Welcome back! <3 What's your opinion on the second generation of Shepards? There are definitely some that could use some more development imo

(Sorry for the long post, I just kept writing and writing lol)

I agree with the sentiment to a certain extent. The second generation I feel are as well written as they could be (especially since time travel is a story tool I'm not fond of), but definitely benefitted from Future Past. Even though the Future Past kids aren't the same exact characters we have, they act as a 'what if' version so I count the development as one and the same.

However, to be a bit specific, one thing about them stood out, and it's indicative of a peculiar, unfortunate aspect of FE13's cast as a whole.

The boys are written with more taste, consistency, and sensitivity than the girls. Though outliers exist (like Lucina and Severa), the second gen girls are kind of cheap? They get more "humorous" supports (i put humorous in quotes cuz I don't find a lot of the jokes funny), and are treated less seriously as a whole.

Cynthia is like a sidekick or guinea pig more than an actual participant in the conversation sometimes (which I guess is funny in an ironic sort of way); Kjelle's supports are really vapid, offering nothing that her mom didn't, and delivered with a less entertaining speech pattern, and there's only a few things worse than being boring to me; Nah... is honestly kind of a mess, teetering between playing the mature straight man, and being the most childish and annoying creature ever (e.g. I hate a lot of Nowi's supports, but Nah's support with Laurent is singularly worse than all of them and is a contender for the worst one in the game); and F!Morgan, while her actions and dialogue are supposed to be cute, I find them to be kind of boundary pushing, alarming, or even downright mean sometimes.

Again, Lucina (some of the best supports in the game period, being varied, having great dialogue) and Severa (her self esteem issues recontextualize every support chain in an artful matter) avoid this, as does Noire for the most part (she's written pretty sincerely as comedic or melancholy when she needs to be), but the four ladies I mentioned beforehand can just be... bleh. Being honest, were it not for Future Past, Cynthia, Nah, and F!Morgan would've been several marks lower. Their peaks are lower than what Inigo, Yarne, Laurent, and Brady provide, and Owain's comedy lands a lot better than theirs as well.

Though, like I said earlier, this is indicative of a larger problem I have with Awakening's writing. Since the game was written with the prospect of being the last, the popular Japanese entertainment tropes were all thrown into the mix, and they tend to be at the expense of the women. Sumia's clumisness, Sully's experience with sexism being kind of surface level (i.e. not something that feels connected to the world of the game), Tharja being Yandere 101, Nowi in general, etc. A third of them comment on being a mess in the kitchen, they blush due to crass comments or outright weirdo requests 3x more often than the men, a good chunk of them are written to get pissed at a drop of a hat, and so on.

Hell, lots of the women in my 'Favorite' or 'Love' tiers on my list, also have 1 or 2 utterly terrible supports that really exemplify this. Lucina's support with F!Robin (when they're not parent and child) is godawful; Maribelle suffers when her subtle desire to be loved or charmed is brought to the forefront (e.g. her support with Virion is like Gray/Clair if Gray was also a noble, and her support with Gregor is very tepid and flavorless when she's usually very entertaining); Cherche and Olivia suffer when they have zero chemistry with their conversation partner; Cordelia suffers when she plays straight into the 'superior perfectionist' bit (Frederick, Donnel), using her conversation partner as a way to vent about Chrom (Frederick again, Henry, Gregor), and outright becomes a nagging mom/wife who cleans up her man with Gaius; and Panne suffers when the writers decide to ignore how her race was enslaved and hunted to near extinction in favor of other characters (often men) getting to play with her ears, cuddling with her fur, or calling her cute when she doesn't want them to.

Most damningly, F!Robin is several marks lower than her male counterpart despite being the same character in-story, because a good deal of her unique supports write her badly (Chrom, Lucina, Aversa, Yarne) or barely at all (Brady, Anna, Owain). Even supports that got a laugh out of me-which is a big accomplishment-like with Lon'qu, still aren't stellar cuz they play on her being almost a caricature; like she's "Robin but a woman (derogatory)" instead of just... a version of Robin.

