The night before the big wedding party, a few of the soldiers decide that Josh needs a bachelor party. They decide to include Jodie at the last minute, but they figure it won't hurt anything. If anything, he comes in handy showing them a clearing in the woods where they can have a fire and pass around the jug of mountain maiden's breath.
You're a kittyhawk, have been your whole life, so when you and a group of cousins stumble upon this party in the woods, you don't waste any time jumping in. Those handsome critters ain't getting away from you this time. To your surprise, they don't fight back at all, sneaking off into the trees with your cousins. Eventually, you're left with just the two grooms. You know Jodie, he's no stranger to you, but the other one looks at you nervously. You decide to speak to him first.
"Now who're you? I ain't never seen you before." He opens his mouth to speak but Jodie gets to it first.
"This here's cousin Josh. He's a city fella, but he's marryin' one 'a us, so he's alright."
"Sure is a pretty lookin' critter." You know he looks just like Jodie, but there's a cleanness in his features that's different.
"Thank you, ma'am. You're not half bad yourself." He finally speaks and you feel your cheeks blush. Jodie looks between the two of you and scowls.
"Hey now, cousin Josh, don't you be gettin' no ideas about this little girl. You're promised to marry Azalea. 'Sides, she's mine."
"And you aren't promised to marry Midge?" Jodie's cheeks turn a little pink at the mention of his future wife.
"Well, I figure one last run with a kittyhawk won't hurt nothin'." Josh's eyes narrow.
"Then it wouldn't hurt me either." You decide to speak up.
"Now, hold on a minute here, boys. Don't I get a say?" They tear their eyes off each other and look at you. Josh nods.
"Well of course, honey. Which one of us do you want?" Jodie smiles.
"Ya want me, dontcha? You 'member the last time I had ya screamin' mah name?" You smile at the memory, then you look back at Josh. He looks like he'd be alright. You're bouncing back and forth between the two when an idea occurs to you. Why should you have to pick?
"Both."
"What?!" They ask in unison.
"I want you both."
"At the same time?"
"Yep"
"Naw, honey, ya gotta pick one." You cross your arms and pout.
"Fine, then neither of ya." You turn to walk away and Josh grabs your upper arm.
"Now, wait a minute. How exactly would this work?" Jodie looks at him in surprise.
"Don't worry about it. I'll put you where you're supposed to be. You don't even have to talk to each other."
"I say we do it." Jodie speaks up. He's not about to pass up his last chance to have a kittyhawk.
"What the hell. When in Rome." Josh shrugs.
"This ain't Rome. This is Tennessee."
"Thanks, Jodie."
Somehow, about ten minutes later you find yourself on your knees with one man on either side of you as you go back and forth sucking and pumping their cocks. They're shockingly similar, but Jodie is just a smidge bigger. At the moment you've got him in your mouth and Josh in your hand. They've both forgotten that the other is there as their eyes roll back and they moan.
"I wanna fuck ya, honey... put a baby in ya." Jodie groans. You whimper and stand up, pulling off your sundress and dropping your panties to the forest floor. Josh eyes your body as you turn to face him. You put your hands on his shoulders as Jodie lines himself up with your entrance from behind. "You ready f'me?"
You nod and without thinking, Josh leans in and kisses you just as Jodie pushes into your slit. You moan into his mouth and he moves one hand down to play with your nipples and massage your breasts while he strokes his dick with the other. At the same time, Jodie has your hips in a bruising grip as he pounds you relentlessly.
"Want me ta make ya cum before I fill ya, honey?" He asks breathlessly. You rest your forehead on Josh's chest and whimper.
"Yes. Please." Jodie moves his hand around to flick your clit with his fingertips and you almost scream with the sensation of your whole body being touched and stimulated at once. You feel your orgasm gather in your stomach as you clench around Jodie's cock. Without warning, your climax slams into you and you shudder and pulse and moan loudly into Josh's chest as you cum on Jodie. Josh tips your face up to him and you look into his eyes, your eyelids heavy and drunk with the pleasure of your release. He kisses your lips and then you bend down again and take him in your mouth as Jodie keeps rutting into you. You use your mouth and your hand and bounce on Josh's cock. The two men are stuck facing each other for half a second before they look back down at you. Jodie holds his hand out and Josh slaps it before he has a chance to think about it. Then they both shift their attention back to you as you let Josh fuck your throat for a bit. His thrusts become more and more erratic as he holds your hair tightly and you know he's getting close. On the other end, Jodie is thrusting erratically too, holding your hips and grunting as he slides his cock in and out of you.
