who takes old dry wood and paints slogans on them. She needs to sell them on Zazzle; she could create a very quick and profitable side hustle.
21. eBay
You can have your own store up in only a few minutes at eBay. To start, you must have a seller account, must be verified through PayPal. You are even able to give a detailed description of your store with a catchy design to attract customers. I have a friend who will buy all of the unused bras at a last chance type of store and resell them for a profit at her eBay store. Last I heard, she was doing $1,000/month in her first couple of months.
22. Do Transcription Work or Data Entry Work
Companies hire transcriptionists for a number of reasons. A doctor’s office might need a medical transcriptionist to record information about a patient’s appointment, or law enforcement agencies might need transcription services for court cases or suspect interviews.
Data entry work, which is a bit easier than transcription work, is also available from companies who hire people to work from home. Simply google “transcription work” or “data entry jobs” for a list of companies currently hiring work-from-home reps.
23. Sell Your Photos Online
Do you take amazing photos? You can actually sell your photos online at places like iStockPhoto, Shutterstock, Fotolia, and Bigstockphoto. Photos can be sold over and over again, allowing you to earn a residual income!
24. Start a Web Design Business
If you’re knowledgeable about web design, you could make money creating or improving on websites for individuals or businesses.
Advertise on Craigslist or approach businesses directly if they have a website that needs improvement.
There really is no shortage of ways to make extra money if you’re willing to get creative and do some research. Which financial goals will you use the extra cash you earn to accomplish?

Driving Hustles
If you have a car, you may as well use it to help you side hustle, right? Here’s our favorite driving side hustles.
25. Uber/Lyft Driver-Partner
If you are unfamiliar with Uber or Lyft, then make sure you still have a pulse and you are breathing air.
To get started, some minimum requirements you need are a car, a smartphone, and the Uber or Lyft app. You become available to drive as soon as you complete the activation process and then you are ready to start earning money. Fares are paid out weekly or up to 5X a day when you register for Instant Pay with your debit card!
Today, there are more riders on the road than ever! This is one of my absolute favorite ways to start generating money quickly.
Drive with Uber
Drive with Lyft
26. Uber Eats
Uber Eats
27. Be a Paid Designated Driver
Pretty self-explanatory.
28. Drive People to the Airport
Some airports don’t allow Uber or Lyft to drop people off or pick them up, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still offer up airport rides on your own. Post an ad to all of your friends on social media that you are now their preferred method of getting to the airport. I used to do this when I first got my license and it paid very well 🙂
OR JUST DRIVE WITH UBER OR LYFT (See Number 24 Above)
Extremely Passive Hustles
If you like passive income, then you may want to review the top 40 passive income ideas . But to get you started, here are our favorite side hustles that are also extremely passive.
29. Rent Out Your Garage or Driveway
You’ve likely heard of AirBnB, where you can rent out rooms in your house – or your whole house – to travelers wanting to avoid the impersonal feel and high cost of hotel rooms.
Maybe you can’t or don’t want to rent out rooms in your house, but you might have space in your garage to rent out. Sites such as Air Garage help people rent out their garage spaces and driveway spaces.
People might want to rent out your garage or driveway space because they work close to where you live and want cheaper and safer parking options.
Or they might want to rent out your parking space because there’s an event near you, such as a state fair or sporting event.
Depending on where you live you could easily earn $50 or more a month for parking spots in your garage or driveway.
Check out this Money Peach podcast with AirGarage CEO Jonathan Barkl for more info.
30. Become a Voiceover Artist
You know those people who talk on radio and TV commercials but you never see their faces? They’re called voiceover artists, and they get paid good money to do what they do.
Sites like Backstage list available voiceover jobs, and Carrie Olsen, professional voiceover artist, has a great web site that can help you learn how to become a voiceover artist.
Check out this Money Peach Podcast with Voice Over Star Carrie Olsen for more info.
31. Rent out your Car
Did you know your car sits idle 93% of the time? If you’re not going to need your car for the next couple of days/weeks/months, you may as well let it earn you some cash. You can list your car through RelayRides and have your personal car rented out tomorrow.
32. Rent out a Room full-time
Own a home and need extra cash each month? Rent out a room in your house to help cover the mortgage and free up some of your cash. I have a single friend who has a $1,200 mortgage and he consistently earns $2,000+ every month by renting out room(s) in his house via Airbnb. Fun fact – he applies the extra cash towards his mortgage each month!
Airbnb
Some Skill Required Hustles
So, not all side hustles are for everyone. In fact, these ones below do require some skill to make money. But, the more skill you have, the more money you will make!
33. Become an Online Coach
If you have an idea and can help people, pay attention. Whether it is motivating someone, helping them pass a class, or teaching them how to build a website, this can all be done online. Setup you’re pricing, terms, and accept payment through something as simple as PayPal and you are on your way. I recommend using Skype or Google Hangouts since it is 100% free. Help someone and get paid – genius.
34. Create an Online Course
Is there something you are good at and can teach to others? I have a friend who will teach you how to clean pools over his site, Swim University. Check out Udemy for ideas on your next online course and see how much people are paying for someone like you to teach them.
One of the greatest accomplishments I have had in my business is helping others reach financial freedom. We have had over 500 students graduate Awesome Money Course and completely turn their money situation around!
If you are tired of living the paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle and would like to save more, pay off debt, and reach true financial freedom, then Awesome Money Course was made for you.
I am so confident you will absolutely love the program that I have 100% money-back guarantee…meaning you could download the entire course, keep it, and ask for a refund.
I hope no one would do that, but I will also take that risk if it results in you learning how to manage money, pay off debt, save, and build a wealthy future.
However, if you would like to try a little bit of our program out, we do have a 100% free mini-course called the Cash Flow Formula which will show you the step-by-step to building a monthly cash-flow plan with many of our favorite money-hacks to save more and pay off debt quicker!

