Headcanons of Miguel at work:

• When creating the Spider Society, he made sure that they gave empanadas in the dining room at least twice a week for all the Spider-people.

• Peter B. Parker sometimes stays nearby because he wants to accompany him, but beyond that, he sometimes leaves Mayday to Miguel. Not exactly because Miguel offers, but because he knows that although Miguel doesn't show it to anyone, he plays with Mayday when no one is around and gives her a soft smile.

• When he is too focused he puts his hand on his chin and starts babbling words in Spanish.

"Carajo."

• His work area is not always clear, but when it is he tells LAYLA to play 80s/90s Latin music, in low volume tho. And sometimes his daughter Gabriella's favorite song, the one they used to dance together.

• His favorite time to work is during the night, obviously. So calm and quiet for him. He finds it calming to see the distant night lights of his futuristic city while drinking coffee when he finishes saving a file, for example. But he is still bothered by people making fun of him being a vampire.

• More than once he has scared spider-people at work (especially new members) just with the shadow of his fanged mouth. Damn, maybe he was just yawning his mouth too much or something. Listening to the little muffled screams he simply rolled his eyes.

• Late at bedtime he wears a black robe with gray slippers.

• He can actually control the speed at which his platform lowers, it's futuristic technology (? But of course he chooses to lower it slowly while giving his incredible and serious monologues about the missions.

• Gives a coupon for two more empanadas to the best spider-man/woman who have successfully completed several missions in the month.

Layla's first day at the Strangerville Trailer Park went fairly well. She arrived quite late and was immediately greeted by her neighbor, Bella Bachelor. They chatted for a while, and Bella even offered Layla some food to grill for both of them.

After Bella and Layla finished eating and chatting for a while, Bella retired to her trailer, while Layla decided to set up her telescope to see what the sky over Strangerville had to offer. For some time, nothing seemed out of the ordinary—just the familiar constellations and bright, sparkling stars you would expect while stargazing. However, just as she was about to pack it in for the night, something caught her eye. A bright light, possibly the brightest Layla had ever seen, shot across the sky. Layla pulled away from the telescope to look up, but just as quickly as she noticed it, the light vanished. She chuckled as she went into her trailer to get ready for bed, convinced her mind was playing tricks on her. After all, the long drive to Strangerville had worn her out; there was no way she had actually seen a UFO that night. Right? As she lay down for the night, she convinced herself it must have just been a bright shooting star—or at least that's what she kept telling herself.

Just finished re-playing the last quarter of the Fate of Atlantis DLC and I just have to shout into the void how much I hate the ending. I’d truly forgotten how bad it is.

Fighting the giant hit sponge monster and the repulsive popping bodies is not fun. It’s gross and a bad time. I feel a bit sick.

The whole ‘you can’t kill Aita and Juno that’s would be cruel - so we’re going to wipe out Atlantis entirely instead’ is so stupidly stupid there aren’t words.

The whole premise that they’re in a simulation in the first place is stupid and makes bugger all sense.

All the modern day stuff is boring and pointless. I don’t like Layla. I don’t care about her knocking Victoria on the head. I *hate* Aleithia. I don’t know why I’m supposed to give a shit about any of them or the flimsy-ass plot they have going on. Why is this trash even here??

No wonder it was the only incomplete part on this 195 hour save file.

okay this has idea has had me in a choke hold for weeks, but what if AC and Watch Dogs took place in the same universe? Because,,,Aiden Pearce looks JUST like Jacob Frye,, like a descendant perhaps? Maybe Abstergo has a subject 18? and in a perfect world where Desmond lives post AC3, rescues Aiden? Rebecca perhaps knowing about Dedsec. The possibilities are endless!

As much as the developers try to say that they don’t take place in the same universe, Aiden did receive the request to take down Olivier (Melanie’s boss in Black Flag) while he was in Chicago. (you can even see Aiden in a security footage in one of Layla’s files in Origins)

Also, DedSec has a member who is part of both the Assassin Brotherhood and the descendant of a Frye: Darcy Clarkson.

We can make an AU where Aiden Pearce is apprehended during the ending of watch_dogs and is taken into the Madrid facility because Sofia Rikkins and Abstergo took his DNA sample and learned that he’s a descendant of Jacob Frye (with Darcy and her brother Lucas being the descendant of Evie Frye). There, he becomes one of the inmates that is forced to relive his ancestor’s memories, a month or so before Cal is sent to Madrid facilities.