"Gonna give ya mah baby, honey. Ya want that? Ya want me ta fill ya?" You moan in response, but your mouth is stuffed with Josh's dick. Josh leans his head back and groans.
"Honey, I'm gonna cum." You whimper and your eyes water as both men tense and release at the same time. You swallow Josh as he twitches and pulses in your mouth and Jodie pumps weakly a couple more times as his cock throbs and fills you with warmth. A few seconds later, they both pull out and stumble backwards a little and you lose your balance, but catch yourself and stand up holding your hands out. Both guys recover enough to move to your side and help you stay standing. Jodie wraps his arms around your waist and kisses your forehead as Josh gathers your clothes and helps you put them back on.
Once you're put back together and they're both put away, you find yourself sitting between them, leaned up against a log. Josh has his arm around you and Jodie is holding your hand and you all three sit there in a kind of fucked out trance. Josh speaks dreamily.
"Think I'm ready to get married now."
"Yeah, me too." Jodie answers in a similar tone. You start to giggle and before you know it you can't control the cascade of laughter that pours from you. They both start to chuckle and in a few seconds the three of you are in stitches, positively hysterical with laughing. Finally, you squeeze out a single word.
“Congratulations.”

The Tortured Jiara Department #9
I gotta say, as I was preparing to post this song came out of nowhere. But it’s kinda perfect…
🎵Song
Fresh Out The Slammer
💿Track number
7
👫Whose vibes are we picking up on?
Kiara/Jiara season 3 vibes, with Kie being on lockdown in various ways (Singh, parents, Kittyhawk)
💕Lyric loves
“Now, pretty baby, I'm running back home to you / Fresh out the slammer, I know who my first call will be to”
“All those nights you kept me going / Swirled you into all of my poems / Now we're at the starting line, I did my time”
“And no matter what I've done, it wouldn't matter anyway / Ain't no way I'm gonna screw up now that I know what's at stake”
✍️Wellisntthatinteresting’s take
Color me surprised that a song with “slammer” in the title isn’t all about JJ. But here we are. The proverbial slammer can be interpreted in the traditional sense (how many times was Kie held against her will in S3 again?🤔). But almost as important, Kiara and JJ are prisoners of their own inner demons and thoughts, which is why the burn in S3 is so painfully slow as actions catch up with thoughts and feelings.
8/10 This one is another slow burner but with more listens, really becomes a solid track. The breathiness in the vocals evokes a sense of longing that I think works really well in the context of Jiara.

Not the Best Vacation Spot: mysterymanjoseph and lovelygraph
Joseph’s overseas branch offices had become a bit ‘problematic’. All sorts of unrest with both populations and governments, are causing him to consider closing down more and more of them, for safety’s sake. He offers to move the employees to the new locations, saving time and money to get the new offices up and running, rather than having to hire and train people from scratch. This was going fairly smoothly, then, some upstart group took a number of one of his mining crews hostage, wanting both ransom, and for his corporation to pressure some terms from the nation’s government. Joseph is more concerned with his people’s safety, if it were just money, and it could be guaranteed his people would be unharmed, that would be fine. But, that usually is not the case any more. Decades ago, his grandfather had formed a mercenary force to effect rescue missions when the need arose. One group to act in the Atlantic region, with their own aircraft carrier, USS Hornet, saved in secret from being scrapped in the nineties by Joseph’s grandfather in the greatest bait and switch con game the world will never know about. Still, the Pacific region is vulnerable, so, Joseph decided to try the con game again, saving USS Kittyhawk from the scrap yard, having the carrier towed to a fully enclosed dry dock in South Korea to undego refit and upgrades. She serves with the Pacific force. Now, Kittyhawk is off the coast of the South East Asian nation, launching upgraded Vietnam era F8 Crusader fighters, lovingly called ‘The Last Gunfighter’ by their pilots, and F7 Corsair 2 attack jets. Helicopters from the converted cargo ship Edson’s Ridge, lifted off earlier and headed inland, carrying the ground forces. Joseph rides seated in the doorway of the upgraded Bell UH-1. When his forces are deployed, he will go so long as he is physically able to fight along side him. Six years in combat in Afghanistan with the Marines earned him the respect of the members of his force the moment he set foot at both secret bases. One of the helicopter’s crew man give him status updates on mission progress. Soon enough, the clearing that will be their landing zone comes into view. Joseph holds up one hand to get his men’s attention, then circles his index finger in the air, telling them it ‘go time’. With that, there is a fast final check of weapon and gear, then the helicopter sets down, Joseph jumping out before the landing skids touch the ground, sprinting away from the chopper, lying prone, aiming his M1A rifle towards the surrounding tree line to provide cover for his men, and the other choppers coming in to unload their troops.

