Been waiting for your liveblogging about the newest chapter (the SanUso crumbs made me smile for u btw) okay but did you see the parallel between what Yasopp did and the whole thing that happened in Enis Lobby/Water 7 with Usopp and how it showed their stark differences as father and son and where their priorities lie? It's been making me crazyyy!! Like Yasopp destroying the ship and saying "no he still has to pay" and it being That Ship specifically vs the plight Usopp had with the Going Merry and how ships have souls and how Zoro said "no you can't let him come back unless he apologizes" etc etc etc...it killed me!

Additionally I'm sooo excited for the upcoming arc because Usopp fans (us) are going to be eating soooo good I can't wait to scream cry and throw up every chapter of Elbaf fr!

AND YES!!! With the newest chapter my mind has been plagued with Yasopp and Usopp thoughts. It has shown crucial differences between the two of them. Keep in mind that I don't agree in the slightest with what Yasopp has done, btw, but I'm also not talking shit about him in any way (yet) (just a little). But Usopp would have never done this. Sinking a ship for something that had already been settled with his captain and had no intention of mentioning again is unthinkable for him-- They've got different motivations and their captains are respected for different things, so I understand why Yasopp did what he did and why Usopp wouldn't. But still. The way they view respect and death seem to be extremely different and I can't wait to see more of their dynamic and parallels.

ME TOO!!!!! I'M SOO EXCITED FOR ELBAF!!!!! Begging Oda to give all the attention to Usopp. He deserves the world <3
