“Such an irrational world we live in, revering the Gods for their saving grace. But they’re all wrong—all so horribly mistaken. Only humans are to blame for their own misfortune, only humans can wallow in their own evil and corruption. After all, if your so-called ‘God’ existed… Then why won’t he save you now? Ah, that’s right—God never existed anyway.”

🛐 As revealed in the games themselves, Ruki previously adhered to the religious practices of his original family as a human child, celebrating holidays such as as Christmas and even going as far as to pray before a special meal. Contrary to the translation of his current last name, “Godless” or “without/no god,” one would be remiss in assuming he always upheld atheist ideals.

🛐 Ironically enough, his priesthood only confirms the Vampire’s lack of faith. The not-so-divine envoy holds gatherings in a secluded chapel, sanctuary to those seeking to scrutinize the Bible through the lens of literary analysis akin to any other scholarly work. Aside from its religious context, Priest Ruki deems the Bible a text rich with narrative style and allegorical elements the likes of which few modern compositions can ever mirror.

🛐 Not only has he memorized every single verse, both in the Old and New Testaments, but also Ruki has committed every translation of the Bible to memory since they all differ drastically in their poetic value. Personally, his focus lies within the realms of the book of Genesis, particularly centered around the captivating tale of Adam and Eve—as well as the mesmerizing influence exerted upon them by the cunning serpent.

🛐 Despite how impartial he is to any deity in general, Priest Ruki somehow manages to captivate any congregation to whom he preaches, likening the story of Adam and Eve, the serpent’s deceit, and their exile from Eden to contemporary life that all individuals deeply relate to on some level or another. When he speaks of how the serpent tempted Eve to eat the forbidden fruit in particular, there is this subtle yet undeniable hint of nostalgia in his eyes, almost as if he has experienced the tribulation of the snake who was forced to crawl on its belly and eat dust for the remainder of its existence.

🛐 Much like the cunning serpent, Ruki was once viewed as a mere tool used by a higher yet external force to carry out his agenda. In hindsight, one could argue the serpent, too, was manipulated, similarly to the naïve and gullible Eve. Despite being known for its knowledge, wisdom, and ultimately the facilitation of profound change, it undoubtedly had its faults; a sentiment Ruki resonates with even in the role of a Priest.

🛐 After every sermon, Ruki might invite you to stay a while longer in the chapel to confess what plagues your mind to him, akin to the catalyst of growth that the serpent once was. In spiritual guidance, after all, there is growth to be discovered in oneself. By listening to and allaying your worries, the seemingly gentle Priest convinces you to confide in him.

🛐 However, not once does he advocate for God or a higher being. His guidance is sincere and considerate for each predicament, exuding unwavering dependability in each counsel and piece of advice provided to the churchgoer.

🛐 Given his natural charm and reliability, eventually the Priest convinces you to partake in a baptism, the ultimate ritual of “purification.” The supposed forgiveness of one’s sins, the washing away of every impurity.

🛐 Before submerging you in the water, however, Ruki gives almost too sinister of a smile unfitting of any priest, betraying any of his earlier guidance, and most importantly of all, belying his true nature.

🛐 It’s as though he is a little too excited to convert you into a full-fledged member of his church.

🛐 The aquatic embrace of the baptism begins weigh upon you longer than necessary, suffocating you as a calloused hand presses down on your chest, immobilizing you as Ruki discloses a confession of his own to you.

🛐 “Everything I have accomplished and obtained for myself… Those were no miraculous work of God. No, those were all earned through my own merit. No amount of preaching, believing, or even praying can improve your wretched existence. All the confessions…? All the sermons? Just a ploy to purify you as my Livestock, lesser still a human. Yes, struggle and resist all you’d like… It only excites me more.”

🛐 Abruptly, Ruki raises you from the water to reveal the full extent of his true self as a demon of the night rather than an envoy of the divine as his fangs find purchase in your moistened shoulder.

🛐 Cloying ichor cascades from the newly inflicted punctures marring your once unblemished flesh, much to Ruki’s satisfaction as he lodges himself deeper with a pleased grunt.

🛐 Atramentous, plumose wings that parallel the darkness of his tormented soul seemingly sprout from his back as he tears into the sweet adipose. Rather than a purification, it is exactly the opposite; Ruki taints you as his own, dragging you down to the depths of Hell in your agony rather than the ethereal heights of paradise.

🛐 One curious quality his bites and his sermons share in common is that it invites and beguiles you for more, just like the serpent of Eden, just like the forbidden fruit enticed Eve. And, likewise, your blood allures Ruki with each vehement descent of his sharp fangs.

🛐 With each punishment, with each draining of your life essence, Ruki reiterates that no higher deity can rescue you from this fate in the “church.” Every day, he sees to it that you care for the anything but sacred place of worship, and little do the regular churchgoers realize, there is someone amongst their ranks being sacrificed daily.

🛐 Behind a gentle and soothing smile lurks the pearlescent daggers that pierce into you every night, spilling said sacrifice, tempting you to such an extent that would make Eve’s betrayal look like a mere, second-guessed impulse.

I'd like to say that I've never explored the character very in depth, so the headcanons can be a bit shallow. However, I'll do my best to come up with some ideas based on what I do know about Ruki and Yui. They seem like an interesting couple, and I'm happy to explore their relationship dynamics.

Ruki and Yui are different in many ways, but they complement each other perfectly. Ruki is quiet and reserved, while Yui is outgoing and bubbly.

Ruki's initial treatment of Yui as livestock doesn't sit well with her, but over time, he begins to see her as more than just a means to an end.

Yui's kindness and gentle nature slowly chip away at Ruki's sadistic exterior, making him more empathetic towards her.