haii.. i just remembered 101 dalmatians,,
ik kate isn’t blonde but she reminds me of one of the characters who looked just like their dogs in the one scene,, more so just a joyous look and dark eyes like the big fluffy dog she walks around with,
AND! A MEET-CUTE LIKE THE MOVIE! lucky smells cat on u and absolutely books it in your direction, kate runs into u and silliness ensues
Okay I recently rewatched that film too and you have no idea how happy this made me. I literally have not stopped thinking about how I want Perdita and Pongo or Lady and Tramp style au. I just want to be the Lady to her Tramp so bad, I'm so giddy you have no idea. The vibes, for lack of better term, are so on point and I want KittyHawk to be like that! Also I need to know which background character you're talking about! Anyways, I felt obliged, and I really wanted to do a quick little blurb about this; so like a raven handing you trash as a present I present (pun not intended) this thing:
Really it wasn’t so bad. New York's up and coming vigilante, being mentored by her childhood hero, she didn’t miss going to school or really her mother at all. Though, it occurred to Kate that something was missing. She didn’t know what, her schedule was filled, training saving people, on the odd occasion she was requested at Bishop Security. She felt as though she were in waiting. She was itching for something bigger, something more important than her every day vigilantism. She pushed herself harder, she hardly thought about anything but being Hawkeye. She just needed something more, something big like what she’d dealt with at christmas. Really she wondered if this was all too easy. She privately hoped there would be some crisis more worthy of her attention. Something big to throw herself into.
Kate sat on her couch, bouncing an arrow against her knee and staring pensive at the television. Lucky lay at her feet, tail swishing almost rhythmically in time with Kate’s tapping. He raised his head, jumping up suddenly impatient. Lucky began to make a fuss, whining and turning in circles then nudging Kate with his snout.
Kate scrunched her nose and looked at the dog, “What’s up?” then sighed, “you’re probably right.” and shut off the television, dropping the arrow on the couch. She tossed on her boots and a sweater, and very nearly tripped when Lucky pulled at his leash.
Central park was pleasantly cool, and Lucky was still impatient, he was practically dragging Kate along, sniffing at the ground. Whatever was up with him, she couldn’t tell, but he was excited so she elected to indulge him. Though she remained at a measured walking pace, really their morning run was never enough but it was unusual for Lucky to be so energetic by this time in the afternoon. There was a breeze as they approached the lake, making the water look choppy and particularly cold. Lucky’s head sprang up very suddenly, and he launched forward, practically running into the only other person on the bridge with them. A woman in an overlarge sweater who looked surprised and somewhat harassed as Lucky rounded her, sniffing excitedly.
“Lucky!” Kate tried to calm him, or pull him back.
The woman had hardly a moment to comprehend before Kate barrelled right into her. Unable to stop the dog’s tirade they had been quite literally tied up in his leash. Kate tried to keep them steady, “I’m so sorry, I don’t know what-” another tug at the leash and down they went, a hard crash on the cobblestone. Kate had very nearly toppled directly on top of the poor woman, doing her best to brace herself so as to not crush her.
“Oh my god, i’m so sorry! I don’t know what happened, he’s never like this I-” Kate went on, trying her best to detangle them. The girl looked surprised and a little harassed, dark curls sticking up as if in surprise, several books tossed from her bag, a deep blush on her cheeks as she tried to collect herself, gathering her skirts.
