Van Isabel een prima opname gemaakt tijdens gitaarles in Arnhem. Zij speelt van de Spaanse barokgitarist en componist Gaspar Sanz 2 Spaanse barokgitaar solo's: Rujero (in 4/4 maat) en Paradetas(in 3/4 maat). Zijn belangrijkste werk bestaat uit drie bundels met pedagogische composities voor barokgitaar, geschreven in tabulatuur. Deze 2 stukken(dansen) komen uit "Libro segundo, de cifras sobre la guitarra española" uit 1675. Alle werken werden toentertijd in tablatuur uitgegeven. Mooi gespeeld!

Today I was hand delivered samples of wine and singani from Bolivia. Si, si, si! 💃This is a region that rarely gets any love, I'm excited to try them. I'll be tasting The Tannat, Tannat & Merlot, and Torrontes & Moscatel by Aranjuez Wines. The singani is by Rujero, it's a brandy that's made according to centuries of traditions in Bolivia. Chufly (At China Chilcano)

Singani is the national spirit of Bolivia, and the Chufly is the main cocktail they do with it. Singani is an all grape juice spirit that is made from muscat grapes grown at a very high altitude. It is not aged in oak, so it is clear in color, but has a wonderfully floral and sometimes spicy flavor. Singani is sweet, usually sweeter than pisco, the grape spirit made in neighboring Peru and Chile. So the Chufly is not a Spanish word. Nor is the cocktail something that the Spanish would have drank when they introduced distilling to Bolivia hundreds of years ago. As with many South American traditions, there's a bit of a rivalry between countries who claim they started them. The Chufly is nearly identical to the Chilcano of Chile, a pisco, lime juice and ginger ale drink. The difference is that the Chufly is not served long but in a rocks glass with less ginger ale so you can taste the singani. I had a bartender make this one with Rujero Singani

Rujero - Gaspar Sanz

Francisco Bartolomé Sanz Celma (1640 - 1710) or just Gaspar Sanz was a great spanish baroque guitar  and organist player.

There many arrangements and adpation of Sanz melodies in modern Guitar by composers like Joaquin Rodrigo, and guitar players like Emilio Pujol and Narciso Yepes.

Rujero is a stylized instrumental baroque dance piece from Italy.

Check my adaptation of this piece from 5 course baroque guitar to modern 6 string guitar. It is from book "Instrucción de Música (Libro II, f.38)", 1675.

The paint is by Diego Velázques (1599 - 1660), "Tres músicos", 1618.

SAN BENEDETTO – Molto interessante è stata la Lectio Magistralis sulla letteratura orale condotta dal filosofo e scrittore Antonio De Signoribus, presso l’Accademia Internazionale Malibran di Altidona. Così come la sua scrittura affabulatoria, Antonio De Signoribus ha incantato il numeroso pubblico attraverso la presentazione del suo libro di maggior successo Fiabe e Leggende delle Marche ( Newton Compton Editore).

È stato uno straordinario e avvincente viaggio, all’interno di un universo culturale, quello popolare marchigiano, ricco di valenze, di spunti, di acquisizioni culturali e simboliche che hanno davvero affascinato. Si può dire che è stata una rivincita della parola,dell’oralità sui processi comunicativi e culturali più sofisticati e più costruiti del nostro tempo.

Il successo della manifestazione culturale è stato inoltre scandito dalla poetessa Stefania Pasquali, che ha introdotto e intervistato l’autore; dalle letture tratte dal libro di Antonio De Signoribus, curate magistralmente dall’attrice Adriana Capponi; e dai delicati commenti musicali di Maria Verzulli alla chitarra, che ha eseguito la Suite espagnola: Espanoletas, rujero y paradetas, di G. Sanz;  Torroba, dai Castelli di Spagna: Torija di F. Morendo. Padrona di casa la vulcanica direttrice dell’Accademia Musicale Maria Malibran, Rossella Marcantoni.
