and this is why I always cackle when jjk "readers" promote their ahem headcanons (they fully believe it too, oh my days) about gojo and his students being a "family" because yeah, gojo's sons and daughters who were planning to use his body before it was even cold!!! his children who love him so much that they came up with a plan to ensure he serves as a weapon for jujutsu society's needs and survival even when he is no longer breathing!!! he cannot outlive his usefulness!!! how absolutely confident his spawn are in their adoptive father winning!!! everyone cares for him so much, right?

because no matter how much they care for him, he’s still ‘The Strongest’ so his usefulness is always, ALWAYS, going to be put first