“I’m so sorry, here let me,” Kate offered a hand to help the woman up, which to her relief she did take, though hesitantly.
“I can't believe it, normally he’s a really good listener, Lucky down!” Lucky was still sniffing excitedly at the poor girl, though she didn’t look at all frightened of him.
“It’s alright, really,” Ophelia said in a rather small voice.
“Here, let me help with your things-” Kate reached for one of the books that had escaped her bag.
“No!” Ophelia chirped. “No, it’s alright you’ve done enough-” She was blushing, unused to sticking up for herself.
Kate hesitated, and for the first time they made eye contact. Ophelia was instantly struck, the woman who had run into her was beautiful, tall, long hair, boyish in her way. For a moment it was as if her mind had skipped, but as she came back to herself she averted her gaze, her flush deepening. When she looked up again, she noticed Kate was still looking at her, and as if they both realized what a ridiculous situation this had become they started to laugh.
#i'm so so sorry I know this is awful I just needed to write it down and I wanted you to know how happy this made me#KittyHawk

#onthisday in 1942 the first A-36 flew. These were P-51 Mustangs modified with bomb racks to provide close support to ground troops
@classicwarbirds via X
North American P-51 Mustang | Classic Warbirds
The story of the P-51 began in 1940 when North American Aviation President James J. Kindelberger had approached the British Purchasing Commission to sell North American Aviation's twin engined bomber, the B-25 Mitchell. However with the Royal Air Force in desperate need for fighter aircraft and the Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk being the only aircraft coming close to the specification required for the air war in Europe and even this aircraft was only available in limited numbers. So North American Aviation was asked, under licence from Curtiss-Wright, to produce the P-40. North American Aviation felt, however, that they could have a better aircraft working quicker than it would take a production line to produce the P-40 to be set up. Whilst it was agreed for North American Aviation to supply this new aircraft instead it was required for a prototype to be ready in 120 days.
Although this looked like a tall order, North American Aviation already had a design outline for an aircraft which benefited from information from the air war in Europe. Under the leadership of Raymond Rice and Edgar Schmued the design team set about fitting the new fighters design to the specification laid out by the British. And impressively just 102 days later the prototype airframe designated NA-73X was completed, however due to the 1,100-hp Allison V-1710-39 engine, which was to power the aircraft, running behind schedule, it wasn't until a couple of months later on the 26th October 1940 when the prototype finally flew for the first time.
In a little under seven months and after a very successful testing programme the first production aircraft flew on the 1st May 1941 and six months later the Royal Air Force received the second production NA-73 for evaluation. The NA-73 had been ordered before the prototype had even flown and so more of the aircraft soon followed. Designated Mustang Mk I by the RAF, initial evaluation showed that at low-level the aircraft was fast and extremely manoeuvrable and was much better than any other American fighter then available. At higher altitude the performance of the aircraft suffered as its Allison engine power output fell rapidly as it climbed.
With eight machine-guns comprising four 0.50-in and four 0.30-in and its superb performance at low level it would be an ideal replacement for No. 26 Squadron's Curtiss P-40 Tomahawks that they were using. They began to receive their first Mustang Mk Is on the 5th January 1942 and would fly their first operation on the 5th May 1942. Other use of the aircraft saw it equip No. 2 Squadron of Army Co-Operation Command during April 1942, equipped with obliquely-mounted cameras, and on the 27th July 1942 they flew their first operational sortie. Its first aerial victory came on the 19th August 1942 during the Dieppe Raid when Flying Officer Hollis Hills of No. 414 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force shot down a Focke-Wulf Fw 190.
Just two months later the Mustang showed its potential for long-range escort duties when on the 22nd October 1942, on an attack on targets in Germany, it became the first Royal Air Force single-engined fighter to cross the German border from its base in Britain, however the performance of the aircraft at higher altitude still needed to be improved, but an order for another 300 aircraft was placed.
One of the conditions to allow North American Aviation to supply the Royal Air Force with its NA-73 design was that two aircraft were given to the United States Army Air Corps for evaluation under the designation XP-51. Before these two aircraft were supplied to the USAAC the United States Army had already ordered 150 more aircraft to be sent to Britain under Lend-Lease. These aircraft featured self-sealing tanks and instead of eight machine-guns featured four 20-mm cannons and were designated P-51 by the US and Mustang Mk IA by the British.
