Doxxing

Myself and another salt blog have received asks containing an ex-staff member's full name, address, court records, phone number, and the name of a family member (along with a potential threat to said family member.) These asks stated, "Your identity will be exposed if this doesn't stop."

This person was formerly close to CJ and Ember and had shared this information with them previously.

CJ/Chaz or Ember are doxxing an unrelated party because they think the person might be behind a salt blog or informing one. Doxxing is a crime in many places.

This behavior is revolting.

Doxxing - Receipts

Hello! I've received explicit permission to post these screenshots from the affected party. They edited the information out themself.

On Thursday afternoon I started receiving asks, vaguely linking to somebody's place of employment and address. They ramped up, with the sender threatening to expose the person's identity. It seems clear that the sender believes that I am this person, and were trying to blackmail "me" into stopping posting. This was after Part 1 but before Part 2 - We didn't realize who was being doxxed (and therefore who was likely behind it) until shortly after I posted Part 2.

I received 5 asks about this total, each divulging more and more information. Here are the final 3 asks, in order, as edited by the person doxxed.

Santaesecretsrevealed showed that they also received this information. (screenshot and redacting is theirs)

The person affected 100% believes that this is coming from CJ, or possibly Ember. They shared some of information with CJ previously. The only possible motive is that the person sending these asks is close to Santae and wants to silence those speaking against it.

I'd like to clarify that I didn't have contact with this person until their information was shared with me. They did not divulge any information with me - My source is someone else entirely. The affected person was dragged into this situation, which they did not want a part of.

Their criticism has been basically, "Well, the person sending never claimed to be CJ!" which is absurd. If they had said "I'm CJ, here's someone's personal info, teehee!" I'd be a hell of a lot more skeptical. The evidence comes from the fact that the affected person, who has a rocky history with CJ and Santae, shared this information with him. Now it's being weaponized in an attempt to silence dissenters. This is clear blackmail, and the affected person 100% believes it to be CJ's doing.

Back to regularly scheduled submissions. I'm going to be holding back some repetitive/combative asks.

I'm not able to post doxxing proof at this time, I'm waiting for the person whose information was leaked to send me what they'd like redacted and what they're fine with. If you check the reblogs for the doxxing post, you can see confirmation from santaesecrets that they recieved the same information, and even santaesecretsrevealed, a pro-santae blog, recieved an ask with the information. They posted a screenshot.

The person whose information was leaked was formerly close to CJ, and from what I've gathered, had previously told him their legal name and personal information. CJ is the only person with this information, and the only person with a motive to threaten blackmail.

Conspiracy theory that the person who got doxxed is the one behind the doxxing to make the site look even worse than it already does.

"don't want the site to burn" lmao good joke you conveniently leave out that ember apparently messaged you(according to santaesecretsrevealed blog) about them not being involved in the doxxing? multiple other things that can be seen on there you left a message in the blog claiming its 100% ember/cj doxxing and committing a crime on top for a day with no proof which is fucking yikes you agree with all negative asks on here and drown out or personally flame anyone disagreeing with something negative hmm yeah you really love the site and totally aren't pushing your own agenda

My opinions on the staff have very little to do with how I feel about the site itself. Shocking!

Ember did message me, I never ended up replying because either he doesn't know anything and nothing would come of it, or he's lying and nothing would come of it. I wasn't interested in discussing a doxx with someone who might've perpetrated it or might be buddy-buddy with the perpetrator.

I've recieved more asks about the doxxing which I'm not replying to (unless they add something productive) because certain legal matters have arisen and I'm not equipped to monitor the conversation anymore.

The person who was doxxed 100% believes CJ or somebody close to him committed the doxxing. They allege that CJ had this information and retaliated because he thought the person was behind this blog/informing me. The evidence I've seen corroborates this.

Sorry for not posting "proof" (uncensored/poorly censored screenshots) of the dox right away and instead waiting for the person whose information it was to redact it.

tbh as someone who has the conspiracy brain i also considered a possibility that maybe the doxx is a false flag or whatever the term is but like. who would do that. i guess it would be godteir trolling but seeing how seriously its being taken right now disproves that notion unless literally everyone running these blogs is in on it, INCLUDING santaesecretsrevealed

Unless there wasn’t any info “doxxed” and it’s just being claimed. It’s not like we’ve seen proof that is was even done, just word of mouth.

I typed out a whole response to your comment replying to this post, but it failed to post when you deleted it in favor of posting anon. Sad! Heres the basics.

Option 1: I post the screenshots, censored. A dozen people, just like you, come into my inbox screaming that "There could be ANYTHING behind those bars!" and "This isn't REALLY proof!"

Option 2: I post somebody's personal info uncensored. This is doxxing! Not happening! Hope this helps.

As I said in a previous post, i'm waiting for the affected person's explicit permission/for them to edit the screenshots themself to decide what to show.

I think it’s too soon to jump to the conclusion that CJ or Ember have doxxed this individual. How do you know they shared this information with them previously?

I highly doubt they would be this stupid to pull a god awful stunt like this considering the reputation of themselves and the site is at stake.

I’ll be fucking disappointed if it does get confirmed with proof that they are involved in this though.

I agree that its a godawful stupid stunt. I'm in contact with the person affected who has alleged it's certainly CJ. My guess is that they assumed the sharing of the private information would serve as strong enough blackmail to prevent the doxxing from being spoken about.

Are any white knights or blogs of the like going to defend a crime and continue endorsing this behavior? If so, please say your pieces because I would love to be entertained further by how pathetic staff is getting to be. Doxxing is vile as fuck on it's own but a little sprinkle of blackmail (I think?) just tops it off for me. Toxic positivity, lying and the inability to handle criticism, folks! They're begging to go to court or face heavy consequences with this low blow.
