As he woke up from the dream, Jaune could feel he was on something soft.... And had a terrible headache.

"Oi, you're awake?" A voice, clearly feminine, said to him.

"*groan* My head..." As he opened his eyes, the face greeting him seemed familiar. "Wait... Aren't you-"

"The girl you puked over yesterday?" Said Yang

"... I was going to say Ruby's sister. *Sigh* So i guess that means we are partners?" Jaune said.

"Yep. Though uh... Are you alright? I saw you hit your head pretty hard on a branch. And you didn't seem to use your aura... Or your aura is so weak it broke at the impact." She point her forehead "You got a nasty bruise there."

"*slowly sitting up* That explains why my head is killing me... Hey, i'm sorry for taking the place as your partner. I bet you wanted to be with Ruby." He rubbed his head, the pain slowly getting away.

She shrugged "Eh, she needs to get some independence, you know? I can't always be there." she smiled "I'm sure she's doing fine!"

Meanwhile

Ruby, looking at Cardin "Soooo... Uh... We are partners?"

Cardin, looking down at Ruby "... *Sigh* Why did i get the kid? Fine, follow me and do as i say. Don't want to get ourselves killed."

" I'm not a kid! I drink milk!" She said, looking upset

"... *Sigh*"

Back to Yang and Jaune

"Yeah" She nods to herself "perfectly fine."

Jaune blinked his eyes "Wha-" he looked around "Where is everyone?"

"*chuckle* this place exists between dream and reality, mind and matter." Igor looked at Jaune smiling "It is a room only those who are bound by a "contract" may enter"

Jaune was lost, the man wasn't answering his question at all. "That's nice and all but... Is this initiation? Wasn't there something about getting relics? And... Wait, wasn't i plummeting to my death?"

" Ah, but your physical body was uninjured. Think of this as a dream, for now. Now then... Why don't you introduce yourself?

"My name is Jaune Arc..." Jaune, relaxing a bit knowing he was fine, could now see the details of the room. It looked... Weirdly familiar.

"Hm, i see." Igor placed his left hand on the table "Now, let's take a look into your future, shall we?" A light came forth, and 6 cards were now placed on the table "Do you believe in fortune telling? Each reading is done with the same cards, yet the result is always different. *Chuckle* Life itself follows the same principles, doesn't it?"

"I'm not sure." Jaune said "Some people believe in destiny while others don't, right?"

Jaune, releasing a breath he didn't know he held "And what about the rest? Will i become successful? Will i be able to help people?"

"*chuckle* We can't see so far in the future." The cards disappeared into thin myst "But you will soon be back. You already signed the contract and your destiny is only at its beginning..."

"*sigh* And when will you take the time to present me?" A voice, from a girl, was heard.

Jaune, looking at the source of the voice, saw a girl around his age wearing a blue attendant uniform, a pair of glasses and what seemed to be a mountain of books in her arms "Oh uh, need help?"

"Hm? Oh no, they almost weigh nothing! On the other end..." She looked at Igor, seemingly a bit frustrated he forgot to her.

"Ah, yes, i seem to have neglected to mention my assistant. This is Viviane. She is a resident of this place, like myself."

"Yep! And i'm here to help you out when you need!" She said, looking a lot more joyful now that she was properly presented.

Igor nods, then turns back to Jaune. "Now, you may encounter some... Unsavory creature when you wake up."

"You mean the grimms?" Jaune asked

Sojiro: (Walking on the Sidewalk Woth Sae and Omega) So......(Smirks at Sae in Particular) You and Dr. Takemi, huh?~

Sae: (Quickly Looks Away While Blushing) It's not what you think, Sojiro. Ta- Takemi-san and I are only professional associates, nothing more other than that.

Yusuke: Which happens to be the Ozpin who was once known as the deceased warrior, Ozma.

Sae: (Eyes Widened in Genuine Surprise) Oh god. That's horrible.

Sojiro: Yeah. Poor kid been through a lot.

Morgana: But even with all of that happened to him, he STILL went out of hid way to keep fighting, helping out the best he can no matter how hard it gets for him down the road.

Lavenza: His relentless drive and determination alone has managed to move everyone of us into adoring him more than we originally thought we would.

Omega: (Grabs his Chin While Thinking) Tragic, cruel upbringing and the endurance of an elite robot....I can see why your admiration levels for him are increasing.

Futuba: Right? RIGHT!?

Yusuke: (Simply Nodded in Agreement) That Farm Boi deserves every respect, recognition, and hugs that comes his way.