Two examples initially designated XP-78, but later XP-51B, were each tested with different engines and they proved very successful and the Royal Air Force's findings of superb performance at low-level was confirmed. However the United States was committed to the Lockheed P-38 Lightning and Republic P-47 Thunderbolt, nevertheless 500 P-51's modified to have dive brakes and bomb racks to provide close support to ground troops and designated A-36 were ordered on the 21st August 1942. The first A-36 flew on the 21st September 1942 powered by a Allison V-17110-87 engine with six 0.50-in machine-guns, they were the first Mustang variant to go into operational service with the United States Army Air Force. Equipping two groups based in the Middle East during 1943 they also performed support operations during the invasions of Sicily and Italy. As well as ordering the A-36 an order for just over 310 P-51As had been placed by the United States with armament of four 0.50-in machine-guns and racks for either 1,000lb of bombs or two of either 75 or 150 US gallon external fuel tanks, this was designated Mustang Mk II by the RAF and powered by a 1,200-hp Allison V-1710-81 engine.
After showing its ability for potential long-range escort duties into Germany, but lacking high-altitude performance, during 1942 the decision was taken to install Rolls-Royce Merlin 61 and 65 engines in four airframes of the Mustang Mk I. Testing showed a much improved performance and North American Aviation were informed of the results and a 1,430-hp US-built Packard Merlin V-1650-3 engine was installed into two P-51s, these would be designated XP-78/XP-51B. Tested during September 1942 and achieving a maximum speed of 441 mph and having a better rate of climb than the P-38 Lighting, and confirming the British findings, the United States Army Air Force, impressed with the performance, ordered the Merlin powered Mustang in large numbers.
P-51B and P-51Cs, which featured a strengthened fuselage, improved ailerons and a number of small changes, to accommodate the new engine, and armament of four 0.50-in machine-guns, began to enter operational service with the United States Army Air Force in Britain as part of the Eighth Air Force. The 13th October 1943 saw this new aircraft complete its first long-range escort mission when a force of bombers were sent to attack the U-boat yard at Kiel, Germany. The P-51, with the benefit of external fuel tanks, would provide regular escort for bombers of the Eighth Air Force, during their perilous daylight operations deep into the heart of Germany. During March 1944 the P-51 took part in its first mission to Berlin and started being used operationally by both the 10th and 15th Air Force in Burma and Italy respectively. The Royal Air Force also started to receive their Lend-Lease P-51B/P-51Cs, designated Mustang Mk III, around the same time and No. 19 Squadron based at RAF Ford were the first to receive this new type, which would eventually be used by at least 21 RAF squadrons, many of which were part of the Second Tactical Air Force. The RAF modified the original cockpit canopy which opened sideways to a sliding hood design to overcome the poor rear view of the original canopy design.
Development of the aircraft continued and the next production version was the P-51D, with a modified rear fuselage, six 0.50-in machine-guns and a bubble canopy as standard, this was to become the most produced version of the P-51. Later versions of the P-51D had a small dorsal fin added and racks to accommodate 5-in rocket projectiles. A change in propeller led to a change in designation to P-51K, and both of these aircraft were designated Mustang Mk IV and Mustang Mk IVA respectively by the Royal Air Force.
During 1944 as part of experiments into lightweight construction the United States Army Air Force had ordered three XP-51Fs and two XP-51Gs as part of this process. A new redesigned airframe was also produced and as a result of an overview of the aircraft a new low drag section of wing replaced the laminar-flow design, the oil cooler was also replaced with a heat exchanger and the cockpit canopy was stretched to reduce drag further. With a simpler structure and the removal of equipment no longer deemed necessary and the use of new lightweight materials being used a significant reduction in the aircraft's weight was achieved. Both prototypes were powered by different engines with a 1,695-hp Packard Merlin V-1650-7 engine powering the XP-51F and a 1,140-hp Rolls-Royce Merlin 145m engine powering the XP-51G. Two P-51J prototypes of a similar design were ordered, however only one was finished and this would be powered by a Allison V-1710-119, 1,720-hp engine.
