Say hello to my freshly redesigned oc Rypley! They're a non binary jackalope and a redesign of one of my personal favorite OCs. I updated it because when I came out I felt disconnected.

Alexandra's appearance is left to the imagination, but I have fantasized about her being "Rhea Rypley".

In my head it makes sense.

She's the shield between her brothers and Neil, so she couldn't afford to be weak, to be fragile and "easy" to handle when it comes to a fight.

Some people picked on her for being taller and bulkier than the average woman, so she decided to put that to her advantage.

So when Neil is not around, she took every damn moment to get in shape, which brought her cons, as Neil didn't like her at all, saying that if she was a Lesbian, because she was looking like a man, and several outbursts of "discipline" to see if she could behave properly, but each outburst was helpful for Alexandra, as she knew how to counter, stop and even how hard to hit back.

Neil has several points against him, and he knows it, he knows he can't touch his other children or Susan, without going through Alexandra's insuma, of the "abnormal" which infuriates him.

IGUAL LO HACEN EN LOS VUELOS EN LAN PERÚ, SIEMPRE PIDIENDO DONACIONES, PORQUE ELLOS CON TU DINERO DEDUCEN IMPUESTOS... LA DONACIÓN LA HACEN A SU NOMBRE... AHORA LOS CHILENOS... NO PAGARAN IMPUESTOS PORQUE LOS PERUANOS LES DONAN SU SENCILLO...

Te dicen: Puede donar su sencillo?... Si dices NO!!!, te miran como si fueras un miserable y yo te digo que has HECHO MUY BIEN!!!

PUES MIRA, TE EXPLICO:

Ayer en un centro comercial, me redondearon mi cuenta, algo un tanto insignificante y una práctica muy común en todos y cada uno de los centros comerciales del país.

El ticket de compra aparecía 'redondeo 8 centavos'; mas lo que despertó 'mi instinto de sapo' fue que, en la pantalla de la cajera aparecía el siguiente concepto: 'Donación Cáritas'. Al ver lo anterior escrito, le pregunté a la cajera que si ellos lo manejaban como una donación, a lo cual me respondió que sí, pues bueno ahora, sé y entiendo que todas y cada una de la donaciones son DEDUCIBLES DE IMPUESTOS para cada contribuyente siempre y cuando se expida el dicho comprobante fiscal. Basado en lo anterior y en mi espíritu de buen contribuyente, le pedí a la cajera que me diera mi comprobante de donación, claramente la respuesta fue una negativa ya que ellos solo lo manejan como redondeo. Pedí hablar con el gerente ya que evidentemente bajo mi razonamiento había una evasión fiscal escondida tras un redondeo, llego el gerente y le dije que si podía expedirme un recibo de donación a cargo de Cáritas por todas mis compras realizadas en dicha tienda ya que, ese era el concepto y quería deducirlas (evidentemente le dije que traía conmigo mis tickets de compra, falso pero bueno, esa era la onda ) el gerente me negó mi comprobante (que ojo! es mi derecho), y trató de explicarme que bueno, ellos solamente son captadores del efectivo, es decir juntan la suma de capital del redondeo y lo entregan a Cáritas A. C. Terminé pidiéndole que me regresara mis 8 centavitos porque no iba a participar en una defraudación fiscal y luego de un engorroso trámite administrativo, accedió.

La forma en que se deducen una gran cantidad de dinero evadiendo al Fisco Peruano, ya que esta donación es deducible al IMPUESTO A LA RENTA, ese impuesto q grava las utilidades de todos los peruanos y q estima q de todo lo ganado en un año de mucho trabajo, el 30% le pertenece al fisco , al estado, por lo tanto deberían pagar el impuesto íntegramente, dado que la donación pertenece a los CLIENTES, mas no de RIPLEY, SAGA, TOTTUS, SAN JORGE, WONG, METRO etc. En otras palabras si ellos NO DONAN nada... entonces porque es deducible a sus impuestos por pagar al FISCO PERUANO???

Un ejemplo es el siguiente: Si calculamos que en un día de quincena, por una caja pasan 30 clientes por hora, y si lo multiplicamos por 25 cajas, por 15 horas con un supuesto de S/.0.05 centavos de redondeo por cada compra, nos da un total de 562.50 soles... por tienda. ¡¡Es un robo hormiga!!, calcula ahora mensualmente POR 30 DÍAS , o mejor aún por 365 días del año nos da un total de la nada despreciable cantidad de S/. 205,312.50 POR TIENDA!!!

Y SE SIGUEN SUMANDO CUANTAS TIENDAS HAY EN TODO EL PERÚ DE METRO, WONG, RYPLEY, TELEFÓNICA, SAGA ETC.

TODAS CHILENAS... CUANTOS MILLONES DE SOLES DE LOS PERUANOS LES REGALAMOS PARA SUS PROPIOS INTERESES.

BASTA YA!!!!!

L’amico Americano di WIm Wenders (1977) - post 1

...“un Wenders ormai maturo, che ancora una volta, come nel precedente Nel corso del tempo, fa un discorso sul cinema. Se in quello aveva usato la metafora del road movie, qui utilizza quella del genere classico statunitense del gangster movie: Tom Ripley è il cinema americano, intraprendente nella sua consapevolezza di attrazione e potenza, Jonathan è il passivo spettatore europeo che, nella sua normalità, ne subisce il fascino ed è risucchiato nella sua dimensione fantastica. Non a caso Wenders per gli interpreti mette in campo tutta un'iconografia. Da un lato il "normale" Bruno Ganz (Jonathan), dall'altra Dennis Hopper (Rypley) uscito malconcio da "Easy Rider" e i registi Nicholas Ray (il pittore Derwatt), Sam Fuller, Peter Lilienthal, Jean Eustache (i gangsters mafiosi).

Anche noi siamo spettatori e per due ore restiamo immersi nell'universo figurativo di Wenders, che stavolta lascia il bianco e nero per una scena dominata da un livido blu lacerato da colori caldi, come il maggiolino rosso di Jonathan sulla spiaggia sotto il grigio cielo nuvoloso, con Ripley allucinato che canticchia l'infantile filastrocca ... ce l'abbiamo fatta, ce l'abbiamo fatta” ....

Brian Williams Uses Leonard Cohen Lyric To Describe 'Beautiful' Strike On Syria

MSNBC’s Brian Williams faced an immediate backlash late Thursday for repeatedly describing the U.S. military strike on Syria as “beautiful.”

The journalist appeared unable to contain his wonder as he spoke over footage of U.S. Navy destroyers launching Tomahawk missiles toward a Syrian military airfield. He even misused a Leonard Cohen lyric to set the scene.

“We see these beautiful pictures at night from the decks of these two U.S. Navy vessels in the eastern Mediterranean,” Williams said.

He then lifted a line from late singer-songwriter Cohen’s 1988 hit “First We Take Manhattan,” saying, “I am guided by the beauty of our weapons.”

Williams went on to describe the images as “beautiful pictures of fearsome armaments making what is for them a brief flight over to this airfield.”

Internet users tore into Williams over his “surreal” commentary of the strikes, which were carried out following a chemical weapon attack allegedly ordered by the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

Twitter users brought up Williams’ exaggeration of his accounts of his Iraq War reporting, accused him of trying to glorify war and suggested he’d completely misinterpreted the lyric.
