My first #fanartfriday in a while - go to the fabulous @c_leadraw to see the close-up on Luke and Elliot’s faces. The wings are such a beautiful frame and make them look like an illustration in a fairytale. (tl;dr - two disasters fall in love! freya did a lot of research about the wool industry and is going to show it off! and someone does, in fact, put the point of their sword under someone else's chin.)

Long Live Evil by Sarah Rees Brennan

Absolutely devoured this book. I could see influences from Korean 'I got reincarnated as the villainess' style manhwa, and it was SO WELL COMBINED WITH SARAH REES BRENNAN CRACK HUMOR. I cackled, I cried; I'M READY FOR BOOK 2.

Thank you so much for writing this, @sarahreesbrennan. Before reading your author's note, I didn't know you had spent years battling stage 4 cancer. The way you brought in your personal experience of it to make Rae feel real was amazing. But most importantly, I'm so glad you're at a healthier place now. I've been reading your books since I was in middle school (all the way since The Demon's Lexicon), and you are an inspiration. <3<3<3
