David Brainerd Quote
“Here I am, send me; send me to the ends of the earth; send me to the rough, the savage pagans of the wilderness; send me from all that is called comfort on earth; send me even to death itself, if it be but in Thy service, and to promote Thy Kingdom.” —David Brainerd

"You know, people ask me how I could be interested in pagan, Teutonic cultures, and I tell them I cannot help myself—voices sing to me. I tell them there might be something we can learn from them.”
- John Milius.

This plant is known as Cuetlaxochitl (ket-la-sho-she) and was another stolen item from Native American history and has had its history erased, which is evident by who the plant was renamed after, the horrendous slave owner and Indian-hater Joel Roberts Poinsett, the former US ambassador to Mexico who was kicked out, but not before he stole La Cuetlaxochitl and made it his own.
What many people may not know is that this American symbol of Christmas is firmly rooted in Aztec (Mexica) history.
In English, cuetlaxochitl means "Mortal flower that perishes and withers like all that is pure.” Because it only blooms during the winter solstice.
While the cuetlaxochitl is indigenous to Mexico and select parts of Central America, it has had special significance in Mexica culture and during pre-colonization times. Natives decorated their temples with the cuetlaxochitl as an offering to help reignite the light of Mother Earth. This was done during winter solstice on the birthday of Huitzilopochtli, the god of sun and war, who often takes the form of a hummingbird.

We would be called uncivilized and savage and barbarians engaging in pagan rituals. But when it’s done in the West it’s a culture to be proud of and any criticism - especially from pocs - seen as anti British.
ik this gets said a lot but can you IMAGINE the reaction of people in the west if an african or eastern country had a ceremony like this pledging subjugation to an unelected leader and praying he will live forever while its people are starving and freezing to death in unprecedented numbers......... it's obscene and supremely undemocratic and i can't believe it still happens. we are not a liberated people

Where Do Paw Patrol Characters End Up In Dante's Inferno?
Cap’n Turbot: First Circle (Limbo, virtuous pagan). Our guide into Adventure Bay the Inferno.
Skye the air rescue dog: Second Circle (Lust, crime of being a girl). Your helicopter cannot save you from the violent winds.
Zuma the water rescue dog: Third Circle (Gluttony). You’re a surfer, ergo a Californian, ergo you smoke weed. Enjoy being savaged by Cerberus!
Chase the police and spy dog: Seventh Circle (Violence) (Ring 1, violence against neighbors). Boil in blood you fucking pig.
Tracker the jungle rescue dog: Seventh Circle (Violence) (Ring 2, violence against self). Sadly his paranoia has resulted in a visit to the Wood of the Suicides.
Rubble the construction dog: Seventh Circle (Violence) (Ring 3, violence against nature). Your soft heart has earned you the fate of all homosexuals: running in circles in the burning desert.
Everest the snow rescue dog: Eighth Circle (Fraud) (Bolgia 1, panderers and seducers). Crime of being a girlboss. March forever, whipped by demons, just like a living sled dog!
Rocky the “eco pup”. Eighth Circle (Fraud) (Bolgia 10, falsifiers, specifically of things). Recycling is a form of alchemy. Fortunately there are no baths in this ditch of disease!
Marshall the fire dog: Ninth Circle (Treachery) (Judecca, traitors to their lords). His clumsiness was the downfall of the whole PAW patrol.
Ryder the human: frozen instead of Satan in the exact center.

Call me cannibal, I won’t die!
Savage cannibal, I won’t die!
Crazy cannibal, I won’t die! Pagan cannibal, I won’t die!
I’m as happy and wild and free — as a man was once meant to be!

I agree our justice system is trash and we have a huge sexism problem, but can the people in the notes please be normal about India. Half of them are Andrew Tate-esque misogynists cheering on this (I hope they’re being sarcastic) and the other half are weirdo Christian fundamentalists using this to argue that India should have never stopped being a British colony. Genuinely unwell people.