35. Spray Tanning
A good friend of mine (Jessica) has become the queen of spray tanning in our area. In fact, she is making $900 per week cash spray tanning both the ladies and the men and it’s all through word-of-mouth! You can check her out at JC Glows on Facebook to see how she set up her side hustle.
I asked her how she got started and she said this:
She started with this exact tanning kit
She uses this tanning tent
She taught herself how watching YouTube
36. Become a Cover Letter/Resume’ Writer
Professionals of all kinds pay ridiculous amounts of money for professionally written resumes. I know one guy who paid a professional resume’ writer $5,000.
If you have a knack for writing compelling and attention-grabbing resumes, consider offering your services on sites such as freelancer.com or Craigslist.
37. Develop an App
If you’ve got a great idea for an app that will make people’s lives easier or more exciting, this could be a great side hustle for you.
Check out this post on learnappmaking.com for more information on how to develop and market an app for some extra income.
38. Catering
If you love cooking, serving food, and entertaining at your own home, then get paid to do it for someone else. This can be fun and can often go from side hustle to full-time if you’re really good at it!
39. Computer Repair
If you love “playing” computers, then help someone repair theirs and get paid for it. Note: You must know a little bit about computers 🙂
40. Computer Training
How many Baby Boomers (or anyone for that matter) do you know who are still having trouble checking their email. If you were able to navigate to this web page, then you probably have the skills to teach extremely basic computer skills to an extreme beginner.
41. Guitar Gigs
A friend of mine finds guitar gigs online, on Facebook, and in the paper all the time. He shows up, plays for a few hours, and leaves with cash in hand. Note: you must be good at playing the guitar.
42. Guitar Lessons
If you are handy on the 6 string and can show someone else, teach them. Better yet, teach the world online how to play guitar.
43. Handyman Work
Some people are handy and others are not. Let your neighbors know that you are available to hang a ceiling fan, patch a hole in the drywall, fix an irrigation leak, or paint a fence. All can be done for them ASAP for a small fee 🙂
I love TaskRabbit. Whether I need a doggy door installed, someone to clean my house this weekend, or even mount a TV, I can go on TaskRabbit to find someone in an instant. YOU could be that person I find next on TaskRabbit for hire!
44. Lifeguard
Become a lifeguard and earn $16/hr – $20/hr part-time. Not only do you make some extra cash, but you are guaranteed to get a little tan as well.
45. Mobile Oil Change
If you don’t mind getting underneath the car and pulling the drain plug for people, then this could be your next side hustle. People are busy, and may want to pay you to change their oil while they are at work. Note: Wal-Mart always has the cheapest oil.
46. Network Marketing
Network marketing (sometimes referred to as multi-level-marketing) can sometimes have a bad connotation if you have ever been scammed in the past. However, there are very reputable companies out there that you can start working for today with very little buy-in or overhead. A member of our family started off her network marketing business as a side hustle and has turned it into a part-time gig with full-time income. Warning: if you are told it doesn’t require any actual work – run away!
47. Personal Training
Someone out there wants to get into better shape, and they are willing to pay you to help them. If you love fitness, this would be a perfect side hustle for you.
48. Tutoring
Take your education and use it to make money on the side. Tutor students and get paid handsomely.
Live in the U.S. or U.K. and hold a bachelor’s degree? You can earn up to $20/hr plus bonuses to teach kids English online from the comfort of home. Learn more here.
49. Teach Music Lessons
From singing to playing piano or any other number of instruments, parents everywhere are seeking music lessons for their kids.
If you have a gift for a musical skills, consider teaching that skill to local kids. You might be able to find jobs by looking on Craigslist or by seeking out local public school or homeschooling groups to connect with parents who have school-aged children.
50. Start a Baking Business
Do you have a gift for baking goodies such as cake, muffins or cookies? Why not use that gift to make yourself some extra cash?
Events such as birthday parties, weddings, office parties and meetings, retirement parties and more often have baked treats as a part of their celebration.
Advertise your culinary skills on Craigslist and with local event booking venues for your bakery services.
Be sure to check with state officials on what the rules are for serving and selling food in your area first.
51. Become a Sports Umpire
Are you knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of certain sports? Do you like working with kids? Recreation associations often pay good money for organized sports umpires for football, baseball, and more.
In our area, umpires earn about $30 an hour. Check with local sporting organizations for job opening details.
Physical Labor Hustles
If you don’t putting in a little sweat equity, you can do very well side hustling with some physical labor attached to it. I did #50 when I was getting out of debt and generated over $1,000 each month.
52. Clean Pools
This requires very little overhead and is simple to do. Go to Google Earth and look up which homes in your neighborhood have a pool, and offer to start today. I actually did this to get out of debt and it worked out great!
53. House Cleaning
People are busy and don’t have time to clean their homes. This is where you come in 🙂 Search your area in Craigslist to get an idea for pricing your own services.
54. Mowing Lawns
If you don’t have the funds to purchase all the equipment, then offer to your mow lawns with their equipment. I actually did this in grade school because I wasn’t old enough to drive. I just showed up, grabbed their lawnmower, and was paid.
55. Painting Gates
Gates fade and someone needs to repaint them. A kid in the neighborhood took pics of faded gates and pretty gates and posted them on the mailbox with his number and price. (I think one of the faded gate pics he took was my gate also).
56. Painting Services
Remember that movie American Pie 2 where they spend the summer in a lake house and do some side painting. No one likes painting their houses or walls, so why not help them out for a little side cash? Start out small by offering to paint a bedroom or two, and work your way up from there. Pricing rule: $1 per square ft of painting.
57. Shoveling Snow
No one likes shoveling snow and this is why you will be paid for it.
58. Wash Cars
If you can wash a car, then you can make money. People are busy and don’t have time to even take their cars to the wash anymore…this is where you come in.
59. Wash Windows
I recently paid a guy to wash my windows because he advertised $4/window. He spent about 1 hour washing a total of 20 windows and walked away with $80 cash. His entire setup was a bucket and a squeegee. Maybe I should wash my own windows and my neighbor’s windows for an affordable price of only $4 a window.
Unique Hustles
If you are unique, then you deserve some unique side hustles. Some of these are extremely cool, but a few of them…well I am still waiting for you to try.
60. Rent out Your Baby Gear
Think of it as the Airbnb of Baby Gear.
Have you ever traveled with kids and realized what a pain-in-the-butt it is to take the stroller, hi-chair, pack-n-play, and everything else that babies need? Think about dragging all of that through the airport, onto the train, or inside the Uber?