Aiden being Aiden, he begins to try and find ways to hack into the facility’s network to send out a distress signal.

In this case, he gets his chance after Cal has a severe backlash from the Animus and he is able to send a signal with Emir and Moussa helping him by creating a distraction.

The signal is sent to T-Bone who realizes Aiden is asking for help in an Abstergo facility and he knows that Abstergo is being targeted by the hacker group Erudito so he chats with them about Aiden’s SOS to give them a head’s up that he’s planning to raise hell to save Aiden and Erudito gives the Assassins a head’s up and it falls into Desmond’s team to find out what the hell was a hacker doing in Abstergo’s facility in Madrid and if they need to destroy the facility before the hacker known as T-Bone (“He’s a legend!” “I’m sure he is, Rebecca. A true ‘visionary’.” “Shut up, Shaun.”) accidentally leaks information about the Assassins and the Templars while trying to save his ‘friend’.

BAR’s PS5 Screenshots 1-6-2024: These are my 10/Ten PS5 Screenshots of the games I’m currently playing through, also that multiversus picture of Finn was from when I was playing that Multiversus game in late 2022 until it closed in early 2023 because the Multiversus game that I was playing with those neighboring players online turned out to be a Beta Test, so I deleted the game off my PS5 after finding out for myself how right those people about it being in the beta phase, and I still have my Multiversus save file progress since I’m already waiting for the full version of that game to come out this year of course, Its taken me awhile to get accustomed to the new controls of how a modern assassin’s creed game works, for I’ve not played an Assassin’s Creed for a very long time since I once rented the PS4 version AC: Syndicate in a RedBox Kiosk, back when RedBox used to offer Video Game rentals in the 2010's of course, because I never really played the Layla Hassan Trilogy of Assassin’s Creed titles, I’ve gotten a little rusty with this new AC Title and I had to learn to get accustomed to it nowadays, I’m almost close to fighting the final boss in River City Girls after having tried 4 or 5 times trying beat that flying lady who was annoyingly hard as hell to defeat of course, and I’ve also successfully unlocked Shantae’s Monkey Form, plus that 4th Shantae picture in the Corn Field is just a borrowed image because I thought I had captured a fourth screenshot but realized I forgot to capture it, so I’m using that 4th Shantae picture to help make up for my 10 pics set in one post, but I hope folks like what I’ve been playing this year as well as this Prince Of Persia outfit that came with the Deluxe Edition of ACM too of course.

Patch notes:

New Levels

Added two new levels, The Mountain of Sir Percival and Melancholy Mines, replacing Tower of the Wing Cap and Cavern of the Metal Cap in that order.

Changed up the collect star/death warps in Melancholy Mines to boot you back to the Castle Lobby rather than outside Hazy Maze Cave, unless you fall into the waterfall which just dumps you outside like before.

Updated the collision in Mission Street to make certain things easier to interact with.

Replaced textures in Big's patio to indicate boxes are not breakable.

Gigaboot's Pokemon Adoption Center has now expanded! Several other NPCs have arrived in the city, some additional art in places and two new stores have sprung up as well. Take a look when you can!

(PC Only) Added optional interior area to Pocky's Emerald Theater. Someone seems to be in there.

Charmy and Espio can be seen hanging around the two new levels! What are they up to?

Old Levels/Gameplay

(PC Only) Current outfit when grabbing a new star will be saved to the save file. Kind of a coin flip if it saves or not when grabbing a transparent star. Cause of this, old save files are not compatible with the latest version.

Adjusted the speed on the Tails race in Tiny Huge Island to be more fair.

Added secondary starting warps to Dire Dire Docks for Stars 3, 4 and 6 to make getting to the second area much easier. Note you must select the Star in the Act select.

(PC Only) Opening the pyramid top activates an unused cutscene. Didn't program it myself, just apart of the repo. In here to let people know that it'll happen.

There's these things in certain levels. They don't look dangerous but they sure are freaky lookin'.

Princess Secret Slide has the same layout and collision but is now given a visual makeover.

You can now fly off from pole vaulting.

Cream Outfits

Moved switching outfits to the DPad. For the PC version, you may have to rebind it in Pause > [R] Options > Controls.

Added several new Cream outfits, totally up to 64.

