And The three cuddling, and csam being sandwiched bewteen his parthers and being all wrapped up bewteen them and starting to purr. Important Things To Properly Love Your Sam Before Bed:

Make sure he is properly kissed. He needs at least one from each partner. Punz and Dream like to kiss both his cheeks at the same time because then he sputters and becomes all silly.

Take the time to give ample skritches. A Sam cannot truly relax without Partners hands in his fur, getting all the best places and rubbing his floofy tummy.

ik we always talk about sam having ocd (also true) but like. dean’s entire being is so preoccupied with sam that i think it rewired his brain at some point. it started on sam’s first hunt. dean couldn’t shake the fear that sam was bleeding somewhere, and too full of adrenaline to notice. he does a quick sweep of hands over sam, to convince himself that sam really wasn’t injured. and the habit stuck, sam rolling his eyes but allowing it, even when they got older. dean waking up in the middle of the night and checking that sam is breathing. dean literally almost went insane when sam left for stanford because he Cannot Breathe if he doesn’t know that sam is ok. he started dialling it back, just checking verbally and looking at sam a lot to Make Sure nothing has suddenly changed. but sometimes after a bad hunt, he still runs his hands down sam’s arms, double checking that he didn’t miss anything.

Hi, I just have a silly question on if any of the tlt cast characters are neurodivergent? (I mainly ask cause projection + a lot of the fandom is neurodivergent lol/pos)

I mean Yoav and I certainly both are neurodivergent lol. Like do you mean the characters in canon? My POV around the tombsonas specifically is that they’re intentionally semi-blank slates that we as a community kinda imprint on. For example if you’re AuDHD and you feel a kinship with Tesla, then Tesla can be AuDHD! The fact that the tombsonas pair with an indefinite amount of people across all of time and space means that EVERYONE is in the mix. I don’t want anyone to feel excluded or unrepresented because canon has not specifically shouted them out. Or feel like “well I have dyspraxia and so does Armstrong, so that forces me to look at them as representing me, when otherwise I’d more relate to Doc.”

There’s a (maybe apocryphal) story attributed to Stan Lee where he emphasized the importance Spider-Man being fully covered head to toe, because it means almost anyone can feel like they could be inside the suit - I feel much the same way about the Tombsonas. They’re not people - YOU are the people, so whatever is in you is in them.

Outside the tombsonas, I definitely think (emphasis on think, as these are my headcanon not literal canon) Snoozie is ADHD or AuDHD, Haru has BPD, and Drunk Guy atop his canonical addiction also has PTSD.

people talk a lot on here about wilson accepting house in his whole messed up neurotic entirety but not enough people talk about the inverse. wilson is an incredibly neurotic personality, and although house jibes him constantly for it, in practice he is actually very touchingly accepting and accomodating. i just watched 6x19 which is the episode house tries to break up sam and wilson by doing all of wilson's pet-peeves like stacking dishes in the dishwasher wrong so he'll blame sam and resent her. which yeah is hilariously possessive on the surface. but it also implies that 1. house is aware enough of wilson's eccentricities that he can immediately spot when something is going to irritate him, such as the whole milk-in-the-fridge-door thing, and 2. that house is not only reflexively aware of these eccentricities, but also that he accomodates them enough in their everyday lives that a re-emergence of these annoyances is noticeable to wilson. to the point he correalates it with sam re-entering his life instead of house meddling. and also maybe 3. that house is aware enough of wilson's behaviour and body language that he picks up on what annoys wilson without wilson having to tell him, because wilson hates doing that, or that wilson is comfortable enough around house that he doesn't mind sharing these pet-peeves with him even though he doesn't like sharing them with his romantic partners.

house hates things he veiws as illogical or pointless, he rags on wilson for his obsessiveness about health and appearances, but he also cares enough about wilson to actively change his behaviours to accomodate the things that irritate him. he puts the milk in the body of the fridge instead of the door, not because it's suggested he cares at all about prolonging its shelf life, but because he knows wilson cares. sam balks at wilson and disdainfully suggests he has ocd (which i consider a win for my personal projection onto wilson, but that's besides the point) when wilson brings up his own perfectionism. but house accepts wilson in his neurotic entirety, and accomodates him so that they can live together relatively happily. to me, that suggests that house understands wilson's obsessive tendencies better than most 'regular' people, probably because of his own obsessive tendencies, which makes them complement eachother quite well. wilson is the exception for house, house would give up his crusade against pointlessness and his desire to push people's buttons if it meant keeping wilson around. he'd do it all the while complaining, but he'd still do it. this is the kind of thing that really strikes me bc it shows how comfortable and routine house's love for wilson is. it's domestic, it's relenting, it's just who they are. house's love for wilson is lived-in.

The whole thing was spectacularly irreverent

The set is amazing, with it looking like an lds temple and everything. The backdrop with the clouds and the planets even looks like the giant murals they have in the temple visitors centers

I love the salt lake city backdrop with the mormon temple right in the middle surrounded by the more obvious corporations like McDonald's and stuff. Did you know the LDS church owns a mall in the same city? It even has a little river going through it

The spooky mormon hell dream sequence was the best thing i've ever witnessed. Especially as somebody who really did get guilt-fueled nightmares, albeit not as theatrical and hellish lol

Seeing the cups of coffee dancing in hell alongside Jeffrey Dahmer and Adolf Hitler was the best, my favorite moment

The song about turning off your uncomfortable/unapproved thoughts was also amazing. The actual phrase commonly used is putting the thought "on your shelf" to set it aside to think about later. I'm so glad I never actually went on a mission and could only relate so much. But that dedication to following all the rules in the missionary handbook is REAL and not even as intense as they portrayed it at times. The religious scrupulosity OCD is like no other. Like it's not unheard of for a missionary to keep working on their mission even if their mom or someone died while they were away.

There are still so many weird things about growing up mormon that they didn't even touch on. Like heaven being an MLM, multiple levels and everything.