BabyQuip offers a simple solution. They provide families with a wide assortment of clean, quality baby equipment—everything they need to keep their little ones sleeping well at night and happily engaged during the day.
And guess who makes 80% commission (plus tips) renting their baby gear out?
You, the side hustler!
BabyQuip
61. Sell Your Hair Online
Thinking about a new hair style? You may want to. People are paying up to $1,000 for quality hair if you can remember to wash it more than once a month J Check out what your hair is worth at Hairsellon.
Hairsellon
62. Paint Street Numbers
A father and son rang my doorbell and pointed out to me my street numbers were faded. “For only $10, they would repaint my street numbers so my house would look better”. I paid it and it took them 37 seconds. They did 6 houses on my street alone. This is a great little side hustle.
63. Sell Drinks
where it’s hot (and where it’s cold)
I live in Phoenix where it will hover at 116°F during the summer. During the hottest weeks, there is a guy who sells snow cones and water for a premium.
I asked him how business was recently – he smiled and said “Business is gooooooood”. Buy a case of water at Costco for $0.12 a bottle and resell them for $2 wherever it is HOT. Who wouldn’t pay $2 for ice-cold water during the dog days of summer?
64. TaskRabbit
Become a task rabbit and get paid. People in your neighborhood are looking to pay you to put together furniture from Ikea, do their grocery shopping, install a ceiling fan, be a bartender at their party, or mount their TV to the wall.
65. Start a Home Staging Business
Somebody is always selling a home, and homes sell faster and for more money when they are “staged”.
As a home stager you can tailor your business to meet a variety of client needs. Creating relationships with local realtors is one way to help you find home staging clients.
66. Be a Work-From-Home Customer Service Rep
There are many legit companies that offer to hire customer service representatives who can from home. One of the more popular work-from-home companies is U-Haul, the well-known moving company.
67. Start an Estate Sale Service Business
An estate sale business buys a large majority of a client’s belongings, including furniture, vehicles and more, at a group rate and sells the stuff individually for profit.
This is a business that will take some work as you get to know the ropes but can be very lucrative in the long run.
68. Start a Vending Machine Business
Many companies want vending machines installed at their businesses for the convenience of employees and clients alike.
Although this type of side hustle would involve some costly initial cash, you may be able to make it up quickly if you install the machines in thriving businesses that service large numbers of people.
69. Pick Up Trash in Parking Lots
Brian Winch came on the podcast to share how he picks up trash around parking lots and now earns a 6-figure income by doing so. Although it may not be glorious work, it does pay well and it’s extremely affordable to get started. Before you get started, check out the Clean Lots tutorial here.
You’ve Got to be Kidding Me Hustles
Before you read on, just remember the name of these side hustles are you’ve-go-to-be-kidding-me side hustles. Some of them will actually shock you ?.
70. Be a Sperm Donor
This is straight out of the movie Road Trip when they need gas money. However, you can make substantial money donating sperm, with some places offering up $1,000/month to healthy men. Be aware, if you’re not a true thoroughbred, you won’t be paid as much!
71. Be a Plasma Donor
Since there is no way to synthetically make plasma, you will be compensated for your donation. Rates vary from state to state, but you can make on average $200/month for only a few hours of your time….and blood.
We have a full list of where you can earn $400 per month donating plasma here.
72. Become a Cuddler
Ah yes, cuddling. This is an actual real job and I recently saw it featured in a news segment. People are paying for up to 3 hours of platonic hugging (and they pay a lot). Job requirements: enjoy hugging strangers.
73. Pick up Dog Poop
Who likes picking up dog poop? Nobody. This is why you can get paid for it.
youtube
74. Rent-a-Friend
You can sign up for free at Rentafriend to be someone else friend both part-time and full-time with pay between $20/hr – $50/hr. Yes, this sounds very strange from the outside looking in, but a lot of times you are helping someone get acquainted in a new town, meet a new group of friends, or simply have a cup of coffee with. Most importantly – friendship is always platonic (no touching).
Easy Peasy Hustles
These are some of the classic side hustles that we call the easy peasy ones. If you are looking for simple, but yet effective, these are the side hustles for you.
75. Babysitting
If you like kids and don’t go out on the weekends, become a babysitter. Advertise to all of your friends (and Facebook Friends) that you will watch their kids so they can have a date night. New to the area? Then get connected with Care.com to become a certified/recommended babysitter in your area.
76. Dog Walking
Create this ad: “Love your dog but simply don’t have time to walk them? Let me help you!” There will always be someone willing to pay to keep their doggy happy, and this person is you.
77. Gig Walking
Download the free App and then find “gigs” in your neighborhood that companies are willing to pay you for. Can you check out the price of milk in a certain store for $6 or snap a pic of a storefront for $5 on the way to work? Note: You will start off with the crappier jobs in the beginning, but prove yourself and you will start getting offered the higher-paying jobs soon enough.
78. Golf Course
If you love being around the golf course (or don’t mind a few drunk old men) you can make pretty good money part-time by collecting balls off the range, cleaning golf carts, or serving cold beers at the tee box.
79. House-sitting
Who doesn’t want to get paid for simply living in someone else’s house for a few day days? This is simple and people will pay you for it. You can think of it as a mini staycation too!
80. Mystery Shopper
Get paid $10 – $30 on average to be a mystery shopper. However, beware because there are a lot of scams out there. I recommend checking out Marketforce, Best Mark, and Intelli-101 before you head anywhere else.
81. Pet Grooming
There are people out there that simply will not shave their dog and will pay you for it. Create a Facebook Page called “iShaveDogs” and let all your friends know! Someone will hire you.
82. Pet Sitting
If you truly love animals, then why not get paid to hang out with someone else’s dog or cat for the weekend? You can become a pet sitter at Care.com or specialize in only watching over someone’s pooch at Rover.
83. RedBox
You love renting movies for only $1.75, but did you know you can get paid to stock DVDs into the kiosks and make sure they are working properly? Check out Redbox Jobs and also see these 12 free Redbox Codes for free moves and games.
84. Sell ScrapMetal
Post in your social media or offer in the newspaper that you will come and take any scrap metal away for people. Not only could you make a few extra bucks for hauling away metal, but then you could sell it at a scrap yard. Double whammy!
85. Tax Prep
When I was in college, TurboTax hit the Internet. I created an ad on a bulletin board and offered Tax Prep for those who make less than $100k/year so I could use the free 1040EZ software. My overhead was $0 and I charged $20 to punch the numbers from the W-2 into TurboTax. Another great option is to try H&R Block and see which one you like the best. We also have a full review of H&R Block here.

