What a journey…

This one was a real challenge, from the hoodie to the flower crown.

This scene is inspired by an amazing Dance!Tale fanfic, Despacito, by the gifted @bwandrz.

I had this picture in my mind for a while now and gave it a try. I wanted something ethereal and out of time, like a sweet dream. That’s why I didn’t want Momo (the MC) to be too defined, and let the reader make their own interpretation of her.

Assembling and balancing the flower crown was a long and difficult process, but I’m quite happy with the result.

All of this mixed with my textured and “tarot card” style.

Hey, guys! @bwandrz here! Just wanted to give a little update on how the new chapter is going. I never update the Tumblr, and I'm gonna try and get better about doing that.

So, Chapter 30's rough draft is complete. I'm still working out some of the kinks I'm personally not happy with, but the final draft is coming along nicely. I'm unfortunately over the month mark since Chapter 29 was uploaded, but school has not been my friend. (I hate you, Literary Theory)! Chapter 30 is about 41 pages, so it's taking a while. The rough draft of my short story for my Fiction Writing Workshop class is due this week, so I'm having to put the fic chapter on hold momentarily. I'm almost done with that, and then I'll be back to work on the fic! So stay tuned! I am actively working on this fic again, and don't plan on going on anymore long hiatuses in the foreseeable future!

Would you guys be interested in an anniversary ask event?

This fic is six years old now, and I'm still probably about ten chapters or so away (roughly) from finishing it. I've always thought it would be fun to host an event where my readers can ask the characters questions. @ladyizo and I, @bwandrz could draw them responding to you. I wanted to gauge the interest, so I'm posting it here, and I'm going to add it to the end notes of my newest chapter. I'm also going to have to come up with some rules for it, so yeah. Give me time to do that too.

So I have this headcanon

Every time I watch a new animated movie with music (Like Encanto) I always have this headcanon that Momo and Papyrus obsessively sing their favorite songs from it. Like they whole hog duet it, over expressing gestures and dance moves as they trot through the living room with spatula microphones like:

“Always left Abuela and the family fumbling Grappling with prophecies they couldn't understand Do you understand?”

“A SEVEN FOOT FRAME, RATS ALONG HIS BACK WHEN HE CALLS YOUR NAME IT ALL FADES TO BLACK YEAH, HE SEES YOUR DREAMS AND FEASTS ON YOUR SCREAMS!”

They slide in on either side of Sans and duet:

“We don't talk about Bruno, no, no, no We don't talk about Bruno~!”

Meanwhile, Sans is just on the couch watching in amusement like, “i hate and love you both so much. please get this song out of my head.”

Hey, guys! @bwandrz here! I started this picture a few months ago and still haven’t colored it. The band is in this next chapter quite a bit, and I wanted to post some artwork of what they look like. (I used a refence of a completely different band haha) Starting from the top left we’ve got Yukihito and Yamato on the right. The bottom left is Shoto and of course Momo on the right. (I wanted to make reader look close to the real Momocashew!) 

I haven’t been doing much art these days, but here you go! The next chapter is coming along slowly but surely. <3
