I have this headcanon/theory Kaguya, Eirin, and Mokou can all move in Sakuya's stopped time since the Hourai Elixir was made with Kaguya's ability to manipulate eternity. An immortal's time has already been stopped, so they would be unaffected and still move in Sakuya's world.

Here's the Reisen Relationship Chart =) Lemme Yap:

Tewi: So I'm not too big on Tewi, and honestly, that kinda manifested in how I characterize Reisen's relationship with her in my head. They honestly only vaguely tollerate each other, and let it be known, if Reisen had the power too, there is a real chance they'd kick Tewi the fuck out.

Hecatia: After Lolk, Junko adopted Reisen. Like, in paperwork. And while they'll never admit it, Reisen sees Eiren as a mother-figure as well. Hecatia is weird tho. Like, Hecatia IS by definition a mom of Reisen's, but Reisen sees her more as an Aunt if anything.

Sakuya/Komachi: Reisen doesn't go out much due to being busy all the time. As such, she doesn't have many friends outside Eientei and the Bamboo forest. Sakuya is just who they drinks with at any Hakurei Shrine party they even remember to invite her too (which is very few). Komachi is a little more frequent, but that's just because I imagine her harassing Mokou during her time off, and she drinks with Reisen during this time.

Kaguya: While Reisen sees Kaguya as a Big Sister type, they would never say that, and also Kaguya sometimes functions as a motherly type as well. The master one doesn't need explaination me thinks.

Mokou: In my head these two smoke. I don't think Eiren particularly likes people smoking around the house, so Reisen goes out to do it. Mokou doesn't care too much for her shack smelling like cigarrets ALL THE TIME, so she goes out too. They hang out when they meet up.

Kagerou: Back when Reisen was new to the medicine selling thing, I imagine she needed guidence, and I don't think she particularly trusted Mokou at this point in time, so Kagerou ended helping her when she got lost. During this time, the two became fast friends.

Yuyuko: While writing the text of this post I realized I was planning to put Yuyuko and Yukari on the chart and forgot, so uh, yeah. Reisen basically sees Yuyuko as a super chill and funny in-law (Youmu and Reisen aren't married or anything, just can't think of a better word than In-law). They're chill and get along, plus I imagine Kaguya would like Yuyuko's company. IDK why.

Yukari: Also forgot to put her on. Reisen is MAJORLY creeped out by Yukari. Yukari's vibes are all sorts of wrong and Reisen can see that. Reisen really doesn't like that blonde haired mushroom very much.
