i dont know why you want others to hate you, but i do know why other typically want this. most people dont really think that theyre worthy of other people’s love or attention, or dont think they can live up to it.

so ! im going to say that there might be a self esteem problem afoot. 

i want you to know that you are deserving of peoples love and affection. the world is a great place with you in it! you dont deserve to be hated by everyone. you’re a good person. you can do anything you set your mind to! i believe in you!

im going to assign you some homework saihara!! you should start work on being kinder to yourself. allowing yourself to do the things you want to do! if you wanna go and watch a movie that youve been meaning to watch, then you should do it! another thing is practicing self care! if you need a day for saihara, then you should take a saihara day! one where you take it easy! if you wanna get a floral bath bomb and use it and soak then hell yeah! if you wanna make yourself your favorite meal or if someone else can then go for it!! another thing that can make a huge difference in self esteem is using kinder language. be more forgiving with yourself. if you make a mistake, well, its not the end of the world. youre okay!

in the end, saihara. youre deserving of being loved by others, and even if you think being unloved and alone is best, its not! youll be happier if you have people that you love and trust and that you know love you. being unloved is just really. lovely, yaknow? 

anyways, heres my “you should see a professional” time! a professional can help with this more than i can. if you cant go to or afford a therapist you should sit down with someone you trust and talk to them abt this. this isnt something you have to go through alone.