Tldr; Lazzy wants to get married despite being a chronic flirt :)

The thing I find really interesting about Inilow is we really only see his true opinions on love during his S supports across both Awakening and Fates. Those conversations boil down into one of two things*:

--He's insecure about the proposal (See: Azura, Orochi, Lucina, Severa.)

--He says he'll stop his philandering ways/he's given his heart away to whomever he's proposing

*Should be noted that in some supports both things are addressed! (See: Azura [again], Camilla, Noire)

But there's a line in his S Support with Cynthia:

I want us to get old and gray together.

And yeah, that can be taken as a throwaway line to fit the tone of the support chain, but the thing about Inilow is he hides his true feelings behind the mask of a flirt. Deep down, he does want to love and be loved in return. Sure, he goes about it in a very roundabout way.

The insecurity--in my opinion--not only stems from his own feelings of inadequacy but also from a fear of losing the person he loves. (The terrifying ideal of being known etc etc.) He's protecting himself before he can get hurt, and only calms down once the other person reassures him.

Certainly for Inigo, marriage is a hopeful thing. He and his partner will make it out of the war and live a long, happy life together. For Laslow, I do think it's a little bittersweet, and he's holding on to whatever happiness he can find in Nohr before he has to leave. (And that's an entirely different discussion on what happens after the events of Fates.)

Who's the Most Likely, Least Likely, or Maybe Parent (Mother and Father) for each Morgan (Male and Female) based on Classes, looks, supports, and/or mannerisms?

Most Child units inherit the hair color from their fathers (with the exception of Female Morgan, who inherited her mother's hair color, and Lucina). But some parents are more fitting for some child units then others based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc. I'm not looking for who would make the kid stronger. Just a parent who would make sense for the Child Units.

Each Morgan has a slightly different personality. Here we will go through 3 categories. Male, Female, and what both have regardless of their gender.

Female Morgan

1.) Female Morgan's Class in Future Past 2 is a Wyvern Lord While it could be from Male Robin due to his large class sets, it also could be from either Sully, Cherche, Panne, Nowi, Say'ri, Tiki, or Aversa. In Fire Emblem Heroes, Female Morgan is like a combination of the Tactician and Dark Flier (she even rides a Pegasus). So the Dark Flier part could be from Lissa, Sumia, Maribelle, Cordelia, Olivia, Say'ri, Emmeryn, or Aversa. But it could be from Male Robin.

2.) Female Morgan looks similar to Sumia. But then again…. (see: section 3 in the category Both Morgans)

3.) One of the things that makes her more different than Male Morgan is that, while they are both cheerful, Female Morgan has more…. energy compared to him (like if she's given an extra dose of sugar). Which would make both Lissa, Cynthia and Nowi more fitting to be her mother. (See section 1 in category Both Morgans. There's a slight difference between Energetic and Cheerful)

4.) Female Morgan is also a bit of a prankster, as shown in a Hot Spring Scramble talk with Cynthia, where they plan on pranking the people who want to go into the hot springs. Which might be inherited from Lissa or Maribelle (Maribelle told Brady that her husband does a daily tea ritual is just a prank. See Brady's support with any of his fathers). But then again it could be from Male Robin since he did play a bit of a prank on Maribelle by teaching her "The slang of the unwashed lowborn common folk".

5.) Tiki, hints that Robin is a similar person to the hero king Marth, who married the pegasus rider Caeda who is often liked with Sumia as the recurrent love interest of the lord. With Male Robin being similar to Marth in personality, instead of Marth direct descendent Chrom (who Tiki hints is similar to his ancestral Sigurd, who married Deirdre, despite not knowing one another long after a chance encounter. Which could make Chrom and Olivia's marriage a reference to the pairing.), Male Robin and Sumia's marriage could be a reference to the pairing.

(?) Female Morgan is shown to be insensitive. Maribelle also came across as well. See Maribelle's C Support with Male Robin.

(?) We know in Female Morgan's supports with Yarne, she acts rather roughly to him, in their S Rank it's because she wanted his attention. Lissa's S Support with Male Robin has her admit to him she's pranking him to get his attention.

(?) We know one of the things that make both Male Robin and Female Morgan similar to each other are their amnesia. But one can also say that it also makes Morgan similar to Emmeryn too.

