Me pone feliz y me tranquiliza volver aquí porque se que bajaré de peso, yo lo sé, me siento mal dms mal, debo estar pesando más de 57kg!!

Les contaré que el primer día del año como helado, y paneton y fue un asco

Segundo día : (ayer) hice ayuno de 20h creo y como pollo con fideos

Tercer día:(hoy) hice ayuno 24h pero como chifle/pan com pollo/salchi o sea todo mal y que asco!!

Ya estaré subiendo que comeré mañana, pero créanme que el hombre está horrible . Necesito bajar de peso inmediatamente