Ruki sees a bit of himself in Yui, as both were mistreated in their past. This causes him to feel protective of her.

Yui helps Ruki work through his trust issues towards women, as he comes to see her as someone who genuinely cares for him.

Although Ruki can be strict with Yui, he also values her intelligence and enjoys engaging in intellectual conversations with her.

Ruki's nightmares often revolve around his past traumas, but Yui is always there to comfort him and remind him that he's not alone.

As they grow closer, Ruki begins to open up to Yui about his past and the guilt he feels for what he's done in service of Karlheinz's plan.

Despite his loyalty to Karlheinz, Ruki starts to question whether the plan is worth the pain it's causing others, especially Yui.

Ruki starts to show his affection for Yui in small ways, like offering her his jacket when she's cold or bringing her favorite tea when she's stressed.

Despite his tough exterior, Ruki can be very gentle and caring towards Yui. He likes to take care of her when she's feeling down or sick.

Eventually, Ruki realizes that his feelings for Yui go beyond simple protectiveness or loyalty. He begins to see her as someone he truly loves.

Ruki and Yui's first kiss took place during a moonlit walk in the garden. Oddly, in that situation Ruki was too shy to make the first move, but Yui surprised him by leaning in and pressing her lips to his.

Ruki and Yui love going to the library together. They both share a love for literature and enjoy reading in each other's company.

Ruki is not the jealous type, but he can't help feeling a little possessive when Yui spends too much time with other guys. Yui finds it endearing and always reassures him that he's the only one for her.

Yui finds Ruki's possessiveness endearing, but sometimes it can be a bit suffocating. She doesn't mind it too much, though, because she knows he means well.

Ruki likes to call Yui “my love” when they're alone together.

Ruki and Yui often talk about their future together. Ruki dreams of building a life with Yui in the countryside, where they can grow their own food and live a simple, peaceful life.

Ruki hates it when Yui leaves books lying around the house and Yui gets annoyed when Ruki spends too much time grooming his hair.

Yui is the person who can make Ruki smile genuinely. He's not much of a smiler in general, but she has a way of bringing out his softer side.

Ruki loves surprising Yui with little gifts and romantic gestures. He once set up a candlelit dinner for her in the garden, complete with her favorite foods and music.

Ruki said “I love you” to Yui for the first time when they were stargazing together. Yui was so surprised and happy that she couldn't stop smiling.

Shu’s hugs are, first and foremost, warm.

Perhaps it is in his touch when he’s not fully woken yet that he conveys what his words don’t.

Sometimes his shows of affection make you crack a smile, when he claims “I was cold while sleeping” and casually wraps his strong arms around you.

Turning around in his hold, you trace his handsome features with your fingertips.

That is, until he takes your hand in his.

Eyes the color of the sky at the time when the world hasn’t risen yet meet yours.

He softly bites the tip of your finger, before his grip on you tightens and he goes back to sleep.

Neither of you have a blanket.

And yet, you don’t need it.

Not when his embrace is like the molten rays of first dawn.

❀ Kou Mukami – Cornflower blue mornings.

“The beauty of a pure blue sky, with the cheerfulness of sunlight. Yet sometimes, that light is fractured, leaving behind the desperation of cerulean patches amidst stormy clouds.”

Kou’s touches and embraces are another part of the charm with which he puts you under his spell.

And you’d be lying if you didn’t say you fell into it willingly.

His hugs are playful, lighthearted, loving, and at all times. Doesn’t matter if it’s in public or in private, he just needs you in the same way his lungs need the oxygen he breathes.

Kou adores teasing you and flustering you. He loves hugs in the morning, when he’s still sleepy, his messy hair tickling your neck and not letting you leave bed.

When he holds you like that, you feel like you’re in a rose colored world.

Except when the peace shatters and nightmares come to haunt him.

In his sleep, the sparkling idol is nowhere to be seen, leaving in his wake the scared boy he once was, desperately reaching for a promised sky that did not exist.

This time, however, his hand finds another.

Ready to never let him go again, to stay with him, even if the storm won’t cease.

You are there, reaching for cornflower blue mornings with him.

❀ Ayato Sakamaki – The blazing midday Sun.

“He is the intensity of noon’s heat on your back; the searing sensation of Icarus’ wings melting, only to plummet you into the arms of your beloved.”

Ayato is the personification of intensity. The picture perfect image of confidence.

That is palpable in the way he holds you too.

He is not shy to initiate physical contact with you, especially in public, to let others know you’re his.

His embrace is tight, but not so much that you can’t pull away if you so desire (though he’d sulk if you did that - there, there, Ayato).

Then there’s times when he just silently embraces you from behind, no words exchanged.

It’s usually on moments when he knows you’re struggling or feel sad.

So if you’d rather not talk about it, he’ll at least warm your wavering heart, just as the blazing midday Sun on your back.

❀ Yuma Mukami – Fiery afternoon.

“He is both the intensity of a crackling fire and the gentle light that filters through the window as you sit before the swirling flames.”

While he may seem a little rough around the edges, Yuma loves deeply and is one of the most loyal guys you can find.

That is very obvious in the way he embraces you.

It feels comfortable to lean your head on his broad chest or be enveloped by those strong arms of his that would protect you from anything.

You feel safe, and when he softly leans his head on top of yours, it’s as if time stopped at that moment of day when the world dyes in gold.

There’s other instances, however, when you have to ask him not to squeeze you so hard or you won't be able to breathe.

The sheepish smile he offers you in return is too cute, so it’s totally worth it. Like staring skywards even if you’re busy working at the garden, just to catch a glimpse of the fiery afternoon.

