The decision to merge a scene from Wim Wenders' film Wings of Desire with Ryuichi Sakamoto's musical piece "Solitude" arises from the desire to create an audiovisual experience that delves into the exploration of solitude and introspection, fundamental themes in both works.

In Wings of Desire, Wenders presents the angels Damiel and Cassiel observing life in Berlin, unable to interact directly with humans.This angelic perspective is depicted in black and white, while the human vision is shown in color, emphasizing the separation between the eternal and the temporal, the spiritual and the physical.

For his part, Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Solitude" is a minimalist composition that employs left-hand arpeggios, from which an impressive sorrowful theme repeatedly emerges.The simplicity of the composition allows each note to resonate with emotional depth, creating a sonic space that invites meditation.