Male Morgan

1.) Remember in Chrom's B Support when he walks in on Female Robin (Avatar) naked. Male Morgan walks in on a bathing Kjelle in their S Support, so he could've gotten it from him. However, In Female Robin's A support with Chrom she walks in on him naked. She also does it to Gaius and Say'ri.

2.) Male Morgan's Class in Future Past 1 is a Sorcerer While it could be from Female Robin due to her large class sets, It could also be from either Libra, Henry, or Gangrel.

3.) Male Morgan Looks similar to Henry. But then again… (see: section 3 in the category Both Morgans)

4.) Male Morgan likes bugs, revealed in all his supports with Noire and in his C-Support with Lucina if she's his sister. Lon'qu likes bugs, In Summer Scramble DLC, he reveals to Gaius that he liked to catch them as a kid and finds them fascinating. Lissa also catches him catching butterflies in one of their support conversations. So liking bugs could come from Lon'qu. Maybe Henry since Henry likes animals (plus he can talk to insects). However, Male Morgan has exceptions, cockroaches and giant fire-breathing scorpions

5.) While Male Morgan is still cheerful, he's a lot more mellow and nicer compared to Female Morgan (not that she's intentionally mean per say, just has poor social skills. She has her own nice moments. One of the examples of her Hot Spring Scramble talk with Severa where she listens to her woes and gives her advice.). His niceness stands out, which makes him similar to Stahl, Kellam, Libra, Henry (Henry does like helping people, he just has a completely misguided and rather unorthodox way in doing it.), Donnel, and Chrom but it could be something he inherited from Female Robin.

6.) Despite Male Morgan claiming that he does not remember Lucina in his recruitment conversation with Chrom or Robin, in his sibling support conversation with Lucina, Morgan has memories of her wielding the Falchion in the future. Which is a direct contradiction of his whole 'can only remember my mom' thing.

(?) In Fire Emblem Heroes, Male Morgan's artwork depicts him in the Tactician class wielding Grima's Truth. Tactician classes in Awakening can't use dark magic, Only Dark mages and Sorcerers can. While Male Morgan could've been taught by a father who has dark magic or has the option to change into a Dark mages and Sorcerers class, it could also be from Female Robin's Various classes.

Both Morgans

1.) Morgan is genuinely cheery, upbeat and smiles a lot. Like Henry, Gregor, Anna, Owain, Inigo, and Gangrel (see his support with Female Robin).

2.) Morgan can be ditzy. Could be from Donnel or Sumia. But Robin does have their moments of being Ditzy. For example, see Female Robin's B support with Lon'qu.

3.) Physically, they are both based on the body type 2 for Robin. You can say that Morgan looks like the opposite gender version of Robin when they were younger (if you see Robin's body type 2 as what body type 1 Robin would look like if they were younger).

4.) Both Morgan's greatest dream is to become a master tactician like Robin. Robin mentioned in their support that Morgan will surpass them. Its VERY obvious they got that from their parent but you could say they also got it from Laurent (In the future, Laurent was the tactician of the future kids), Severa (In her supports with Male Robin and in her B Support with Yarne, she's a decent strategist), or Virion (He plays chess which is considered a strategy game and He beats Robin at a strategy game in their supports). Maybe Miriel too, I mean while we don't see her engage in battle tactics, she's always analyzing something or other which is a trait necessary for a Tactician. Maybe Ricken since I'm pretty sure being studious is another necessary trait for a Tactician (and we know Morgan studies a lot in order to be a good tactician.).

(?) Those who saw that I didn't mention the second generation as a possible parent for both Morgans based on Classes is because it gets complicated due to the fact that A.) Robin has a huge class sets and B.) It depends on who fathered (or in Lucina's case mothered) the specific second generation so that they can pass down a class to Morgan.

(?) I don't think anyone in the Second Generation is most likely to be Both Morgan's parent because they exist in Future Past, so would the Robin there have Morgan (who is a little younger then the kids) with one of the Second Generation?

Who do you think is the child's units mostly likely, maybe, and least likely parents based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc?