❀ Laito Sakamaki – Sensuous sunsets.

“The sinful secrets concealed in the half light of twilight; a fox-like stare that reads the sweet nothings you want to hear.”

The truth of the words he whispers carelessly hides behind the deadly sin of lust.

Due to his upbringing, Laito sees affection as just a state of pleasure, something physical.

Until you came along.

Now he is at war with himself.

This is not what he usually feels. This warmth in his heart… Is this the meaning of those words he throws like nothing?

His touches are still suggestive every time he hugs you, fingertips lingering a little too long over every spot he knows will make you shiver; those lips of his that used to tell you pretty lies now map out every inch of you in a softness you didn’t know he was capable of.

In between Laito’s arms, your eyes meet his.

You wonder if he can see right through you.

You want to hear him say ‘I love you.’

And, above all else, you want him to mean it.

His hold on you tightens.

Leaning against his chest, you watch the golden hour slip away.

His heartbeat is a little erratic.

And when, in the sensuality of an ephemeral sunset, he voices his next words, you know he means every single one.

‘I love you too, Laito.’ Is the silent response you give him with the world’s softest kiss.

❀ Kanato Sakamaki – Vices at dusk.

“An autumn night’s first light, through naked trees; A graveyard that looks as eerie as it is beautiful; As long as you stare into his lilac eyes.”

Kanato holds you like one would his soulmate on the brink of death; he hugs you like you’re going to slip away; his arms tighten around you because you’re only his.

He doesn’t want you to put your attention on anyone else but him, but he is also viscerally terrified of losing you.

Like a child cradling his new favorite toy for the first time, the sweet scent of raspberry pudding intoxicates you eternally now. And you’d be lying if you said you could live without it from now on.

As Kanato holds you, he is both gentle and menacing; the wordless warning that if you leave his arms you won’t make it out alive.

Why would you ever want to walk away, however? When he is the vice you want to drown in, today and every single dusk until the day you no longer breathe?

❀ Subaru Sakamaki – First moonlight.

“Luminescent white petals, guarded by thorns; And yet so delicate on the breeze of witching hours.”

Needles to say, Subaru is not the most physically affectionate at first.

Except when he can’t keep denying his heart has been yours for longer than he remembers.

He finds himself constantly seeking you out, because he is ‘supposed to protect you since you’re such an annoying idiot’ or so he claims.

The deep rosy hue of his cheeks tells you otherwise, however.

And now that you’ve found out he likes you, you won’t let him live it down.

As you constantly seek him out and nestle yourself in between his arms, Subaru finds he likes this quiet closeness; crimson eyes avert, as strands the color of starlit roses cover his shy gaze.

But you know what he means with those flustered expressions. And the way he hugs you a little tighter expresses the words he sometimes struggles to let out.

Though, if you listen, you won’t miss his whispers of “I love you” as the first moonlight sets on fallen ivory petals.

❀ Ruki Mukami – Zenith of polaris.

“In marine eyes, turbulence and tenderness hide. The wings he was denied, he gives to you. Your anchor, when you’re lost at sea.”

To know Ruki is to dive into a tempestuous sea; treacherous on moonless nights, yet captivating and radiant when it mirrors the stars.

His aim at first was to simply discipline you. Who did you think you were, other than his mere livestock?

And yet, there’s this aura around you, like a warm light; like the wings he was robbed of.

And still, he is the one who falls prey to you, wanting to show you heaven

In your darkest auroras, Ruki is your guiding star. His arms around you feel like seraphic feathers, still beautiful despite being crooked and ashen.

His lean figure, where you rest, listening to his steady heartbeat, akin to a forgotten lullaby penned in silver ink.

Ruki holds you as if you’re holy, the oath he swears his life on. He holds you delicately when starlight threatens to fade from your night sky.

Other times, however, he is the devil incarnate, pushing you down on his bed, hovering over you like a man starved.

And either way, you want him as he is. Forever you angel, wings or not; the zenith of polaris in your murkiest oceans.

❀ Reiji Sakamaki – Stillness in the dead of night.

“Some venoms don’t have an antidote, and you’d gladly drink them.”

When you first met him, you’d have never fathomed the idea of his arms around you.

Unless it was to keep you still as he stole your blood, that is.

You remember too vividly, that heinous scent coming off the cup of tea he offered you with a smile that was nothing if not cruel.

Now, that same cup brings a sense of warmth as you sit in his study, watching him work.

Here, the light is warm, in sharp contrast to the darkness out the glass panes, the windows little less than mirrors of darkness at this hour.

You revel in the calm of midnight.

A svelte hand takes your teacup away.

Reiji sets it on the nearby table, not without taking a sip from it first, the marks of your lipstick smeared by his lips.

Lips that then gently brush against your jawline, strong arms looping around your waist from behind.

In the dead of night, utter calm envelops around you.

If you were to be poisoned right this instant, you’d have no regrets; as long as it was by his hand.

❀ Azusa Mukami – Minutes before dawn.

“In his clear eyes, the instants held between night and day reflect. His wounded arms, forever destined to protect you.”

At times, when you spot him admiring his scars in the last minutes of night, he seems so fragile, delicate even.

Akin to daisy petals bathed in the dew of dreams about to end.

You wonder, how can someone capable of constantly drawing blood from his own flesh hold you so gently?

Much in the way he talks and always lingers close to you, his touch is the softness of kisses over fresh bandages.

You wish he wouldn't hurt himself. Your heart shatters a little at the gentleness with which he treats you, knowing how he breaks himself little by little.

So, in this moment, you hold him flush against you, squeezing delicately yet vehemently, letting him know this is your love, no bloodshed needed.

