Xigbar wouldn’t have wandered into the arid wastes of Lynchwood if he wasn’t expecting trouble---which was, of course, exactly what he got not even five minutes after taking his seat in the dilapidated saloon crawling with slovenly uncouth bandit outlaws.

What he didn’t expect, however, was that approximately two minutes after one of them shot his beer clean out of his hand---exploding into a rain of glass and cheap booze---and he’d fired three rounds clean through the coinciding amount of offending ingrates, the sheriff herself would stroll through those creaking, swinging shutter doors, her own gleaming set of six-shooters cutting through the raucous noise---one round, then two and three and four---thus disposing of what remained of Xigbar’s feebly-armed opponents.

The threat of law enforcement just wasn’t an issue to worry over when treading through the bloodied Pandoran soil---but then again, could she really be considered “law enforcement?” The notion was a joke as she sauntered towards him, stepping over the fresh corpses strewn along the red-stained floor with their still-smoking bullet holes and lacking in any hesitation when she grabbed him hard by the front of his shirt, giving it a sharp jerk to establish the strength of her dominance.

It was more out of amusement than anything else on Xigbar’s end---curiosity to see just what would happen from here, when she manhandled him about and aggressively positioned his arm behind his back, his stomach pressed against the bar in compliance to her no doubt malicious wishes.

But, obviously, such events would not fully transpire without his share of a snide remark:

“Ooh-ho-ho, hey, now, Miss Sheriff, I prefer downin’ a drink or two before I let a gal slap the handcuffs on me.”