I'm not sure if I got everything. There's always a chance I'm missing something but I'm willing to listen to any input and reasons why you think whatever Mother or Father is suitable for each Morgans.

This is the last one, now I'm finished with "Fire Emblem Awakening: Who's the Most Likely, Least Likely, or Maybe Fathers or Mothers For Each Child Units based on Classes, Looks, Supports, and/or Mannerisms?".

The last ones means which character ending (single or paired) has the character accomplish their goals. Because in some paired endings it seem like it's happy for one of the two characters instead of both of them. I've give you two examples: 1.) Most of Bernadetta's endings end up with her still being reclusive while a very few have her heal from that. 2.) Ingrid is a complicated case, her dream is to be a Knight but at the same time the County of Galatea's (the domain of her family) suffers from poor conditions for agriculture so Ingrid might have to marry in order to aid her land. It seems like she has to choose one over the other.

Favorite Male Character

Easy! That's Henry, my most beloved favorite guy, my first video game wife, my silly rabbit, etc. I love that little dude! Obviously he has an absolutely S tier character design, which I shall include for the convenience of everyone who hasn't seen him before and so everyone can have a good chuckle at how absolutely predictable I am. I don't even have coherent Henry thoughts it's just like. Turning that guy around in my head like a doner kebab, y'know? But also I love that he's so cheerful, I love that he smiles even when it isn't genuine at all, I love his absolute detachment from social norms (and morality), I think it rules that he's always drenched in blood and hanging out with the dead... I just think he has a wonderful innocence that's greatly enhanced by that dash of darkness. The crow puns are also 11/10!!! And of course. A man wearing a skirt with a cape covered in eyes. AND it's all purple and gold. And also has those big loose sleeves- look, it's like he was made specifically for me!! And then the little hand thing at the end of the sleeves... Godddd he's perfect. I'm sorry Ash like I said this is INCOHERENT

Favorite Female Character

I made the mistake of cracking open the artbook to help me choose when writing this up and immediately had a list of like a dozen ladies who I think are all the best. This game is hell for that. Henry is so easy but the female characters... jeez. I think I'm going to commit to Maribelle! For one thing Maribelle canon sapphic IntSys can fight me. I know the truth. But also, I like that Maribelle is very assertive despite being a person who isn't a fighter, and her commitment to justice is admirable. She's got a strong spirit and always stands up for what she believes in. I'm very fond of her! She and Lissa should have been able to marry. Why can't they get married, IntSys? Why is that, why are you keeping her down

Honorable mentions: Cynthia (chuuni!!!), Tiki (ancient dragon lady who has outlived all her friends gives me many thoughts. also hot), Say'ri (another great story character), Cherche (pretty lady with big axe and dragon makes brain go brrr), Flavia (another cool fighter lady. wow), Anna (the goddess of random numbers), and of course Lissa (Lissa)

Least Favorite Character

Tharja. It's Tharja. This is easy. My least favorite is Tharja. She does have some funny supports, but I just thinks she's overall uncomfortable to be around and I dislike her overtly sexual design, which kind of presaged a lot of things in Fates I dislike. I find her a very uncompelling yandere and everything with Noire is also uncomfortable. I think it's a damn shame that she was one of the most popular female characters in the game and thus she got carried through so much other stuff.

Honorable mention: Cordelia. I don't find her pining for Chrom forever thing or her being literally perfect thing interesting. Also a vaguely uncomfortable character in some ways, but not at all as bad and Severa rules so hey. Makes up for it.

Favorite Ship

Well, when I was in high school I was a serious Henricken guy! I don't really know why, honestly. I think it was just a "these are my two favorite characters, I want to see them together." As a mature adult, allow me to say: Libra and Lon'qu is the pinnacle. I mean. All Libra ships are 11/10, that's Libra's nature, but I feel like that's something that I've seen so much compelling stuff about for years.

On the sapphic side of things, Say'ri and Tiki are obviously just married and I love that for them. The devoted warrior and the immortal dragon she protects... it's amazing. I also really love Severa and Lucina! Severa is just a fantastic character in general, and I love the initial tension between Lucina as the principled warrior and Severa, who's committed to spurning her duties (but is devoted deep down). I feel like these are like, two of the most typical possible picks. But like. They're amazing, you know?

