DotMPC CHARACTER PLAYLISTS

✩ Cardinal ✩

Cardinal canonically listened to Blondie as a teenager so that's on here quite a bit. I Wanna Be Adored is plot relevant, as is the Pet Shop Boys. Ignore Not Allowed and Baby Hotline and Alien Blues. I do like them as songs but I'm not quite in post-irony yet. I added them at a time when I was unapologetically Present on the internet. The ABC songs are here because Martin Fry is Cardinal's voiceclaim. The Depeche Mode songs at the end are related to Ravioli.

All the lyrics of all these songs are relevant to him. The Weezer songs are Bucket's fault. There was a bigger playlist that contained nearly the entirety of Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret by Soft Cell (and a fair chunk of some of their other albums) but it's not in this one purely to balance things out for when I shuffle. I can't spend all six skips going through Soft Cell songs. I need to add some of it back tbh because the Morrissey gauntlet is pretty overwhelming.

I have not yet listened to Lana Del Rey's discography but it would probably end up here. It's heavily Marina filled though. Katherine has a second playlist as well but it's a completely different vibe. Treat this one as a kinnie playlist. Wonderful Woman <333333

Ishani's is majorly unfinished purely because I can't find songs that fit the specific feeling of nothingness when you know you're supposed to be screaming. So I just filled it with shoegazey type stuff because she does listen to it and after Spare Change joins Hopscotch, which is a shoegaze band.
