This is what I made Jim for Christmas! Two keychains, hand engraved and inked with glow in the dark powder added, and no glitter since he's too butch for that. 😂 As you may or may not be aware, Oobleck's emblem was discovered in Amity Arena by data miners (thanks @spuxee for the heads up!), so it was only a matter of time before I got around to physically engraving it on something. (And yes, I did make one for myself, and I'm going to hang it next to the Weiss one I made because they are PERFECTLY MATCHED and you CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND) Since Jim allows me to dress him up as my RWBY husbando, I thought it was only appropriate to make him an Oobleck keychain. I also made him a Neo one because she's his RWBY waifu and he'd honestly probably prefer hers anyway. These glow really nicely thanks to @solarcolordust's invisible glow powder! So, I'm super late for #asexualawarenessweek, but I've been working a lot lately and haven't had time to deal with posting. Still, I wanted to share this with you. This is a gift I made for a friend of mine (not tagging them as I'm not in the business of outing people) who cosplays Ruby and is ace. I've already shown them, so there's no harm in posting it. ;) I've headcanoned Ruby as ace basically since I started watching RWBY, and I've been wanting to make something like this for a while. This keychain was surprisingly not as painful to make as I thought it would be. It's made just like my other pride flag keychains, with the symbol left reflective and everything else engraved and inked, but Ruby's emblem is a teeny bit more complicated than most pride symbols tend to be.