And if you asked me to pick an m/f, since I am seeing that I've not done that, Cynthia and Morgan. It's cute :)

There are so many characters with good chemistry, I know that I cheated badly here ^^;; But like. It's all so good!!!

Favorite Friendship

The Justice Cabal!!! Which is to say, everything between Owain, Morgan, and Cynthia. I love that they're all just little weirdos and I love the idea of them hanging out being little weirdos together. Morgan isn't a chuuni but they're chuuni adjacent... the weirdgirl energy in a room containing all three of them must be off the charts. I love it.

I'm also a huge fan of platonic Chrom and female Robin. QPR Chrobin is the way... And I think there's also something really beautiful about Chrom doing so much for a woman he loved and valued as a friend, and that being as powerful as if she was a romantic paramour.

Favorite Quote

Uh besides everything that comes out of Owain's mouth? Or Henry's... Well, I'd say that because I'm incredibly cheesy, it's that "Welcome back." at the very end.

Worst Character Death (if any)

It's been a looooong time since I last played Awakening so obviously I'm going to give you the most absolutely basic answer ever: Emmeryn's death. I just think it's a really good dramatic moment, and it's a place where that false choice works. It's good characterization for Robin and it's also so fitting that it doesn't do anything at all. Emmeryn's sacrifice is only in her own hands. It's painful to watch. I like the way it echoes through the rest of the pre-time skip stuff, and it's such a heart breaking touch to see sage Lissa's clothing.

Of course, it's also the worst death because the paralogue that brings her back cheapens the hell out of it for no real narrative reason and there really isn't anything the story has to do with her, unlike the enemies that can be rescued or Robin. If any one character should have stayed dead, it should have been Emmeryn.

This made me so happy you have no idea Moment

Okay time to come out and say I'm one of the five people who actually loves the end of Awakening. I KNOW people say it makes the sacrifice feel cheap. And it does, objectively. But ALSO. Do you know how happy it made me at fifteen?! You have no idea. I actually cried seeing that mirrored scene at the ending. I'm a sucker for when it all comes around. And like... the hope of that ending is also really great. It may have been a graver and more real game if those consequences really had been what they seemed, but I do love the miracle of breaking the cycle.

Saddest Moment

I've already touched on Emmeryn's sacrifice and Robin's sacrifice... hmm. I'd say that it's learning about the choice between sealing Grima temporarily and destroying him forever. When the hero learns they need to die for the greater good, that's something that always sends a pang through my heart. And the buildup to either saving themself (what Chrom wants and is so willing to support!) or becoming a martyr is, well, really good. I'm remembering it through the eyes of someone who found it very fresh, I suppose. Along with that is Lucina's assassination attempt. I mean, that's just tragic. She's right to want to kill you, but she'll never be able to do it.

Favorite Location

Either the Mila Tree or Mount Prism- I love verdant places filled with light and water. Both maps feel so soothing. They also feel so far apart from the ordinary world... it's humbling, in a way. Wonderful.

Question: do you think Robin is ageless ? I mean, in Time Travel Lucina’s timeline it seems that events were slower and that the Shepherds of that timeline had their kids when they were aound 30, unlike in the playable timeline where Chrom has Lucina when he is around 21. Yet the Robin from TT!Lucina is physically the same age as Robin from playable timeline. Chrom event wondered if they were not twins but Robin looks like they can’t be older than 19 -20 (except if you choose model 3... for men that is). Plus, maybe it’s far-fetched but Noire’s support with F! Robin, Noire question if Robin is really as young as she claims to be and Robin says that she could be an old crone without suspecting it. Yet in her support with Severa, Severa claims that Robin and her are about the same age. And there’s also the fact that Robin is the only unit able to romance 2nd gen, although nothing will convince me that this option is not 100% for self indulgence, but regardless, Robin is still able to interact with units whose support are rather limited. However, Robin still has the blood of Grima and we know that someone having this blood can’t age or will age slower, thanks to Anankos sharing dragon blood with the Time Travel Trio... so is Robin ageless when they are possesed by Grima ? Do Grima’s blood makes them age slower ?