86. Sign Spinner
Do you ever see those people standing on the corner, wearing headphones, oblivious to the entire world around them, and flipping signs in the air? They are making money and you can too. What about sign holder? Well, maybe you’re not the spinning type…
87. Sign Holder
Maybe you’re just not the spinning type 🙂

**Money Peach Readers: Use Coupon Code PEACH10 to Receive 10% Off at Checkout**

26. Uber Eats
Uber Eats

You know those people who talk on radio and TV commercials but you never see their faces? They’re called voiceover artists, and they get paid good money to do what they do.

Network marketing (sometimes referred to as multi-level-marketing) can sometimes have a bad connotation if you have ever been scammed in the past. 63. Sell Drinks
where it’s hot (and where it’s cold)
I live in Phoenix where it will hover at 116°F during the summer. During the hottest weeks, there is a guy who sells snow cones and water for a premium.
I asked him how business was recently – he smiled and said “Business is gooooooood”. Buy a case of water at Costco for $0.12 a bottle and resell them for $2 wherever it is HOT. Who wouldn’t pay $2 for ice-cold water during the dog days of summer?

Most importantly – friendship is always platonic (no touching).

We also have a full review of H&R Block here.

Hi I love your art and comic! I was wondering if you could help me out, I'm thinking about opening an etsy store for prints and stuff but I've never done anything like that. Do you have any tips for a begginner? Like which paper is better for prints, how to mail them safely? You seen so well organized 💖
Hello! Thank you so much for the kind words!
Ok, ETSY STUFF! So, I’ve been on etsy for a while now and I am still learning new ways to ship and package and sell etc, etc, etc. So don't worry too much (and don't be fooled...I am not nearly as organized as I seem!)
If you are looking into selling just your prints, I would actually suggest looking into a site like RedBubble or Society6. You provide the files, they print and ship everything for you. You can mark up your margins to make sure that you make a good profit (very easy to do for prints) and boom--no shipping hassle. Also, if there ever is a problem with your order, RedBubble handles it.
True, you could probably make a little more by printing them yourself BUT you don't have to factor in manufacturing costs and shipping woes (of which, there are many). I’ve always stuck to smaller prints for my shop because it is generally more affordable for domestic and international buyers (and I don't have to worry as much about things getting bent or wrecked in transit). Also, prints can be kind of hit and miss, so this way you don't have 40 leftover prints that you can't sell, haha.
If you still want to do etsy (which is a great site!), I recommend looking at your local printing services. I do some of my prints and handouts via my school’s print shop. It is affordable for me and I don't have to buy a minimum of 20 prints or something. It does have its limitations (ie. if they don't change the ink when they should) but that would be a good place for you to start. General rule of thumb for prints is using some sort of card stock or photo paper. You want something more substantial than regular old printer paper! If there are no local places for you to print, I highly recommend CatPrint. They are pretty affordable and have a ton of paper stock to choose from (and their sampler is free!). I’ve printed nearly all my bookmarks and business cards through them. Other affordable options are places like Kinkos or Staples.
General Print/Etsy Tips:
I recommend printing multiple designs on a larger sheet and then cutting things down yourself if money is tight (you can save a lot that way!). I got a 10$ paper slicer from Walmart and boom...I can save about 30$ per print order :0 At the local print shop, I can print two 8.5x11″ for a dollar each or one 11x17 for 50cents and just...cut down the middle. Quick way to save!
For mailing items, you can purchase labels through etsy! It will save you a lot of time and trouble. All you have to do is buy label, print off label, stick to parcel, and toss parcel in your local post box/post office. You also save a bit of money purchasing labels through etsy so, 10/10 recommend. Such a life saver!
Rigid mailers for prints are nice but they do cost more to ship + they don't always protect the print. I suggest getting the boring bubble mailers (can be found at dollar stores + walmart, online, etc) and using foam board (also Dollar store) to support your print inside a plastic sleeve. Foam board is light and super strong--does a great job of protecting prints. And you don't have to pay that technical “rigid envelope” fee. This was a tip from the post office lady haha.
If you have a nice enough printer, you can print things yourself! You can find good photo paper at most Walmarts or Targets or what-have-you. I like the Kodak brand, personally. It isn't as cost effective at first, but it is good for when you need to replenish your stock fast! You just have to keep in mind that your printer inks may be water soluble/not as high quality as a print shops.
You can find most of what you need for print packaging (cellophane sleeves) at places like Daiso, Amazon, eBay, and ClearBags.com. General rule of thumb is to order the size that is about .5 or .75″ bigger than your print. To make sure everything fits just right + room for backing board, business card. I order most of my packaging from Amazon.
Phew! Long post. I hope that helps you out a little, anon! I would check out places like youtube, and google and different artist alley forums to see what others have to say. That’s kind of how I figured out some of this. Bless the internet!

Decluttering? Yes, There’s an App
When Charles Carlini, a jazz impresario, moved these days, he faced a long time of furnishings and gathered memorabilia — replica copies of signed books, vinyl LPs, reams of publicity pix, a CD rack from Tower Information. But rather than taking it with him to his new condominium, he took the opportunity to declutter the Midtown prewar he became leaving. “That turned into part of the cause for the flow,” he said. “Just to unload 20-some years of accruing.”
In doing so, Mr. Carlini confronted a situation in order to be familiar to many New Yorkers. Decluttering can be liberating, However, while you live in the metropolis and you have quite a few junk, how do you put off it? You may maintain a yard sale if you don’t have a yard.
As it seems, you don’t need a yard. All you need is the right app or website.
Mr. Carlini and others have located that there are apps and sites to simplify promoting, streamline the posting method, defend consumers and dealers from scams, set up fixtures transport and cope with the exchange of products and cash, in order that sellers and consumers never must meet face-to-face. As Mr. Carlini placed it, relating to the new online alternatives, “It’s Craigslist on steroids.”
And, of the route, Craigslist, the granddaddy of unfastened online labeled listings, has several apps as nicely. “Craigslist is the workhorse,” Mr. Carlini said. “However I have been having more success with 5Miles, which I supplemented with OfferUp and LetGo.”

