One thing about the Morbius movie that I'm pulling my hair out over is how lame they made him. He's a bargain bin white boy American, no interesting cultural background, no accent - not even one of the goofy fake ones like he had in the Spider-Man cartoon. He wasn't a desperate dying man using his genius intellect to play god with himself and fuck up his whole life at the expense of his loved ones. He has no interesting personality, he's unfunny, he's not dour or happy or mean or any other thing that could make him fun to watch. When he becomes a vampire, he's like maybe interesting if you turn your brain completely off, except that fuck that up to. The few people he kills just straight up don't matter, he isn't really tempted to kill ever again, instead of keeping that vampire design the rest of the movie he just looks like muscular Jared Leto, (ewww) he dresses like a loser and doesn't get a cool edgy shiny fetish goth-y costume, (maybe for the better, I don't want to see Jared Leto in skin tight anything) even the death of Martine and his supposed best friend are fucking lame and stupid. They made him lame and stupid. They de-sauced him. I'm mad that they de-sauced him.