Removed: Cinnia Cream and Bean Cream

Newest added since v4.3: Cheese the Chao, TF2 Engineer, Demon Slayer Nezuko, MM8 Roll, Megaman X, Castlevania: RoB Maria Renard, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Sena, a Mexican Forklorico Dress for CaptainQuack64, Kate the Wolf for MainMemory_ and Dot_Lvl and Voxandra for Dot_Lvl. You can view the whole set of them here.

Reshuffled the Cream outfits in the N64 version. It's now: Normal, Riders, Winter, Spring, Unicorn, Halloween, Yukata, Swimsuit, Young Vanilla, Amy Rose, Mario, Klonoa and Creamocchia.

The "We did it!" soundclip when grabbing a star is now replaced when wearing certain outfits. Those being: Klonoa, Sena, Kitten, Layla and Katalina.

The Collect Star theme will now change with certain costumes. Those being: Tails, Mario, Klonoa, Ichiban, Travis, Jack, Austin, Dudley, Engineer, Goku, Pan, Roll, Megaman X, Lan, Vergil, Maria, Sora, Dawn, Serena, DQ3 Mage, Wonder-Bun, Sena and every outfit past that.

To follow up on that, the Austin outfit has a unique jingle that'll play when actually grabbing a star or key.

The Mario, Klonoa and Creamocchia outfits in the N64 version also have these themes with the Klonoa outfit keeping the Wahoo!

Music and Sounds

Castle Interior now has a new track: Apotos - Day from Sonic Unleashed.

The following stages and actions also have new tracks since v4: Bob-Omb Battlefield, Whomp's Fortress, Big Boo's Haunt (main and merry-go-round), White Park Carnival, Tiny-Huge Island, Eggman 3 Phase 1 and riding the shell.

Landing the final hit on Eggman 3 will play a proper finale track.

Credits track has also been replaced with its regular version. Midi version still on N64 due to space.

Added new soundbytes for the following NPCs: Layla, Kitten and Katalina

Since v4: The results screen will now play a random clip from 5 different voice samples. All from SF3 Third Strike.

The End track has been replaced with a new one.

And the Rest!

(PC Only) Rings have been replaced with 3D models. Big thanks to Alonwoof for implementing them!

Giant Mario head has now been replaced with a proper Cream head, as seen in the video. Big thank you to BWGLite for implementing it!

Added an extra animation for Amy's third encounter in BBH to indicate new dialog.

Updated some models and animations for certain NPCs.

Game Credits sign at start of game has been updated to reflect the additional changes added as well as a new "Cream and Vanilla design" credits section.

Dialog has been updated for certain NPCs and actions.

Karaoke Bar has some brand new karaoke champs!

Credits have also been updated to reflect new changes.

There are now two ending pictures instead of just the one.

After getting home from work and freshening up, Layla decided to seek out the mysterious curio guy her co-worker had mentioned. She learned that this man was named Erwin Pries, a self-proclaimed conspiracy theorist. He shared with her the same strange occurrences happening around Strangerville that her co-worker had discussed, and he also noted an increase in military personnel in the area. Layla found herself questioning how much she could actually believe him—after all, he was just a conspiracy theorist, right? How much of his information was mere speculation rather than solid fact?

As if he could read her doubts, Erwin suggested that if she didn't believe him, she could break into the lab across town to see for herself. He provided detailed instructions on where to go and the safest times to sneak around the lab. Layla accepted his challenge, promising that if she found anything significant, she would return to speak with him again.

Before she left, a strange plant caught her eye. It appeared almost to be glowing and... breathing? Erwin informed her that it was one of the odd plants that had been popping up all over town. Intrigued, Layla decided to buy it, thinking she might run some tests on it at work next time.

My selfsim and Jasper's selfsim have three kids, teenage Deo (because I named him Deoderant thinking it was going to be a test save file), Layla (who I originally named AyCaramba for the same reason) who is a child, and Samuel is a toddler (originally Skettie, then I decided to go less provincial with the names), oh and that's Jasper with the beard, the husband 🏳️‍🌈 We went camping as a family and I rebuilt one of the lots, and added the treehouse because I visit Granite Falls like it's a chore, I want the cute family pictures but no one has a good time. I want to like it but without rebuilding there's so little to do. The treehouse fits right in to camping activities. It sorta glitched a whole fucking bunch so who knows if it'll stay built lol. If you want my selfsim family let me know, I forgot how to share them