This is additionally one of the few apps that shall we users put up services as well as goods, so that you can promote your fish tank and lease someone to supply it, all inside the same vicinity.
The app “seems to be the one this is getting me all the action,” stated Mr. Carlini, who additionally enjoyed touches just like the coin-drop sound the app makes for a few notifications. “I was having a lot a laugh with this.”

LetGo reduces typing to streamline promoting. It acknowledges what you’re promoting from your photographs and writes the headline for you. It additionally lets consumers and sellers text every Other from a List of stock phrases, like “Sure, it’s still For sale” and “What’s your offer?”
several of these apps let users join their posts to social media web sites like Twitter and Fb, in addition to to Different sales sites like Craigslist and Etsy, However LetGo does it in a unique manner: A feature called the “commercialized” digitally locations your object in a parody video — an movement-film trailer, say, starring Dolph Lundgren — that You can submit on social media or send as a text. OfferUp lets customers promote an expansion of products. And while it doesn’t manner bills like lots of those offerings do, it doesn’t rate fees either. the one exception: a boost feature referred to as “bump” that movements your object back to the pinnacle of the queue for $2.
The app’s “TruYou” program aims to weed out scammers By means of requiring a photo of your driver’s license and get admission to for your Facebook page. Of direction, the drawback of sharing your sign-in statistics is which you’re giving the app get entry to in your public profile, friend List and email addresses. a few customers have additionally said problems getting certified, and complained about a lack of customer service.
POSHMARK
Poshmark makes a speciality of garb (guys’s, ladies’s and kids’s) and add-ons. It tends to have better-end apparel than the apps that sell the whole lot — and it takes a 20 percent commission — But it tactics transactions with foremost credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, PayPal and Venmo. It additionally enables shipping Via sending the vendor a pay as you go label after a sale. objects that promote for extra than $500 go to Poshmark earlier than they may be sent to shoppers to make certain they’re real and within the situation marketed.
Poshmark also holds digital occasions with topics like “Kate Spade, Tory Burch, J. Crew, Lilly Pulitzer, Anthropologie & Kendra Scott Birthday party.” Participants no longer most effective host those parties However choose others’ listings to encompass, and there can be a number of politicking concerned. “It’s a big honor to be chosen as a number,” said Beth Cooper, a member who lives in Baltimore. She said that Different Participants message the host that allows you to ingratiate themselves. “It’s excessive college ‘Suggest Ladies’ for clothes, However it really works.”
KRRB
Pronounced “minimize,” this app became lately offered By the decorating web site condo Remedy, that is rebranding it as apartment Remedy Market.
The app makes a speciality of furniture and home goods listings, which might be loose. But there may be a 10 percentage fee for handling credit score card transactions; While a sale is entire, finances are transferred to the seller’s financial institution account. To boost a list to the top of the queue, the app charges a “credit score,” which can be purchased for 40 cents to $1, depending on what number of are bought at once.
The app certifies that customers are who they are saying they’re with a take a look at mark when they have used a credit score card to complete a purchase or buy credits. It additionally gives a cash-lower back assure: If an item doesn’t stay as much as the outline, it’s far again to the vendor, and the Market will pay the delivery each ways.
THREDUP
ThredUp works Something like a consignment save, sending customers a “easy-out bag” they can fill with a laundry basket’s well worth of girls’s and youngsters’s clothes and add-ons. ThredUp will pay the delivery costs if the items are donated; if they’re On the market, a “bag charge” of as much as $10 is deducted from the payout.
However ThredUp is picky: It prefers “like new” gadgets from 35,000 special brands. If gadgets are rejected, sellers pays a $eleven fee to have them back; in any other case, they will be resold someplace else or recycled. “Nothing finally ends up in a landfill,” stated ThredUp’s chief executive, James Reinhart.
ThredUp determines which gadgets sellers will receive a commission for straight away on receipt, and so as to be paid for best after a sale. In both cases, sellers obtain five percent to eighty percentage of the rate ThredUp to start with lists the item for.
CHAIRISH
Chairish alters the photos you submit, to make furnishings look as even though it turned into shot in a studio with a white backdrop. It additionally has an augmented reality characteristic that shall we the buyer take a image superimposing anything they may be taking into consideration purchasing onto a room of their domestic, to see how it’d look there.

