you know what if everyone REALLY hated me that much they'd kill me
#sang at a uni jazz jam and nearly threw up from anxiety both beforehand and afterward thinking wow i was terrible BUT!#nobody dragged me bodily off the stage nobody booed AND the very talented opener was nice to me. at absolute worst i suspect i was mediocre#adopting the 'if they wanted to they would' mindset but its about being bonked with hammers for merely being in the world#also i'm a good singer!! maybe i shouldn't trust my self image in the midst of an anxiety spiral or on 4 caffeinated drinks and no dinner