In the minutes before dawn, his opal eyes meet yours.

Through your unshed tears, his smile is brighter than morning stars.

❀ Yui Komori – The first breeze of spring.

“Some would argue she is too soft, cherry blossoms succumbing to snow. You know better. For, after the blizzard, that same tree blooms.”

Yui, the girl who will always put others before herself.

The girl who chooses to see the good in others, even in those who hurt her.

Yui, who loves unconditionally.

And who looks at you as if you hung the very stars in the sky.

She holds you warmly. Hopeful first cherry blossoms after a snowy February.

In her arms, your world dyes in shades of rose; your heart feels at ease, worries flying away like petals beneath an early March sky.

Yui is the tender touch of flower blooms in the first breeze of spring.

What would it be like waking up with Shu, Reiji, or Ruki?

Under the cut because my writing is long and I might be mildly suggestive but nothing explicit!

Shu

I imagine waking with Shu would feel like a Saturday morning in Winter, where the heating is on and your bed is so warm and outside it's a cool snowy light.

Rolling over and feeling the slight chill of the vampire, his chest cool but the arm you slept on warmed by your body heat.

I think Shu, as a more subtle romantic, would enjoy like sleeping naked or at least shirtless with you. While throwing perverted comments around to deflect from showing his true sappy side, yet never actually going further then running his fingers along your spine as he holds you against himself slowly heating up.

Hearing him deeply inhale and stir as he feels your movement, eyes opening slightly and smiling before nuzzling between the pillows and your hair. A grumble of protest at having been disturbed.

If it is a weekend or holiday you give in easily resettling into the peaceful feeling of simple having skin contact with someone so intimately. Shu lifting the covers to cover you more as goosebumps cover your body slightly due to his lower body temperature.

A personal head cannon is that after you began to have an actual close relationship he would have servants bring hot water bottles to your room close to bed so you didn't have to be as effected by his chill. However by morning the once warm devices are now useless, yet he's less cold after a night of having you next to him.

Eventually you may try coax him awake. As he hides himself against your neck, feeling him voice complaints in a gravelly morning voice against your skin.

Reiji

Reiji could go one of two ways depending on the day. A busy day or a holiday. Either way I think his room would feel fresh but still warm to wake in.

On the average day Reiji wakes you either accidentally as he gets dressed and ready for the day, or with a drink and some breakfast delivered personally to your room. He claims it's to prevent your morning mood effecting the household but it is actually to just keep you to himself a moment longer even if it's while you're both busy preparing for a long day ahead.

He runs his fingers through your hair to wake you, slowly massaging your scalp. You'd be surprised that it doesn't put you deeper asleep.

On the rare days he doesn't feel the need to wake as early he's sensual and soft. Rare for someone as prim and proper as him.

It's canon from the sleeping with a vampire audios that Reiji wears silk pajamas and bed sheets with high quality mattresses. I see him ordering you matching pajamas and night dresses in similar designs to his and he secretly waits until you get yours on before changing. He refused to admit when he's sweet. He melts when you sleep in his shirt after nightly romps in the sheets.

Ever the leading partner, you wake up being spooned by him either facing him or with you back against his chest and his face buried in your hair. Like Shu I feel he would do things to motivate the temperature difference. However maybe an electric blanket or a potion that will last the entire night.

Clingy is the best way to describe how I feel he sleeps. So scared you may slip through his fingers or leave like others before, Ruki holds you close as you sleep.

I imagine he sleeps on his stomach due to having to sleep like that for so long after he initially got the scars on his back. His arm around your waist and head turned to rest abobe your shoulder.

The exception being when he reads a book to help you sleep. You lay, head against his chest or in his lap as he sits against a pile of pillows. You wake to his head against yours and the book left open on his lap as his arms encircle you.

Ever the slight sadist, on days you need to be up faster he might lightly pinch your sides to wake you. Chuckling as you squirm and complain at the rude awakening. Kissing you forehead in apology.

During nights where he has particularly bad nightmares you may have to wake him. Holding him against your chest and brushing through his hair as you comfort him best you can. You don't know when you both nod back off but you wake the next day to him still there resting more peaceful than ever. That being said night terrors have decreased drastically since you began to share a bed.

After you both wake up properly he holds you in his lap as you discuss your plans for the day. He takes his time laying kisses along your shoulders and down your sternum, a personal good luck ritual that makes the day a little easier to begin.

Hello, I’m sorry if I’m bothering you but I’d like to ask for the Diaboys reactions to their S/O being a theatre kid. And not the stereotypical ones but one who’s genuinely invested on theatre, auditioning and getting a role in most school plays. And oh boy, do they give it their all, before the play, they’re constantly practicing their lines and when they’re practicing their songs there won’t be a single moment of silence in the house for a while. They prefer classic theatre over movies.

"Although I respect your passion, I worry you are working yourself too hard. I would much rather enjoy seeing your plays without worrying that you'll collapse on stage. You do wonderful just on your own. Try not to stress out so much."

Although not admitting it or probably realizing it, Shu likes stage performances if they are about topics he would like. He probably would enjoy seeing his S/O perform in classical themes such as tragedies and well-known ethereal pieces.

He will probably not attend every play that his S/O performs in, but will do his best to encourage them before their shows and will be more than willing to support them along the way. He would become a bit worried if his S/O is running themselves ragged with rehearsals. Shu may wait outside with some flowers after an extensive performance.

Regardless, Shu will be supportive of his S/O as their career continues to build, and he might even be willing to play some of the music of the plays on his viola to help them practice with their performances at home.

"Much like me, you have a drive for something that makes you feel alive. As much as I love chemistry and science, I respect your love for theatre. You do wonderful for each play, my dear. Just be sure to take breaks. I have to remind myself the very same thing."