A way to Make Cash On the Internet As A Novice
New Post has been published on https://beingmad.org/a-way-to-make-cash-on-the-internet-as-a-novice/
A way to Make Cash On the Internet As A Novice
We all recognize that loads Cash is converting fingers On the Internet and the amount is developing regular, however, how do you get your hand into the sport? This text will display you How to get commenced and start mountain climbing the Internet Cash ladder no matter your level of revel in. By no means in records have you had so many options to be had to you at so little rate.
The first Component To Understand
Structures! You have to Recognize Structures to get off to an actual start to being profitable At the Net and you’ve come to the proper vicinity. Simply due to the fact you’ve got an internet connection does not suggest you are set to make Money, you have to plug into a few Net platform to make Cash. What is an internet platform? The simple solution is they’re an organized way to talk gives and take the Money. A platform is the nuts and bolts that permit you to make an offer, a person see that provide, be given it, then buy it and often to have it shipped to them. When it comes to making money, Structures are the whole lot.
Right here is a crucial point whether or not you are On the Net or inside the actual global: To make full-size Money you ought to Apprehend industrial Platforms, that means what they’re, how they work and The way to use them, even The way to lead them to.
Let’s start with a real international instance and then take it to the Net global. A Walmart save is a large Money platform. Go to Walmart and you could see the object, choose up the item, understand the charge of the object, by the object and pass domestic with it. That is an actual world, bricks and mortar platform for making money, but get this, they do quite a lot the equal Element over the Internet on their website as they do in the shop. You cannot take care of the products, however, you may see it in numerous pix. Much like the store you can take a look at it out, see the fee and purchase it. The Walmart brick and mortar store is the Walmart brick and mortar platform and the Walmart Internet site is the Walmart Net platform. easy thus far, proper? proper!
Take Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Craigslist and Walmart, the Net sites of those businesses are all Net Cash Platforms. All of those and many, many greater dot-coms are Internet Money Platforms. No longer all dot-coms are Internet Cash Structures, but all traditional Internet Systems are dot-coms or have a commercial “organization call”.Com Internet address. This will seem apparent, however, undergo with me. It gets higher.
Your First Choice
The first Choice you’ll make With regards to your on-line business and platform is whose platform will you operate, yours or a person else’s? you could sell gadgets on Amazon’s platform or eBay’s platform, another corporation’s platform or you can make your own platform. It does not need to be luxurious to make your personal, however, it possibly may be time eating and even irritating in case you are not familiar with things like shopping carts, charge structures and figuring state to nation income tax.
if you are not familiar with Net income and advertising I recommend you practice first via buying some things online and then selling some things on-line the use of someone else’s platform. Just about something you may purchase at a bricks and mortar store you can buy online. Get your buying listing and get began. When you learn how it really works you could climb the Net ladder from consumer to a supplier and onto your own platform in case you want.
What Are The A hit agencies Doing?
While you buy matters on-line first take note of how they’re provided. Did they use a photo? Multiple pictures? Different images? Consumers Opinions? Did they offer Other options? Did they offer an up-sale; providing something more highly-priced or perhaps an accent or a bulk package deal of multiple items to make the fee of the total sale move up, therefore the term up-sale?
Next, word the way you take a look at out. Did you Visit any other web page? Did you Visit every other employer’s website that processed the order? What emblem’s did you notice alongside the manner? Exceptional credit card groups? Processing groups? Did you notice money back policy?
What alternatives did they provide for delivery? Did they have got a trendy transport desire that becomes included in the acquisition price? Did they provide Specific delivery corporations and possibly the USA Postal Service as a choice? Do they offer worldwide delivery? You had the higher figure that one out Whilst you provide something or you is probably unpleasantly amazed to discover how high-priced it’s miles to deliver 30 kilos of products to a remote location of the sector and also you have been supplying unfastened shipping!
Starting With a person Else’s Platform
So you make o.K.widgets for the eating room. Your idea it might be quality to promote them On the Net. Incredible concept, however, how are you going to do it and how can you get paid? Why Not begin with someone that has figured that everyone out? Etsy is a platform for selling arts, crafts and positive Other products. That is probably an excellent location to begin. Then there may be eBay wherein you may public sale off products. Positioned “promoting arts and crafts” right into a search engine and you may locate much more.
