- hahaha I WISH!  a fan who gets to just travel around hangin' out with idols; tragically I...don't actually think that's a thing, anon. but I did get a good laugh out of the suggestion!  

- yep, I live in Seoul.  my korean is definitely not that hot, but I can understand a lot of things pretty okay and have some basic conversations.  I feel lucky a lot these days, but that was definitely on a whole 'nother level, haha. the force was strong with me that day! ^^

- the story of how I ended up where I did is pretty pedestrian, tbh. I saw a posting, sent an email+photo, had a panic attack about audition, hyperventilated some more about leaving work early, went to a couple long rehearsals where a man in a sparkly shirt yelled TASHI HANBON at us ten million times while Very Serious PDs in suits recorded on their cellphones, practiced, didn't sleep, spent a few million years on the subway, showed up on Saturday.  it of course turned out to be an Insane Crazy Magic Day, but that part was all bonus  :)   

I've never done a show for 45,000 people so idk if I can say I've done anything 'similar', haha. I've done a lotlotlot of performing for many many moons, but here in korea it's sort of seemed to take off (which I'm still shocked about every single time).  I will say that korea LOVES to find non-koreans who are knowledgeable, positive, and enthusiastic about korean culture - this definitely includes kpop - and if you have those attributes, have worked/are willing to work hard at it, and keep your eyes and ears open a surprising amount of things can come your way .  also just SEIZING THE DAY !  I'm so much ballsier here haha, but it's led to amazing things every time.

That anon was so peeved at the fact that people come and talk to me and that just screams jealousy to me. And trying to back that up by calling me attention seeking and fake is fucking hilarious. I mean, I know that not everybody on this planet is going to like me and I'm bound to have people dislike me and that's okay. What really irritated me was how childish it was! Instead of coming to me and talking to me they decided to go talk shit about me to someone else. I felt like I was like 10th grade all over again. The great thing about the internet is that you can ignore and simply not pay attention to people you don't like and that anon obviously can't help but be so concerned with me and as flattered as I am, I hope they can go fuck off and find something better to do.and thank you so much

i usually send my messages to you on anon but i was wondering what made you feel better when you were feeling really uninspired last week-ish? i'm feeling really stuck as well today ;;

i've been feeling ..ahh how should I say this..not really good for a long time now and last week it hit me harder than most days. My father in law came into town and I love him to death but it made me miss my family too. I just kind of lost it. My close friends up here really helped me a lot, i can't even express how much it meant to me. I didn't feel so alone in my pain and having people be there for me like that really made me melt. My husband and my father in law also have been a big help. I know that this feeling isn't going to just leave me, but I'm doing a lot better these days. I'm trying to be a little more active too and surround myself with better people Xd