Reiji respects his S/O's passions for theatre and performances, and would be very interested in historical plays and those that have a lot of emotions behind the storylines. He will often accompany his S/O to their shows.

While not necessarily going to be the most boisterous about his support for his S/O as their talent grows and more shows are performed in, he will be loyally beside his S/O and support them along the way. So long as they continue to take care of themselves.

He might offer to make some medications to help them relax their nerves in case of any anxieties arise overtime or at the beginning of their career. While his worries are but subtle, he wouldn't want them pushing themselves until they break down during practice or the actual performances themselves.

"Oi, go break a leg. Not literally, but ya' know what I mean. I'll be cheerin' for ya' at the endin' as always. Be sure you wave at me, I'm not that hard t' miss. You'll do great, babe."

Ayato absolutely understands nothing about theatre. He doesn't see the appeal in it at first, but he will go and watch a show after some relationship building and might grow to actually like seeing performances so long as his S/O is enjoying themselves.

As time continues, Ayato will be more open about his support for his S/O and their career as a performer as it grows. He'll go to shows and often try to get a front-row seat to be able to make eye-contact with his S/O while on stage.

However, there's going to be jealousy involved if his S/O is playing a role that has a lover. While he understand there is 'acting' as part of a play, he might grow a little bitter if the acting is very believable that his S/O loves another within the play. He might need some reassurances.

"I am not a fan of all of the plays you do. But so long as they are gothic or tragic in nature, I suppose they're not too boring. You work yourself really hard whenever the plays are finished, and your blood tastes off when that happens. I'd rather enjoy drinking from you, so don't work yourself to extreme fatigue."

Kanato enjoys things that are only of interest to him. Having to get up and leave the comfort of his house is not something he likes to do unless it's for a specific purpose that he needs or wants to do. And although his love for his S/O will grow overtime, he's not really interested in theatre and plays.

He won't show his support for his S/O and their passions as often as they might desire to see. While he will watch and critique his S/O's rehearsals at home and practice, he'll do so harshly and it might honestly seem rude of him to do after showing no interest in actually going to the play itself.

Kanato might humor his S/O and go to see plays that he might be slightly interested in. But even after the performance, he might be harsh on critiques and have rarely any compliments. This is just his personality, as he doesn't see the need to shower his S/O in compliments unless it's beneficial to him to get something from them.

=============== Laito Sakamaki ===============

"You're gonna do great, baby. Just take some deep breaths. I'll be waiting for you after the show is over. I'm sure it's going to go well, so don't stress so much. You'll make your heartrate go up, and I just might have to bite you before the show if that happens~"

Laito is ever the romantic, and will often support his S/O regardless of their pursuits of happiness. While theatre is not an outright specialty to him, he enjoys performances with live music, such as an orchestra below the stage, and would love to attend play such as those.

He will be happy to watch the plays, although the specific play themselves will probably have to interest him first. Laito will be also happy to watch their practice at home, and give little tips here and there about what he thinks they should adjust, especially if they want any critiques.

While romance is something he loves, he will probably be more than happy to treat his S/O to a night on the town after a good performance, or wait after the show with flowers if he didn't attend. If he does attend a play, he will be probably waiting backstage after it is over to shower his S/O with praise and affections just to make them feel more closer to him.

=============== Subaru Sakamaki ===============

"Oi, chill out for a little bit. You've been workin' yerself to the bone with this shit... Just take a breather. I'm worried yer gonna end up havin' a panic attack or somethin'. Just relax. Ya' gotta be calm if ya' wanna practice. Yer gonna do great. Just don't collapse on me."

Subaru absolutely doesn't know a whole lot about theatre and performances, and he might find the venues or shows themselves a bit too loud and rowdy for his liking. He would be surprised at his S/O enjoying something such as theatre, and he might not know a lot about it, but he will be supportive.

Overall, he might attend a few shows here and there, but definitely not all of them as he would prefer to be in solitude more often than not, and at times he gets a bit jealous if the show includes his S/O acting with a romance storyline. Even if he knows it's just acting, he'd find his S/O's acting to pretty believable.

As the career grows overtime, Subaru will be happy to encourage his S/O as time goes on, but also try to remind them to take breaks. He wouldn't want them running themselves down immensely, nor stressing out 24/7. Mainly because it'd be annoying to deal with.

"I very much enjoy watching your plays. Do not think I don't. As much as I would enjoy staying home and reading a book or so, I still will come and support you as your Master. Now, go out there and enjoy yourself. Just take some deep breaths if you get nervous. You'll do just fine."

Ruki has respect for classical theatre works, such as old operas and theatre. While he most likely will not enjoy more modern themes as much, he would be interested in seeing his S/O perform in plays he knows, or has topics that he is interested in such as crime or mystery.

He is far too busy to attend every play, but he will be happy to watch rehearsals and practices from home, giving critiques along the way. While he might be a little harsh, that's how the business goes. So he'd want to help his S/O become better. Ruki may praise or gift his S/O something after a particularly good performance.

Although acting is clearly a big part of the plays themselves, Ruki might try to control his S/O by not acting so immensely in love with a romance storyline, as he might get a little jealous if he thinks they're showing the other actor more love or gazing at the other actor just as they gaze and look at him.

"In a way, plays and shows are kind of just like my concerts! I love that you enjoy performing so much! You remind me so much of me in that way. Don't worry baby, I'll come see you perform! I wouldn't be a good boyfriend if I didn't!"

Kou loves that his S/O is into performances and shows just like him. While he of course loves to have a cheerleader at his own shows and concerts, he would be happy to attend at least a few of his S/O's shows and be a cheerleader for them as well.

