This set has the theme of an indoor pool space, but you can use the items for an outdoor pool, or a living room, or whatever you wish to build. ✨

It consists of 27 objects (including all wall heights and sizes).

Seating consists of 2 versions of loungers and 2 versions of living chairs.

An arched wall panel is included with all wall heights. There is also an arched led light to fit with the wall panel but it will need (Spa days) to work.

For the pool, there's a pool ladder available in golden, silver and 3 other swatches. There's also a pool trim/drain available in golden, silver and several marble and concrete swatches.

This set also includes walls, floors and trims with wood/wood planks swatches, and they match so well with the wood walls in my DooRich set.

You will also get deco waterfalls for all wall heights, you can use them solely or you can match them with another item to design different waterfall objects.. etc.

NOTE: The waterfalls are high poly.

Everything is tested in game and base game compatible except the led lights for the wall panels they require (spa days) to work.

Leave Creators ALONE!

Idk if I'm one talk since my being active on here is mainly to rebloged the cc I want, I'm not rebloging for follows, it's litrally for me, hence I delete the post after I download it. Anyway, the point of this post:

I feel a lot of people here feel too entitled over crap! This community is toxic as fuck and it's because of people coming for creators as well as creators coming for each other over pixels! PIXELS!

I personally feel everyone should all just mind their own business and not communicate unless necessary. If you have a problem downloading, ask the creator, ask WCIF questions, and if a creator asks if yall what them to drop a cc, ONLY THOSE WHO WANT IT SHOULD REPLY! THE NEGATIVE SHITS SHOULD NOT! YEAH I SAID IT!

I've seen a lot of creators leave the community due to mental health and saying the toxicity of this community is making it worse for them. You out here wilding, telling creators off like they fucking owe you the cc! If you believe you deserve the Damn thing learn to make it yourself, there's a ton of tutorials on YouTube, Tumblr and S4S. Stop being asses! I'd say give the creators appreciation but even that opens the door to the negative people that send creators over the edge.

As for friendships here! When yall became friends it was at your discretion, we might all see the friendship on our TL but don't let your fights boil over onto it too! Take it to your inbox and emails because you're adding to the toxicity of this community. Especially creators/builders who steal from others, before you make that conscious decision to do it, DON'T! you're adding to the toxicity of this community because it then turns into a man hunt to stop YOU from being a little shit too. EVERY CREATOR HAS A T.OU! 9 times out 10 it says the same Damn thing as the last creator, so you have no excuse for stealing their meshes.

You're not forced to download anything from anyone, whether it's behind a pay wall or free. Yeah, we all hate patreon, but if the creator doesn't want to follow EA. T.O.U's, that's on them, us coming for them is just screwing over this community. Move on and get other cc or MAKE THE DAMN THING YOUR DAMN SELF!

Everytime I go through my timeline someone is bitching over one thing or the other about a GAME! Are you're lives outside of this not interesting enough? Stop coming for each other. Whew. I think this is the first time I’ve actually finished a build of this size. 

My favourite part of this build by far to make was the servants’ staircases, which let me have a lot of fun with the new(ish) stair modulation tool. It took a lot of wrangling, and several rooms had to be relocated entirely, but I managed to make it so that you can get from any floor in the house to any other floor (including the cellar) without leaving the servants’ staircase. I probably spent about as much time making Sims go up and down them in first person mode as I did actually building them.

I did my best to furnish this in as close to a historically accurate Regency style as possible, but there are a few unavoidable exceptions such as the taps (faucets), which weren’t patented until the 1840s. (Yes, this is the sort of thing I look up on Wikipedia while I’m building. Yes, I am fun at parties.) I wanted to make this a CC free build but if you use CC, I encourage you to replace the sinks and/or the bath with, for example, this awesome basin by @peebsplays​ and this bath by @pandorasimbox​. There’s a fridge in the kitchen for gameplay reasons but you can pretend it’s an icebox or replace it with a CC fridge equivalent.

I also had a hell of a time trying to find toys for the nursery, since the ‘Victorian’ doll’s house is a) enormous and b) has a modern swimming pool tacked onto it. (WHY.) I couldn’t even give them a teddy bear, since those weren’t invented until the early 1900s. In the end I went with a puppet theatre. I don’t know if those were a common toy in the early 19th century but I can’t see why they wouldn’t have been and these poor children need something to play with.