Edit: Now that I think about it, Corrin seems to be younger than I used to thought. I mean, when you S support Hayato to other female unit, usually just like for Ricken, they say they’ll wait, but Hayato’s age was never brought up in his support with Corrin as far as i’ll recall and F!Corrin’s japanese voices are all... well... loli voices... unless Corrin can’t age either.

Concept: Anakos decided to say “screw it” and just drags all 13 Awakening Kids into Fates, but Lilith’s attack splits them up. Some of them got stuck in Nohr and become Conquest units, some make it to Hoshido and become Birthright units, and some just get outright lost and are designated as Neutral characters that can be recruited.

For the sake of “gameplay balance” we’d have to send more of them to Nohr than we do Hoshido to avoid giving the latter more units than Nohr. Could give an extra feeling of isolation to the Hoshido goers… or something, Idk.

Anyway, here’s my take.

Nohr: Inigo, Severa, and Owain obviously. But then also Gerome, Yarne, Kjelle, and Noire

Hoshido: Nah, Laurent, Brady, Cynthia

Neutral: And then Lucina and Morgan are the ones who just wander around.

I’d like to see your thoughts here.

A world where all the Awakening kids show up instead of just three would be neat! It would definitely cut down on the feelings of isolation that Selena, Odin, and Laslow have about being alone in Nohr (and perhaps their "we need to return to our homeland once this war is over" ending that they get in their S Supports), though I'm sure they'd miss their parents still as well. But also, getting separated again would probably bring up "oh, no, not this again/this feels very familiar" feelings since the last time they were separated across continents, they had just time traveled, lol.

I don't really have comments on where the kids end up! I feel like you pretty much nailed it in that Gerome, Yarne, Kjelle, and Noire would probably fit into Nohr better than Hosido (and same for Nah, Laurent, Brady, and Cynthia being in Hoshido instead of Nohr. Although Cynthia meeting Arthur would be extremely funny and cause the castle to collapse on itself, I'm sure). Lucina and Morgan sticking together, not picking sides, and being preoccupied with the "real" threat of Anankos (although perhaps also being vigilantes who save citizens on either side of the Hoshido/Nohr war in the meanwhile) feels good too!

As much as I think that the Deeprealms are a stupid excuse, I must say that Fates did stuff better than Awakening. The Deeprealms justify requiring th e S support since it's the actual kids of the units and not their alterntaive version unlike in Awakening as the whole time travel thingie made it uncessary from a scenario pov to S support 2 units together (unless it's Robin). The Time dimension thing actually allows you to understand how you can have units going through a whole 9 month of pregg between 2 battles that should not allow that in story wise as well as playing the DLC maps and the bonus maps and the training maps in Birthright and Revelations at least unlike Awakening that made me wonder if time even existed because of the whole "oh no! we have to save Emmeryn ! BUT... before that let's save some villagers :) ". And finally the game at least acknowledges that the kids are here just for fanservice and game balance. Awakening hides behind the plot, but really the only one that mattered was Lucina. Their own game treats the others Og kids units like bonus characters, they have 0 relevance to the plot and their paralogue are so over the place that you wonder how does it makes sense for Inigo, Owain, Brady and Cyntia to be in another continent while Noire, Nah and Laurent are close to the Ylissean region. Makes think that Grima never knew they existed or completely forgot about it. And just imagine if Robin married them.

Just finished Fire Emblem Awakening and wanted to do a master post!

S-SUPPORTED PAIRS

Chrom & Sully - They're beards and married for political reasons only.

M!Robin & Sumia - This was an accident 😅

Lissa & Henry - I tried to keep the children paired w/ each other and Henry had the cutest supports w/ her between him, Ricken, and Donnel.

Frederick & Miriel - Look, I don't know. I just really liked them together.

Virion & Panne - I honestly really liked these two. The bond they forged over their loss and Virion's respect for hers being a greater loss, the bit about the moon at the end... I just really liked them.

Vaike & Cherche - Minerva approved so 🤷

Stahl & Tharja - I'm sorry, Stahl. I really needed Noire though.

