Finally! Excited to share this gorgeous couple on the blog! We caught the tail end of the radiant fall foliage but holy moly the temperature took a big dip as the sun began to set. By the end of our shoot, my fingers and toes were completely numb and Nicole and Craig's teeth were chattering. Seriously, if this shoot is any sign of their future marriage they are going to be simply fine if a bump ever comes there way. They are easygoing, flexible, and totally adorable in the process of discomfort too. I'm honored and simply cannot wait to shoot their 2018 wedding at @sassafrasforkfarm 💛

Space to breathe. Space to feel balanced. Space to heal the body and mind. Summer break has provided all of that AND time to travel! Thank you all to those who've written, called/texted, to check in after my fat grafting procedure (it meant so much 💛). I will have my follow-up with my team of doctors in a few weeks! The recovery was a full 4 weeks and I'm now completely back to normal activities (hooray!!!!). Through all of this skin cancer mess, I've learned that healing is a process as well as a journey. My Aunt Karen (a breast cancer survivor) said it best, "You're a Little so that makes you tough as nails! We're too stubborn for this shit!" haha! I do my best to take it all in stride and once I was cleared from wearing that heinous belly band (good lawd!), I soaked up as much as I could with family, friends, and travels.
