We’re delighted to be working with such a high quality, organic, ingredient that is grown on our doorstep! Samphire, for those of you that don’t know, it is a small succulent plant that likes to absorb the salt from the soil. This means that without adding extra salt to the chocolate, the samphire brings its own salty edge. We realize samphire is a unusual inclusion in chocolate, but we love it paired together with our award winning 67% Palo Blanco chocolate and it’s one of those bars that we keep nibbling on.