Here is the gain with eBay or some comparable online public sale employer, in case you do not know what to fee to your product Put a few up for auction on eBay and notice what they create. Inexpensive than paying an enterprise to research your product, search the marketplace for similar items and charges, get again to you in a few months with an estimated market fee and a large bill!
PayPal and eBay have split, however, it still is satisfactory to have a PayPal account. you can get one and an enterprise debit card for free. I have one in my pocket. Square and Different corporations technique payments online. There was a time you had to Go to a bank and pay ridiculously high charges and sign contracts to have a service provider account to process bills online. No longer anymore. Don’t like PayPal or Square? Different price processors are a search engine seek away. Speak of engines like google Google has a fee machine and so does Apple. It looks as if all of us is stepping into this, even Microsoft.
What approximately Craigslist for the things around the residence you may trade for cash and No longer miss? Craigslist is a bit Distinct because humans often meet in man or woman, alternate the Cash at the meeting and the buyer, in reality, includes the object home. still, it’s far a platform and you may examine some things whilst cleaning out the basement or storage and make Money besides!
Your Very very own Platform
Growing your very very own platform does not should be steeply-priced, however, it does involve a few paintings. purchase your domain call from a website name registrar. cross back to the hunt engine and locate the one you want, then enter a few selections you want On the registrar’s to be had call seek engine and pick one that isn’t always taken. Ought to price approximately ten bucks and the charge of a coffee give or take. Now find a person to host it, this is Put it online for you. you can locate unfastened web hosting the usage of a seek engine and in case you are gaining knowledge of free is right sufficient to start.
Follow the hosting company’s commands to hyperlink your domain to their web hosting website online and you are now On the Net. Well, you do want to put up a website, however, you could drag and drop to do that with a little text enhancing and perhaps a photo or from your smartphone. YouTube has motion pictures that display you how. Weebly is one famous loose hosting company, however, there are others. start totally free and if you need greater alternatives you pick a monthly paid plan that fits your wishes.
Virtual Product options
So you ultimately finished that First-rate novel you have been running on because the youngsters were in diapers. Amazon has a kindle ebook Service in which you can publish a Virtual ebook and maintain most of the Cash that comes in from the income. maybe you made a three mp3 recorded collection on fly fishing or making chocolate cakes or The way to do anything. Gumroad is a popular platform for the sales of Digital products like those, that means eBooks, movies, and guides with multimedia consisting of PDF files for manual and workbooks. Another time, they aren’t the only one.
With Virtual products, there are so many options that its miles tough to justify Creating your own sales device from beginning to complete. I’ve websites that sell my products and then seamlessly hyperlink the consumer to every other website and company that handles the income and downloads.
Advertising
human beings have to find what you need to promote. if you Placed your son’s skateboard on Craigslist someone will see it, probably loads of people. in case you Placed it on your new website there is a great threat that only you and your close friends you show your neat new website to will see it. you need to sell your website and your merchandise in case you use your own platform and it doesn’t harm if you promote them in case you use someone else’s platform.
The subject of Promoting is a good deal too massive to cover Here, in reality, in case you have been to count number the content material On the Net a massive percent is on this one subject matter and that is an excessive amount of to cover in a piece of writing. On the other hand I cannot go away you without a clue, back to the search engine and enter phrases like “Net advertising,” “Internet Merchandising,” “product Promotion,” “marketing On the Internet” and also you Should find greater than enough to maintain you busy for a lifetime or two. while you’re looking, you may as Properly study AdWords, Fb commercials, banner ads, and network ads, so input that during too.
What To Do Next
So what do you do Next? start! sell something on Craigslist and discover ways to set up an account. See how they cope with sales. Make a Digital trip over to eBay and Etsy to peer how they work. in case you Do not have something to sell, then maintain your eye out for something you may resell. Due to the fact you have were given that seek engine warmed up input “drop transport,” “drop ship offerings” and “drop ship products” to discover something you may resell.
Don’t forget this: Check, Check, Test. Don’t buy ten instances of something to promote before you realize there is a solid demand. Don’t provide a hundred matters unless you already know you may make Money At the transactions in preference to lose Money. Try the usage of a drop shipper to keep away from maintaining stock or investing Cash to your merchandise. The not unusual drop shipper will fill your orders as they arrive in, one sale at a time. Oh, and one greater Element, Good Good fortune!
in case you would like to analyze greater about creating wealth and constructing wealth I’m thrilled to provide you my new e-book, “Empty Pockets” as a loose resource. it’s far an e-book masking the motives most of the people aren’t rich and How to fix them.

