🍬 Positivity for a Ruruka Andou who has trouble managing intense emotions!

Hey, Ruruka.

Your feelings are one hundred percent natural and valid. Life can bring many struggles, and sometimes it gets too much to cope- which is where your emotions can start to turn against you. Intense emotions can feel controlling at times, but I promise you that they will not control you. In the end, your emotions, however strong they may be, are still a part of you and you should not feel shameful because of them.

Sometimes, help for managing emotions can be simple- try looking up some meditation exercises, or calming videos to help balance things out. But I know that doesn’t always work, so if you’re in a place where you can’t stop the emotions... find a safe space, and work them out of your system. You may feel horrible at the time, but finding a safe way to vent your emotions (through art, writing, or simply crying into a pillow) can really make you feel better in the long run. It’s good to have an outlet for these sorts of things.

And as for your self-worth issues... trust me, Ruruka, you do matter. Your presence on the earth has made it a thousand times better just by you being on it. Every selfless act you’ve done, every kind word you’ve said, has brightened up the world significantly. Your very existence is a beacon of light and I can personally say that you mean a lot to me. Even as a stranger over the internet, and possibly countries away, I can already see how much you’re worth. You are amazing, Ruruka. Never forget that.

uhh sorry idk what to tag this as but in the canon where i had an alter named kei, we argued over him being killer killer and that i didn't want him to hurt shuuji. he,, claimed he only became killer killer because he wanted to protect me from people like mukuro. hell, when i came to, to see ruruka calling me killer killer and such, i was scared and confused especially since i was tied up. i think i tried to resolve things with kei and shuuji tho, but i blamed myself for everything lmao - takumi