Even if he is very busy, he will do his best to show his support for his S/O along the way of their career progressing. He won't be able to attend every show and play, but he'd be more than happy to practice his own shows along with his S/O practicing theirs, and would be happy to give critiques to one another as a matter of giving and taking. And ever the performer at heart, he'd be more than happy to take up a second role for his S/O to perform with at home.

He of course understands how the business goes, so he will urge his S/O to have social medias, sell merchandise of their shows, and overall have a good following to max on sales and money production. Even if that means making more opportunities for their fans to interact with them.

"I don't know too much about performin' an' everythin', but... You look amazing on stage. Don't be so hard on yerself. Yer gonna do great just like ya' always have. I'll be in the crowd watchin' ya' as usual. I'm pretty tall, so... Be sure to find me. I'll be rootin' for ya'."

Yuma, even in his brawn and tall glory, would be happy to attend shows and root for his S/O in the crowd, even if he stands out a little bit and doesn't really look like he belongs there. He'd be happy just to see his S/O wave to him after spotting him once a show is over.

He probably won't understand each theme of a show he attends, but Yuma might get captivated by certain stories, so long as they interest him. And although not an emotional person by heart, he might be able to feel the emotions of each play he attends mainly since he sees his S/O performing within it.

While he'll be busy with his garden a lot and helping out his brothers, Yuma will support his S/O with practices and rehearsals at home, maybe even being willing to fill in for a part that needs two people to practice, he might find it a little fun.

Azusa loves supporting his S/O no matter their passions and projects. While plays and performances probably didn't interest him as much as remaining home, he will be willing to attend his S/O's shows and might even be captivated by the performances if portrayed well.

He will be more than happy to sit down for hours for his S/O to practice with a small audience at home, and will like seeing his S/O getting into the inspiration and grind for performing right there in front of him, as well as on the stage.

While crowds and big venues might make Azusa feel uncomfortable and anxious, he will be willing to go to each show and be there in the crowd and wait there for his S/O after each performance. He might buy flowers or a gift for his S/O after the shows and wait patiently for the actors and actresses to be let go.

You occurred to be "trespassing" Karlheinzes property, where the Mukami brother were said to be living. If truth to be told, you didn't step a foot close to his premises, you just happened to be hard by at an unfitting time and place.

As the cool evening breeze caressed your skin, You stood before the vampire king, Karlheinz. He had summoned you there to answer for your transgressions, whatever they might be. His eyes, cold as ice, bore into you very soul as he surveyed you with disdain. According to his words, "you had committed some unforgivable offense against him, and you were about to pay the price."

Karlheinzes words echoed through your ears as he announced his judgment: "As punishment for your actions, I could have killed you where you stand. Instead, I have decided to give you a chance at redemption. I will make you my fourth wife." His voice was cold and harsh, like the wind howling through the mountains.

You cringed at the thought of being his wife, let alone his fourth wife. Before you could even begin to refuse, however, his eyes scanned over you, and something in them changed. "No," he muttered to himself, "you look far too flawed." It was then that he noticed the crease between your brows, the sign of your displeasure.

Instead, he decided, since no one was currently tending to the Mukami brothers, who were still quite young, he would make you their maid. It was a lesser role, but one that would still allow you to live another day instead of being murdered. "You will be the mother to the Mukami brothers," he announced, "until such time as they are capable of taking care of themselves. You're in no position to argue. Any complains and you'll be sucked dry. Did I make myself clear?"

You didn't particularly like the sound of this new arrangement, but you figured it was better than the alternative. So, you nodded numbly and turned to leave. As you walked away from the intimidating figure of Karlheinz, you couldn't help but wonder what sort of life you had just signed up for. Being the mother to four vampire children sounded like a daunting task, to say the least.

He's reluctant at first, only interacting with you if necessary. He has mommy issues so it will take a while until he warms up to you. He's afraid you're going to hurt him and his brother, just like the people at the orphanage did :(

Once he got used to you and started tolerating your existence, he slowly looks up to you.

He likes to help you with house chores and loves when you read books to all of them.

Respects the fact that you treat and love all of them equally, and that you actually intervine in their life like a proper parent should do.

He still respects Karlheinz and wishes do fulfil his plan, despite your disagreement. In his eyes, he's still the one who gave them a second chance at life.

Will not speak to for a couple of days if bring up the scars on his back. He hates them and hates who done it to him. Though despite all this, he secretly enjoys the comfort you give him, despite not admitting it ever.

Oh boy. He's a cheeky little bastard that's for sure. Like Ruki, he doesn't trust you at all at first. He'll always ask for stuff in return whenever you ask him to do something. That's just the he was taught.

It will be hard to get him out of that mindset. Really now.

When he started to trust you a bit, also started singing for you, just so you reward him with your baked goods.

Of course he gets away with it every time as you are too soft hearted.

You'll encourage him whenever he sings, even suggesting some singing lessons if he wants to.

Maybe you weren't such a boogey person as he first thought you were.

At first, just like Ruki, he's skeptical of you. He doesn't trust you one bit.

It will take a while to gain his trust.

Thinks you're one of those fancy people who didn't care about lesser class people like him.

You gain his respect (and a bit of trust) when you show that's not true at all.

Likes gardening with you and gets very happy when the stuff you guys planted together turn out delicious.

Isn't a very picky eater, unlike Kou

He's pretty chill once he's gotten used to you, but he still doesn't trust you that much sometimes.

Azusa

He's the most clingy out of all of them-

When Karlheinz first introduced you to them, he was the first that came to you, only for him to ask you to cause him pain.

You had to hide the whole cutlery in the kitchen from him as he kept cutting himself.