As a result of the prototypes the P-51H appeared, flying for the first time on the 3rd February 1945, powered by the V-1650-0 Packard Merlin engine, this was to be both the last production P-51 and the fastest with a top speed of 487 mph. Further improvements had been made to the aircraft and as a result the aircraft was 40% lighter than the last P-51 in wartime service, the P-51D.
Another permutation of the P-51 was the P-82 Twin Mustang which was two aircraft merged together, however this didn't see service in the Second World War (1939 – 1945).

i'm thinking about a certain christophorus pi hatchenson and all that wasted potential because the website burned and the rewrite is on hiatus for other stuff "set in the same world", but i don't care about that and EVEN before that the thrown out potential with how his arc was going in favor of. what? i don't even know and i can't trust my memory to know. boobs? last time i saw him on the website version of the webcomic my poor guy was done for. he was decapitated and his head was just a skull by then but man.jpg i want him carnally.
it doesn't work if i announce my gaslighting intentions before gaslighting proper but if you see me talking about romac from now on its not about the webcomic. its about the excruciatingly obtuse dating sim where you control snippy and i'm trying so so hard to get into pilots pants but you start with max negative affinity (for reasons both real, imagined and misunderstood) and also he's in love with captain so overturning all that? WITH the major boss battle you have AGAINST pilot (when he reconnects to annet 😔) that finally gets him to warm up to you?? this is brutal. this game is brutal. the timer limit too since marrying cancer and letting them fuse your body to your clothes is mandatory. how do i unlock the sloppy wild gay android sex cgs. come on man
(edit to add more to the previous concept because i thought it was funny)
i'll go some steps further; the captain route would be most enticing as a first run because zee's mysterious and whimsical and nutty and etc. but also the main road blocks of it would be lore dumps through riddles that a first time player would simply not understand. endgame after you get everything from everyone else and cross question them and get their endings etc (the dating sim is meta connected but in a way only captain and maybe annet can control. you fumble through it) you are zirs best and prettiest little minion and you lost your mind by then trying to comprehend the cosmic horrors (and beauties) behind zirs mask and are ok with it. pilot hates you so so much though. aoorfjaosoaka
next to captains route, pilots route would also be lore-through-riddle heavy, but it would be somewhat easier to understand if you gave him a chance and didn't immediately write him off as equally/more insane as captain. getting him to talk about specific lore in a specific way that makes snippy (and you) understand is a herculean task though
in terms of attractiveness of first runs, next to pilot is engie, who joins late, is beyond terrified of your presence (despite you honest to god being just some goober. a brit. a bife, a camone) (for reasons only he himself is guilty of also) and knows way more than hes letting on. and, mad scientist rants aside, would probably... eventually... be straightfoward with you about the lore. of course, he wont tell you everything on a first run, you have to squeeze that fateful 'i was ordered to kill you by one of annets engineers' out of pilot then come back to engie to get the full tea spill (i am trying to romance my ex boss?!)
cancer has a 'hidden in plain sight' route since you unlock them earlier than engie and have no choice but to marry them. similar in concept to captain where you have to let go of your sanity and let them monopolize your time and affection. its like if a catgirl yandere was a hivemind alien lawyer.
annet is not romanceable in any way. engie is her one true love. any attempts will devolve into her manipulating you into death one way or another. #girlboss
mug/zero, stalky, kittyhawk, photoshop, amber, lifealope, random coworker that made you drop your sandwich, tourists, whoever else also not romanceable. because i said so. no. denied. no questions
#the internet: romac is a comedy webcomic about a guy making friends in the apocalypse#me: romac is a dating sim and baby? I'm proving 'i wouldnt date you if you were the last man on earth' saying SO true right now#it would be so funny but maybe not as charming if its an either or situation where if this existed the webcomic doesnt. both could be real#and counter each others flaws#reading romac#took this out the romac tags bc of misremembering some stuff

I’m Too Tired To Have Much Conviction, But
I was reading through a list of all of my previously compiled ideas for fics, and I realized that most of the oldest ones that I have touched the least have been G through T rated fics. The ones that actually get put OUT are M through E (because apparently, the horny gets priority. I dunno)
And BECAUSE of this, I’ve noticed there’s a backup of bottlenecking fic ideas of mine that haven’t made it to the production pile because of this. SO, once I get through this latest wave of depression and trauma-response, I plan to eventually get to these ideas that have been kicked back for so long.
