who decides who gets to be captain for a game? i get that alexia and patri are out injured. but how does it work between aitana, marta and irene? is it the coaches decision or?

no, no, there is a captain's squad for every season. and each member of the squad serves as captain in order of their rank. 🫡

alexia is first captain, then marta is vice captain, patri is third captain and irene is fourth captain. so they will share the armband in that order. sandra paños was one of the captains last season when there were 5 captains, but when she left, they kept the group at 4 total.

there are other times where someone else may wear the armband like in the case of aitana and her birthday, but otherwise, they follow that formula.