You always bandaged his wounds and gave them gentle kisses.

Wrong idea. (even though it meant good.)

Now he keeps cutting and bruising himself, just for you to keep giving him attention- (Azusa, no-)

You had to lecture him a lot to tell him that he can just come and ask for affection if he wants it and doesn't have to ask Yuma to cut him with the gardening scissors, (which was another thing you had to hide from him.)

It took a while but you somewhat, somehow, managed to make him stop cutting himself whenever he wanted hugs-

tongue piercings are his thing. he’s always sticking out his tongue in pictures and would like the look of it on himself.

he wouldn’t wear any detailed jewelry, just the plain silver one the piercer pierced him with.

he doesn’t really care for piercings either, i feel like he’d be more into tattoos. yet, ear piercings aren’t too bad.

all his pieces are black. he likes the contrast it makes with his skin.

☽ subaru sakamaki.

he loves both piercings and tattoos. all kinds of body mods, really. and emo boy goes heavy with it.

20mm/3’4” ear lobe gauges, triple lobes, both his industrials and both his tragus. a smiley, septum, both his eyebrows and his medusa. he also got two dermals on his shoulders.

as for jewelry, he has his own collection (dude lives off of crazy factory although being disgustingly rich) of mainly plain silver stuff. he does like onyx and amethyst stones in them though.

☽ ruki mukami.

as mentioned in my first hdcs of him, he loves piercings a lot. he fancies his left industrial the most, but he does have more on his ears. triple lobes and his right rook.

he also has a labret piercing and a nose ring. mostly silver jewelry. can switch up to a 18k golden one too, sometimes.

also his frenum ladder. right below the tip. don’t ask me why, i just know he’s into genital piercings as much (if not even more) as laito.

☽ yuma mukami.

man is big as a tree but still passes out at the mere sight of a needle. that’s why he is unable to get as many piercings as he’d like. (although he prefers tattoos like shu).

still, he was able to get his left helix, his lobes and his conch.

his ears are kind of empty, he just got his lobes and double lobes but that’s it. he tried a cartilage piercing but it hurt like hell and took it out the first night he slept with it.

only wears pink jewelry. the cheap, plastic one he buys god knows where that always ends up irritating his skin.

we all know this boy loves pain. and he’s also low-key emo.

and it’s only logical he picked the most painful pieces he could get. which happen to be mostly on his penis.

got his nipples (double pierced). magic cross, double pubic.

☽ yui komori.

she loves curated ears. she doesn’t really care where the piercing is, she’s mainly interested in the jewelry. can’t say the same about facial piercings! not her thing.

she’s the only one to have symmetrical ear placements, having triple lobes, daiths, flats, helixes and forward helixes.

rose gold jewelry with all pretty gemstones in them. an absolute sucker for butterfly/bows studs.

“The grounding warmth of a blanket in the cold hours of dawn; vivid sun hues on the dull horizon.”

When you are scared or anxious, Shu is the type to pull you down into bed (or whichever random place he happened to fall asleep at) with him. Even if he seems unbothered, his heart literally breaks when he sees you going through trying times.

So he tries to do for you what works for him; trying to get you to rest, even sharing his earphones with you, the soothing notes of a classical melody lulling you into dreams with him.

And you can’t see it, but his ocean eyes soften when you finally calm down, having fallen asleep with your hand still in his.

His free hand brushes stray hairs away from your eyes,

“Sweet dreams.” He murmurs. 

Even though he doesn’t like to see you suffer, he’s happy he can take care of you.

❀ Ayato Sakamaki.

“Sparks of a crackling fire, propagating against the rain, brighter than lightning.”

At first glance, Ayato might not seem like the mist detail-oriented guy, but he is pretty perceptive and intelligent despite his silly moments (and he is not given enough credit for it!)

Especially, when it comes to your feelings and little shifts in your mood.

Initially, he tries to lighten the mood with his usual “Oi, you should be happier to be in the presence of Ore-sama, why are you looking so depressed?”

But when all you give him is a meek hum, then you can see a concerned crease between his brows, that cute expression he does where he goes wide eyed and pouts a little.

The redhead wraps his arms around you, leaning his head on your shoulder, a silent invitation to play with his hair, to keep you distracted.

“If something’s happened, you know I, the great Ayato, will protect you.”

❀ Laito Sakamaki.

“The language of wordless lips over heated skin, the unholy touch of deft hands in the dark.”

Laito’s probably the most versed in understanding another’s feelings out of everyone here. A subtle change in the way you move and carry yourself, the small crease in between your brows, or the way your jaw tightens; those speak volumes to him, and he knows right away that something is not right.

He tries to distract you in the way he knows better: sultry words whispered in your ear, in the dim light of his bedroom; his hand sneaking beneath your shirt, lingering dangerously low on your hips; his sensuous lips trailing your neck and shoulder, pointed fangs sinking in your skin, the afterglow of his kisses ardently addictive.

You try to stop him at first, not because you dislike what he’s doing, but rather that you don’t want to burden him.

To bring back the memories.

To make him feel like you’re just using him to relieve your tension.

Of course, he notices that, too.

“You’re nothing like her, bitch-chan.” He whispers in between lovebites. “So for tonight, give into me, okay? Nfu ~”

❀ Subaru Sakamaki.

“The tender brush of white rose petals scattered into the night, their familiar sweet scent fending off eternal shadows.”

When you’re upset or dark thoughts have you overthinking, the first thing that crosses Subaru’s mind is “is this my fault?”

For a moment, he starts fearing for the worst himself, did he upset you in any way? Did his tainted self hurt you? Would you be better off without him?