**Money Peach Readers: Use Coupon Code PEACH10 to Receive 10% Off at Checkout**

26. Uber Eats
Uber Eats

If you love cooking, serving food, and entertaining at your own home, then get paid to do it for someone else. This can be fun and can often go from side hustle to full-time if you’re really good at it!

From singing to playing piano or any other number of instruments, parents everywhere are seeking music lessons for their kids.

BONUS $10 with Ebates Right Now
9. Honey App
Honey is a free app that will search for online coupons and apply them to your online shopping cart to make sure you are saving the most money.
You can learn more about the Honey App with our full review here.

**Money Peach Readers: Use Coupon Code PEACH10 to Receive 10% Off at Checkout**

26. Uber Eats
Uber Eats

If you love cooking, serving food, and entertaining at your own home, then get paid to do it for someone else. This can be fun and can often go from side hustle to full-time if you’re really good at it!

If you love “playing” computers, then help someone repair theirs and get paid for it. Note: You must know a little bit about computers 🙂
40. Computer Training

People are busy and don’t have time to clean their homes. This is where you come in 🙂 Search your area in Craigslist to get an idea for pricing your own services.
54. Mowing Lawns

56. Painting Services
Remember that movie American Pie 2 where they spend the summer in a lake house and do some side painting. No one likes painting their houses or walls, so why not help them out for a little side cash? BabyQuip

68. Start a Vending Machine Business
Many companies want vending machines installed at their businesses for the convenience of employees and clients alike.
