the tape starts with sana bowing to the camera, in a dance room with the mirrors to her left. "hello, my name is izumi sana and i'll be dancing to "darling" by starlie." she bows again, and someone off-screen starts the music. sana is clearly not singing, but she does move her lips along with the words, mouthing most of them as she dances the choreography.

it's a very cutesy song, and it's clear that choice was on purpose. the concept suits sana, who throws up finger hearts and winks to the camera as she dances. she dances to the whole song, and by the end she's panting. the tape ends there, fading to black as sana stands from her ending position.

personally, sana doesn't think anything will come out of this audition tape. she didn't pick a very difficult song, figuring that the best skill she has to show off is her charm and charisma. she knows there must be hundreds of more talented dancers than her, but she hopes that the companies will see what she thinks she will: dancing can be taught. charisma and natural charm are much harder to teach. if she was in charge of the casting, sana thinks she would pick someone with her skills if they were more charming than a more talented dancer, but she also knows that she really doesn't know anything about idol companies or what criteria they use to cast their trainees.

she finishes editing the tape that night, and she sends it to the provided email. all she can do is submit the tape and hope for the best. and if nothing happens, then she hasn't lost anything and she can just try again later. she receives a stock response from the casting email, and she goes to bed, putting the whole thing out of her mind as she sets her alarm for work the next day.