Just to have that conviction to do them I would like to share with y’all my alleged plans for various fics, in case you want to absolutely bombard me with need to see them fulfilled. Note that some of these have actually been started (they’re marked with a * symbol) and will hopefully be on their way out...uhh...someday.

Your theory is ACTUALLY VERY INTERESTING. While it is the most humane way to let the scenario happen, what about the fact we got WW2 planes still around just by being fixed and looked after? I mean America was decommissioned in literally 1996 and would've been fine to run for so many years. Heck people raised funds to keep her around! Imagining all of this in WoC means that America could go through the same fate except this event would happen wayyy later. But if we got Kittyhawk around in 2011 in WoC then why wouldn't his mighty sister ship be just around as well?? Why do WoC writers make this so hard?? Aaah
I have bad memory and I know posted this question once but I CANT FIND IT. So uh, would america blow up it's own ships after retirement? Because anyway the vehicles on land barely give a shit according to my hcs about ships.
Like this question is mainly because I'm woc-fying USS Saratoga (CV-3) and USS America (CV-66) and both of them were used in experiments. Saratoga was used in a nuclear bomb test and Bikini atoll and America was bombarded in a live firing test and was blown by explosives. LIKE HOW INHUMANE IS THAT ESP FOR THOSE WHO SERVED UR NATION? And no way in hell would Kittyhawk class carrier allow the navy to even use America in such a way.
Been thinking like Kittyhawk and others absolutely refused to allow that to happen to America cause like, imagine being alive and killed BY YOUR OWN NAVY? Conscience will haunt them, and THAT'S THEIR SISTER SHIP RIGHT THERE. She was scuttled btw, so what if they just tested on her for awhile and then let her before too serious to be alive injuries?? Idk help
#Well they did warn us dont overthink it but here i am heheh#I JUST NEEDED THIS CAUSE I was woc-fying Kittyhawk and planning to draw his class as well which includes America#USS America#woc questions#disney planes

“I’ve never much cared for flying.” She admitted, swallowing hard as the plane took off. She felt the weightlessness in her stomach, churning what she managed to scarf down in preparation of this adventure. Her anxiety tended to get the better of her, and she always had a bad feeling about travel. Mankind was meant to stay in one place, if they could help it. Travel was for the adventurous sort, of which she was decidedly not. Had she been born mortal, she would have stayed in her hometown and never left its borders. Alas, she popped an anti-nausea pill into her mouth and washed it down with overpriced water. So be it.
“Really?” The young man beside her asked, his attention drawn to the window, out of which the twinkling lights of a disappearing city could be seen - and, in Cait’s mind, the inevitable cracks in the glass that would shatter and suck out all the air and kill them all. Not that she’d ever witnessed such a thing, but Lord did she worry about it. The man turned to her, his NASA mask partially muffling his voice. “I would have thought you’d be quite comfortable with it. Especially air. Your people invented flight!”
Caitlyn nodded, politely avoiding looking at him by leading through the safety papers in the pocket in front of her. “Kittyhawk, Orville brothers, yes, I know. That doesn’t change my disposition against it. I was sick watching them on their little glider and I’ve been sick ever since. How anyone can stand such a contraption without heavy medication is beyond me.” She tapped her face with her fingertips. Not clammy yet. She wouldn’t throw up. Yet. But motion sickness was only one obstacle. There’s the image of their plane obliterating itself somehow that still plagued her thoughts. Crashing into another plane, a sudden engine failure, that damned window. Safest form of travel they called it. Ridiculous. A horse and coach was the safest. But no, the world needed to be faster than a horse could run these days.
The man shrugged, resuming his amusement with the terrestrial constellations. “Even so, I appreciate your company. I was really nervous about going to this interview.”
Caitlyn made the mistake of glancing toward him. Her stomach lurched. She quickly stared at the middle aisle, trying not to throw up. “Yes, of course. I’ve been assisting your family for generations. It’s only-“ She felt bile threatening up her throat. She forced it back down. “Ah, only fair that I accompany you in this endeavor. I’ve been to this town many times. Lived here for a while in the 60s, if you can believe that. They didn’t call it Rocket City back then. Cave City, I think, was the nickname. But it’s one of the best places to use an aerospace degree these days.” She took another breath, steadying herself. “I’ll take you to Marshall Space Flight Center myself tomorrow morning. What time was your uh-“
“Ten AM.” He supplied, not giving her a moment to guess.
