My normal policy is to not eat Mexican food east of Vegas, but I don’t think this qualifies as Mexican. @jen.makes.things and I kept seeing @tacojohns locations and we felt we needed to try some “west-Mex” … we tried fried chicken tacos that were surprisingly spicy, and inexplicably served with tater tots.