Ricken & Nowi - Children will not be marrying adults as long as I'm around.

Maribelle & Donnel - Opposites attract, what can I say? And its cute that Brady talks like Donnel.

Cordelia & Gregor - I was running out of men to S- Support.

Libra & Olivia - I was running out of men to S-Support

Lucina & Gerome - They were the first kids I married and I kinda wish I hadn't tbh.

Favorite Characters

Virion - At first he seem like just a prick and he is, but he also loves his people enough to lose everything for them.

Sully - Tomboy but in a "Girls protect girls" way

Sumia - Clumsy baby that loves animals

Panne - Fierce warrior women who is hard to get to know yet loyal as fuck

Cordelia - I really resonate w/ the whole genius thing she has going on and how she feels she can never live up to the image others have of her.

Gregor - Comedy

Libra - I have a ton of religious trauma and Libra exemplifies religious trauma but in the opposite direction of my own if that makes sense.

Olivia - Shy, sweet, and easy to love

Henry - Desensitized to literally everything and 15 seconds away from mass murder

Donnel - Maybe it's because I'm from the country but I love the "I got out of my town and made something of myself" trope.

Owain - Comedy

Noire -...I don't have a reason I just love her.

Overall, pretty good! I'm doing Brithright now :)

How I first got into it: My sibling got Fire Emblem Awakening and I played it!

Everything I ship: Lucina with any of the second-gen female characters from Awakening :') Also Lucina and Sakura seem cute... Lucina and Tiki... wlw Lucina moments basically. And Henry and Olivia are cute *gives them a reward for being a fictional m/f pairing I care about* And I ship Cherche, Olivia, and Felicia with me, i.e. F!Robin or F!Corrin haha

My favourite platonic relationship(s): It's been a while but from what I recall-- - Henry and Ricken (Henry cares him!) - CYNTHIA AND OWAIN (they're both so enthusiastic together it's funnn) - Lon'qu and Nowi (I like how Lon'qu humors her) - Severa and Noire (Severa cares her....)

Top 3 Characters: Lucina, Henry, and Panne!! They are all cool and funny in their own ways

One of my favourite scenes: Arena showdown between Chrom and disguised!Lucina!

Favourite Fandom meme/inside joke: Hmmmm Lucina taking things too literally maybe? :3

Who's the Most Likely, Least Likely, or Maybe Fathers for Inigo based on Classes, looks, supports, and/or mannerisms?

(Sorry for taking too long everybody I've been very busy with life for a few months. But then I thought why not finish this to get it over with. Still Busy after this.)

Here's what I've gathered about Inigo

1.) Inigo's Class is a Mercenary which he could've gotten from Gregor or Donnel.

2.) Inigo being a flirt makes him similar to Virion and maybe Gaius. But it's revealed that in the past Olivia told him to speak to girls if he wanted to become less shy, which is how he became a flirt. Although Virion is shown to be quite shy in his S Support with Sully.

3.) As stated above, he was shy in the past, which is something from Olivia. But depending on the perspective that shyness could also maybe come from Chrom (who has the fewest marriage options in the game due to being socially awkward), Lon'qu (who is more afraid of women then shy, but this could have ironic layers like if Olivia had Lon'qu!Inigo talk girls in order not only have him get over his shyness but also prevent him possibly being afraid of women like his father, which worked), or Virion (like I said above he's shown to be quite shy in his S Support with Sully.)

4.) Inigo is shown to look like Chrom but in Henry's ending with Olivia it's mentioned that Inigo inherited Henry's smile

5.) Each version of his name (English: Inigo, Japanese: Azur) and aliases (English: Laslow, Japanese: Lazward) seems to have a meaning of blue or names are similar to a variation of blues (Inigo-Indigo, Azur-Azure, Laslow-Lazuli, Lazward-lazurite) (Lazward is also a Persian word for blue). While it could be a reference for his blue armor, it could be a reference for blue hair he inherited from his father if it's either Chrom, Virion, or Robin (if you give him blue hair). Although Indigo is considered a purplish blue color, so Donnel could be an option since Donnel has purple hair. Plus Inigo's name could be a reference to his outfit (Which is blue).

