Pura classe rock de Pluto(s) experientes | Reportagem Completa

Manel Cruz, o vocalista dos Pluto, uma das suas várias peles musicais | mais fotos clicar aqui Para proporcionar mais animação ao centro da cidade de Guimarães surgiu um recém-criado evento com organização da Associação Vimaranense de Hotelaria (AVH). Teve a co-organização do Município de Guimarães e apoio do Laboratório da Paisagem. Deste modo realizou-se no passado sábado, 23 de setembro, a primeira edição do Guimarães EntrePalcos. Ofereceu uma experiência única que combinou uma variedade de expressões artísticas e culturais em seis palcos distintos tais como concertos com música moderna portuguesa e tradicional bem como DJ sets e ainda espetáculos de comédia. Estas foram as principais iniciativas, no entanto, o evento teve outras atividades.

A programação abrangeu, na sua maioria, artistas vimaranenses. Houve espaço para artistas de outras zonas do país. Principal foco, para mim, foram os Pluto. Esta banda, oriunda do Porto, proporcionou a ocasião mais concorrida de todo o sábado. Atuaram no Palco Ritmos situado no Largo Condessa do Juncal, mais conhecido pelos habitantes locais como “Feira do Pão”.

Peixe, o guitarrista dos Pluto | mais fotos clicar aqui Antes deles tocaram os Hot Air Balloon, um projeto musical iniciado em Vigo no ano de 2013, pelo guitarrista Tiago Machado de Vila Nova de Famalicão e pela vocalista irlandesa Sarah Jane Burke. Ambos são casados, já têm dois filhos, tendo atualmente a sua base na zona norte de Portugal.

Este duo apresentou alguns dos temas do seu projeto num formato de banda inédito com mais 3 músicos em palco: João Madeira no baixo; Pedro Oliveira na bateria e Marco Ferreira na guitarra. Apesar de alguns ligeiros problemas técnicos, o quinteto deu muita boa conta de si, num ritmo mais elétrico relativamente ao normal som folk que mostram enquanto duo.

Com amigos e familiares na plateia mostraram novas composições bem como temas já editados como “The Space Between” e “Digging”. Irrevogavelmente uma banda a rever numa próxima chance.

Manel Cruz (voz e guitarra), Peixe (guitarra), Eduardo Silva (baixo) e Ruca (bateria) não demoraram muito a subir ao palco, passavam apenas 7 minutos depois das 23h e começaram com "Só mais um começo" e “Benvindo a ti”.

O ambiente aquece à séria à 3ª canção: “A Vida dos Outros”. Pouco depois, Peixe também já tem o aquecimento feito e tira o chapéu na entrada para “Sexo Mono”. Notava-se pela audiência vários fãs dos Pluto pela maneira como facilmente cantarolavam as letras e pelo modo como interiorizavam as músicas.

Pluto no momento musical mais forte do evento | mais fotos clicar aqui A única edição discográfica dos Pluto aconteceu no longínquo ano de 2004 e todas os temas desse álbum ‘Bom Dia’ foram tocados. “Flores” e “Quadrado”, os temas não editados oficialmente, foram igualmente mostrados sendo que Manel Cruz revelou que sairá breve um videoclipe desta segunda. Relembrar que falta pouco para a comemoração dos 20 anos de ‘Bom Dia’ por isso será motivo para novidades em 2024.

Nota relevante para a maneira como estes experientes músicos dominam os timings com mestria. Algo que foi visível durante o momento em que as cordas da guitarra de Manel Cruz lhe trocaram as voltas e partiram. Ter como roadie Miguel Azevedo (Plus Ultra e Cobrafuma), um músico e guitarrista carregado de experiência contribui para que tudo flua bastante melhor.

Ruca, o enérgico baterista dos Pluto | mais fotos clicar aqui Lá surgiu o encore e para satisfação global, os Pluto interpretaram mais dois temas: “Líderes e Filhos” e “Algo teu”. Para a despedida Manel Cruz desejou "Tudo de bom para vocês" e os fãs rumaram a outras paragens contentes pela prestação positiva da banda portuense cuja performance foi auxiliada por um jogo de luzes bem conseguido.

A atuação dos Paraguaii iniciou-se já a caminho da 1 hora da manhã. Longe lá vão os tempos da época 2014/2016 em que o rock era a alma do projeto. Agora a banda vimaranense Paraguaii percorre agora um caminho diferente traduzido por novas sonoridades alicerçadas em sintetizadores. Para homens habituados aquelas ruas “jogar em casa” com público imensamente familiar mostrar temas desse novo universo será sempre uma ocasião mais especial. Agora em formato trio, junta-se a Giliano Boucinha e Zé Pedro Caldas, o músico Rolando Ferreira. Ele já tem participado nos concertos desde a publicação do último álbum ‘Propeller’ em 2021.

Paraguaii, trio vimaranense a tocar perante amigos Este novo evento, o Guimarães EntrePalcos, deverá regressar às ruas da Cidade-Berço no próximo ano. A organização está a elaborar um balanço desta 1ª edição e, certamente, teremos novidades no seu devido tempo.

Mohit Raina, Roshan Mathew, and Sarah Jane Dias are among the cast of the Indian remake of the Israeli drama Magpie, Deadline reported. The drama will be streamed on SonyLIV. She also featured as a backing dancer for the £1 Fish song by One Pound Fish Man in December 2012. This launched her career in modelling as she went on to do assignments with reputed brands like Satya Paul, Miss Sixty, L’Oreal, Skechers, Nokia and Olay among others, besides participating in fashion shows with designers like Alison Kanugo and Neeta Lulla.

In 2014, she appeared in Mad About Dance. She also did the lead vocals for the film. A Punjabi film Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo with singer Amrinder Gill followed soon after.

In April 2015, a British-Asian film featuring her, Amar Akbar & Tony, was released in the United Kingdom. She then acted alongside Sandhya Mridul, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Sarah-Jane Dias and Anushka Manchanda in the 2015 film Angry Indian Goddesses, a film which marked the debut of Pan Nalin in mainstream Hindi cinema. In October 2015, She joined the cast of the Channel 4 soap opera, Hollyoaks as Neeta Kaur. She departed the serial in November 2017 after her character was killed off. Her death scene was nominated for Best Show-Stopper at the 2018 Inside Soap Awards.

A photographer invites her closest friends to vacation at her family's home in Goa in celebration of her upcoming marriage.

Touches upon a lot of subjects. While I have no detailed knowledge, I'm still fairly sure, that sexual harassment and same-sex marriage rarely are topics of Indian movies. And that few of them focus entirely on the social situation of women.

There's not much plot in the traditional sense. And there are a number of musical montages that show the camaraderie of the women. For the most part the film doesn't probe too deep. Though that strongly changes in the last half hour, when the movie suddenly takes a much more serious turn. Which was a bit unexpected.
