kachat ko si J at yung pinsan ko kaninang umaga habang papasok sa work. nabanggit ko sa pinsan ko na tuwing uuwi ako galing trabaho pagod na ko kaya bigla ako hindi nag rereply haha. tsaka di ko maalala kung nag videocall ba kami ni J kagabi sa sobrang pagod kasi natulugan ko na siya.

naisip ko na sign na 'to na stress na talaga ako sa work. actually, hindi naman talaga dapat nakaka stress yung task ko. sadyang sobrang pressure lang talaga yung nararamdaman ko, hindi lang ako kundi pati ng iba kong teammates. di ko sure kung nakwento ko na 'to dito, pero nanganganib na kasi yung account namin at may possibility na mag pullout yung client kung hindi sila ma satisfy sa performance ng team.

nakaka drain na, nagkaron kasi kami ng KPI which is hindi naman talaga dapat kailangan dahil di naman consistent yung stream ng invoices at emails. pero ngayon, halos lahat ng galaw namin, monitored na. nirequire na kami ng qouta, kailangan at the end of the day mahit namin yung target na 80 per day. e wala naman talaga dapat qouta, lalo ngayon, hindi naman umaabot ng 100 yung main inbox, mag aagawan pa kaming tatlo dun sa department ko.

1 year and a half na ako dito, na-clear naman ng client na hindi namin kailangan ng qouta dahil wala namang deadline, at importante walang error, tapos ngayon pinipressure na kami ng expectations nila. sa mahigit isang taon ko sa client ngayon pa tuloy ako nagkaroon ng error—major pa. kaya if maevict ako sa team dahil dun, parang napaka unreasonable at ungrateful naman nila. kumbaga sa isang daan na nagawa kong tama, yung isang beses na pagkakamali mo lang yung nakita. pero hindi pa naman sure.

yung mga sagot ko tuloy sa company survey, puro disagree. nagpaka honest din ako sa nafifeel ko sacompany kasi sobrang nag iba talaga, hindi na ganun ka warm and harmonized tulad nung mga first months ko palang dun. ngayon di na nauubusan ng issue, ang toxic na ng management, hindi na chill. hindi na nakaka happy. stress ma stress na ako, feeling ko laging kulang yung tulog ko kahit nakaka sakto naman ako ng 8 hours, laging masakit yung ulo sa work. lagi nalang ako nag lolook forward sa weekends.

paulit ulit ko na sinasabi, gusto ko na mag resign. namamanifest na tuloy parang yung universe na naman gumagawa ng way para bumitaw ako. pero hindi pa sa ngayon, kailangan ko pa kumapit at mag tiis dahil kailangan ko na naman maging responsible sa mga maling desisyon ko. kaya ko pa naman tiisin, baka magawan pa naman ng paraan. pag hindi naman na talaga kaya, magkukusa na ako e. hindi lang talaga ngayon yung time.