6.) Speaking of names, Indigo isn't the only one with a color-based name. Chrom is based on Chroma, meaning color. Lucina is based on the word Luminescent, a measurement of the color spectrum.

7.) Inigo could fit the family theme of Chrom's family if he's his son. Blue hair (like Chrom and Lucina), and blue clothes (like Chrom and Lucina). Plus Inigo, Lucina, and Owain have birthdays relating to Marth. Inigo is born August 7th, the day Fire Emblem 1 was remade.

8.) Inigo can be similar to both Virion and Vaike with their… boasting.

9.) If Chrom marries Olivia, Inigo is the only one of Chrom's non-Lucina children to inherit the Mark of Naga

10.) Lucina's support with her sibling also fit the most with Inigo, due to the sibling personality traits (Insecurity, self doubt, fear of bugs, swordsmanship, comparing themselves to Chrom and Lucina). In case you're confused about the fear of bugs thing, Spring Inigo (or Festival Flower Inigo) makes a reference to that in Fire Emblem Heroes

11.) As stated above, Inigo has a fear of bugs, but Lon'qu likes bugs. In Summer Scramble DLC, he reveals to Gaius that he liked to catch them as a kid and finds them fascinating. Lissa also catches him catching butterflies in one of their support conversations.

12.) Although it was thanks to Olivis's advice that Inigo became a flirt, Inigo is like Virion in other ways. Both are unsuccessful womanizers with a flowery manner who do have a noble heart, but both of them are aware and willing to look foolish to others for surprisingly big-hearted reasons despite their own inner turmoil - Inigo being a ridiculously cheerful flirt to distract himself and keep up others' spirits, while Virion lets others think of his abandonment of his people as cowardice, despite doing so to prevent their own loyalty to him costing their lives. It gives layers to Virion and Inigo's B-support.

13.) Inigo tends to mask his troubles behind cheerful, optimistic demeanor. He could've gotten that from Henry. Henry, in the "Future Past" DLC, notes that they both tend to bottle up their pain behind their smiles.

14.) In almost all of Inigo's support with his father. They always compare him to Lucina. It would make sense if it was Chrom who says that if he's Inigo's father.

(?) If Henry is Inigo's father, he's the only one out of all of Inigo's possible fathers who makes no mention of Lucina in their father-son support.

(?) In "The Future's Past, Part 2", if Male Robin is his father, it ends up making him be the strategist of the group make him look like he's taking after his father.

(?) If Olivia marries Henry, and If Inigo/Laslow marries Peri. Well… I guess both dancing and shyness aren't the only thing Inigo has inherited from Olivia. Both of them clearly have a type, since both Henry and Peri are similar.

(?) In Inigo's Harvest Scramble conversation with Owain, Inigo mentions that he killed so many living people that the act barely phases him anymore. Plus in the Awakening DLC Death's Embrace, he mentions hardly feeling anything while fighting real people anymore. He also has an easier time coping with death and horror in general. It could be a inherited from Henry thing or a development thing considering the circumstances.

(?) In Fates, Owain's (or Odin's) secondary class line is Samurai which is closest this game has to Myrmidons. Severa's (or Selena's) secondary class line is Sky Knight because she could reclass to Pegasus Knight in Awakening and because she's gotten over the issues she had with Cordelia, so now she can honor her mother. Where am I going with this? Well Inigo's (or Laslow's) secondary class line is the Ninja, which could be promoted to Master Ninja, the closest thing in Fates to the Assassin class. Because as stated above he has killed so many living people it doesn't phase him anymore. But you can also say he inherited the option to the the closest thing to be an Assassin (Master Ninja) in Fates from a father who has an option to be an Assassin, like Gaius, Lon'qu, Avatar (Robin), Stahl, Vaike, Kellam, Gregor, or Henry

Who do you think is the child's units mostly likely, maybe, and least likely parents based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc?

I'm not sure if I got everything. There's always a chance I'm missing something but I'm willing to listen to any input and reasons why you think whatever Father is suitable for Inigo.

Sylvain accomplished a goal but Ingrid's goal is to be a Knight but her and Sylvain's ending makes no mention of it happening.