“Right. Thank you. We’ll get there at nine. Gate nine can be backed up something awful in the mornings.” At least, that’s what she had heard. Or read. She couldn’t recall and her head was spinning anyway. How long was it until they landed? It was an hour from Atlanta…
“Do you think they’ll like me?” He asked, turning to her. “I mean, that I’ll get the job?”
Caitlyn paused, collecting herself. Must he keep talking? She’d much prefer to suffer in silence. “I’m sure they will.” The plane tilted to adjust and Cait’s head was filled with the sound of the wings cracking off and the whole beast crashing into the ground. Keep it together, Kitty! She gripped the arm rests beside her until her knuckles turned white. “You’re qualified, you’re charismatic, and you know which football team to support.”
“Tennessee?”
She gave him a disgusted look. “No. Whichever one the interviewer has on their desk. If you make it known that you’re a Vols fan, you won’t get a job anywhere outside of Rocky Top. You keep that to yourself.” She closed her eyes, leaning back against the headrest. The plane dipped up. Her stomach did not. “How much further is it?”
The man checked his watch. “We’ve been in the air for about ten minutes.”
She tried to think of happier things. Of landing. Where the wheels won’t pop out and the plane becomes a screaming, sparking, flaming mess on the tarmac. “Christ Almighty.” She hissed. “I hate flying.”

A mock up of the building the hostages were in was constructed, as well as what was emplaced on the hostile island base. Plans were made, several dry runs made by air and ground assets, plans modified for better effect, then when several runs went off without a hitch, the plan was approved. Aircraft and troops were put aboard the ships, then Edson and Kittyhawk set off for the hostile island base, the huge maritime diesel engine driving the ships through the waves. On board Edson, Joseph is going among the troops, gauging their mood and readiness, then, he is walking and talking with all the helicopter pilots, crewman, anyone involved in the mission in any way.
@aviatriix
After listening to the woman, Joseph believes she is very sincere. He says, "Good, if you had said it was no problem at all, I would pull you from the mission, since it seems you are honest with yourself, I think we can trust you and have to come along." "We need top rank help-vac pilots, and you are at the top of the list, would not like to have you sit this one out." "I suggest you get with your ground crew, and on board crew, start getting things triple checked and your bird ready, we might be shipping out in a couple of days." He gestures towards the door, then says, "That is all I need to find out and say, the rest is up to you."

Jango closed his eyes, focusing solely on the silky rope against his skin and on Obi-Wan’s touch, running his fingers under the rope to adjust it.
“How is that?” Obi-Wan asked, tugging a section of rope into a different position. “Are you comfortable?”
“Yes,” Jango answered, “I’m good.” He was, he really was. Had anyone told him a few years ago that he would enjoy being tied up he would have, well, probably punched them. But Obi-Wan had a way of being very convincing. (Who was Jango trying to fool? Obi-Wan didn’t have to do much convincing, all it took was a smile and he was pretty much a goner.)
They fell silent again while Obi-Wan continued looping the rope around Jango’s torso, tying it off in diamond patterns that ran all the way to his thighs.
Obi-Wan walked slowly around Jango, a finger ghosting along the rope just enough to make his skin pebble in its wake.
“Gorgeous,” he whispered. “You look so kriffing gorgeous.”
“Are you just going to stand there and stare?” Jango snarked and was rewarded a truly predatory grin from his lover. It sent a delicious shiver along his spine.
“Oh, don’t worry. I’m going to do more than just stare, darling.”

A grand total of 15,576 P-51s were built by the time production ended, seeing service with China, Netherlands and a few were also supplied to the American Volunteer Group in China. The end of the war didn't see the end of the aircraft, as it remained in service with the United States Air Force, although under a different designation of F-51, until the 27th January 1957 when a F-51D, from the 167th Fighter Bomber Squadron, performed the types last flight with the USAF. In fact the last P-51 was retired from the Dominican Air Force in 1984.