However, all of those ideas die out as soon as you cling to him, your face buried in his chest, his cheeks blooming in pretty rose.

Subaru hesitates for a moment, but then he holds you, even if a little awkward at first. 

Needless to say, he wants to punch anyone and anything that made you feel so anxious, but you need him now, in the same way he’s needed you on endless nights when all he knew was despair.

“I love you.” He whispers softly, crimson eyes closing as he nuzzles into your hair, leaving the softest of kisses there. “I’m here.”

❀ Ruki Mukami.

Honestly, Ruki is one of the best people to assuage the intrusive thoughts plaguing your mind. Not because he is the most affectionate or soft, far from it, but because the logic he uses to make you see you’ll be okay is pretty much absolute.

Your own doubts scatter away, washed away by the night reflected in the deep ocean of his eyes. Somehow, he always has the power to make you feel like you’ll be safe as long as you stay by his side.

Of course, Ruki won’t leave you alone either. He’ll pull you into his lap while he reads a book, even read it out loud for you if you ask him.

“You’ll be safe with me, livestock. As long as you have your master to protect you, no harm will come your way.”

❀ Kou Mukami.

“A happy melody with lyrics that accompany your tears; not in tune, but a game of opposites, as if understanding you, setting your sights on blue skies after a downpour.”

Kou is another one who will notice right away if your mood shifts. Not just because of his eye; he doesn’t quite need to use it when it’s you.

Even if he now stands on the brightest stages, he knows pain like no other, and he doesn’t like that look on you.

You are his bluest sky. To see it covered by stormy clouds… It makes him sad. Though because he is a performer, he knows how to distract you from your endless night.

He brings you roses or any little gift he noticed you eyeing another time; similarly to Laito, he’ll resort to physical affection and naughty touches if you’re in the mood. 

But you always told him you love his voice, so now, he sings for his favorite audience: you and only you. He’ll teach you to dance like he does if you’re in the mood too, catching you securely in his arms when you trip, teasing you.

“My M-neko-chan is the cutest when they smile… You are my favorite sky, okay? Never forget it.” He tells you, as he kisses the corner of your lips.

❀ Yuma Mukami.

“The familiar scent of a fireplace in the home you’ve so longed for; he is the warmth of the sun on your back and the hues of rustling leaves in late summer.”

“Oi, sow, why do you look so depressed?” 

His rough voice is blazing sunshine amidst thick tree canopies. 

He’s noticed you staring at nothing and probably thinking about too much as you help him in the garden. 

He’s noticed the iron grip you have in the basket of tomatoes, the one now in your hand threatening to be crushed.

He’s noticed the trembling of your form.

He’s noticed you are not acting like yourself right now.

And Yuma can’t stand it. Like the unforgiving freeze of a clouded dawn making flowers wither, he won’t allow for the rose petals you put in his life to never bloom again.

So, as he always does, he lets his actions speak volumes. 

Taking the basket from your trembling hands, he gently throws you over his shoulder. Bathed in the last of the sun’s golden glow, he begins the short trek back to the manor.

“I won’t let anything happen to ya, ya hear me? So stop bein’ so sad, I’m here.”

❀ Azusa Mukami.

“He is the softness of clean gauze over your sore hands; a flutter of butterfly wings brushing your cheek as you wake from a sweet dream.”

Azusa is very attentive, so he can tell the little shifts in your mood when fear wraps their cruel claws around you.

At first, he’ll try to distract you, showing you his knife collection and telling you about the story of each one.

That helps a little, gentle smiles tugging at your lips every now and then as you see him excited to tell you about them.

But he knows that is not enough, that you’re still worried; your mind, a tapestry of criss-cross throbbing wounds.

So he’ll patch them up, no matter how long it takes for the turbulent flow of blood to stop.

He’ll hold you from behind, his ever tranquil heartbeat warm and soothing against your back.

“Eve… You deserve to be happy… My Eve is always beautiful… But I like you happy the most…”

Snowball fights at the Sakamaki Mansion

Ayato: Makes snowballs at like 100mph, impulsively throws them immediately instead of waiting for a good oppurtunity, too arrogant to watch his back, bitches when he gets hit

Kanato: Too busy building a cute little fort or snowwoman that looks like a doll with Teddy, throws a tantrum and hits them back if someone ruins what he's making or hits him

Laito: Sneaks up behind someone and throws it, actually quite strategic and takes his time to think it through

Reiji: Refuses to participate but finds it slightly endearing when he watches his brothers from the window sipping tea, would rather die than admit that

Subaru: Originally scoffs but gets pissed when Ayato hits him with a snowball so he fights back, ends up having fun, would also rather die than admit that

Shu: Refused when the triplets offered him an opportunity to be in the snowball fight, rethinks it and wants to spend time with them, chuckles a little but not much, might gang up on Ayato with Laito, but after 5 minutes says he's tired and goes back inside

Ruki: Participates for his brothers' happiness, occasionally has to reign in his protective instincts because he sometimes almost jumps in front of them thinking they're in danger before remembering what's actually going on, mostly watches and has fun rooting for them

Kou: Similar to Laito, very mischevious and attacks from behind, but also a bit more impulsive, not because he can't strategize but just because he thinks it's more fun to just let loose

Yuma: Aggressive, throws multiple snowballs at the same time basically in the hope that one of them will hit, throws them really fast one after the other, but also claps his brothers on the shoulder affectionately after the snowball fight and verbally expresses that he had fun

Azusa: Wants to be in the middle of the area they're fighting in so he can get hit repeatedly, Ruki stepped in when he suggested they hit him with ice so it would hurt more, tentatively throws and doesn't even think to hide or go from behind but ends up having a blast
